Arc 4 : Chapter 1: The abandoned past
"Mr. Leonard", Edan said as he looked back.
"Yes".
"Why did you believe my story?"
Leonard gave a pause and then looked into Edan's eyes.
"There are many bizarre events in this world that makes your story just a small needle in a pile of trash"
"Gosh what's with that comparison", Edan said as he left the room in silence.
(Edan, you are yet new to this world. When you reach the end of your journey you will realise why I chose you and only you)
Tup Tup Tup
Edan marked heavy footsteps as he moved out of the facility.
He was left in a grieve thought and found no answer.
(Why? What is this feeling within me?)
(He said I have no soul right?)
(The soul was never real. Then who was it?)
(Why did I had to remember my past?)
Edan never came out of his nest. The past haunted him everyday as he had many sleepless nights.
He lied to himself. Everyday he yelled at the story to blame and only to be left in deeper despair.
The past emotions and the memories of an unknown future forged upon him by an unknown entity put a huge burden on him.
Yet he carried it for countless years with no peace to settle.
His only choice left was ignorance.
But what he didn't know that his ignorance was null in front of the grasps of the world order (Story).
And now he was walking in the path laid down by his own fate.

"Everyone here you will be divided into two groups",Mr. Wilson said.
"Except Harry Lin the remaining boys gather at field A"
"And the girls remain at field B"
"There are 4 tunnels that connect Field A to Field B"
"Each one of you has to pass through one tunnel each and reach other site"
"The team to have more players reach the other side is the winner", and with that Mr. Wilson ended his speech.

"Edan?"
"Huh?", Edan said as he looked at Rusheel.
"Your lucky you we are on the same team", Rusheel provoked.
"Stop whining and enter already the others left in a rush you know"
"Hmph"
Rusheel pouted as he squinted his eyes and entered into his tunnel.
Sigh*
(Now that he is gone I should hurry up too)
Edan entered the tunnel and the light started fading as he walked into the darkness.
Swosh*
He waved his torch in the tunnel.

(Someone's already here?)

Edan swiftly turned back as he held his arm like a dagger at the person in front of him.
"Hey Chill! It's me your buddy"
"Why are you here Rusheel?"
"It's better to team up you know"
(Those skills it's not ordinary to rush through this darkness and reach the other side)
"You seem to be pretty good, huh"
"No it was just luck that I headed down the right path and found you", Rusheel said.
"I see"
"What is it?", Rusheel inquired.
"Nothing let's head down now"
Tup Tup
"Edan do you have a plan?"
"I want to avoid the others and not fight as much as possible"
"Avoid Fight?", Rusheel asked.
Edan stopped moving forward and looked back at Rusheel.
"Rusheel do you like War?"
"Huh, what's with that?", Rusheel replied.
"I am talking about the nightmares you get where the killed glare at you"
Rusheel went speechless. Even though he didn't utter a word Edan could look at his eyes twitch and the pale face he made.
"It seems you have spaced out Rusheel"
"No, It was nothing I just found your statement very unusual"
"Sigh, Alright Here's my question", Edan said and looked towards the wall of the tunnel.
"Can you control the wind in the tunnel?"
"And what if I said yes?", Rusheel said as he grinned.
WIth that edan turned his head towards Rusheel and simply gave a smirk.
"Wonderful!"
