Pérez flicked my nose.

"Such a bratty younger sister"

"Sister?"

"I'm older than your brother you know..."

"How do you know my brother's age?" Jason was glaring at Pérez.

"I've seen him, we talked about work" his eyes darted around never meeting mine.

"Are you also working on the project?"

Pérez glanced at Jason that was acting like he wasn't listening but was occasionally glaring at Pérez.

"No, I wasn't chosen. It's not hard to know that that was your brother though, he looked like the male version of you" he pinched my cheeks.

"That's true" I let it go.

"So are you going to stay here if he leaves?"

"Of course not" I retorted.

"Why not? I could use your company"

"You're not young Rez, you don't need company"

"You offend me"

"I'm hungry" Jason suddenly spoke up.

"I'll set the table in a while"

Chris appeared with a laptop bag in his hand and Pérez smiled.
