Chapter 13: Reunion and Mansion
Upon arriving in the village, i was shocked ho it was vast compared to the old village, it is similar to a town it is now far away from phenel.
The king is with the Grandmaster smith waiting for me at the gate. I approach them to give thanks and greetings, also to introduce the wanderers that i saved from the goblin camps. Sadly , due to the reopening of the village , visitors are in all corner and inns are full. The king said that even they got a house to live in , they are still a wanderer banished from their country for somesort of reason and they will need a job to be registered as an individual of Feudrich.
"The house , right my house! I assume it was big right?" I presumably asked to the king.
The king brightly said " Yes! Of Course for the hero of the village and in the name of our alliance we prepared you a Mansion".
"A mansion! That's even bigger that i expected .But, one more question. Does it have maids on it ?" I ask.
I might look like a degenerate but this is the far i can think of to open an immediate hiring.
The king answered " Not yet ,only a few take a private maid jobs due to the compensation. All other maid prefer to be a royal maid since royalties offer benifits to their servants".
I turn around and ask the Wanderers behind me, " Do you want to serve to me as a maid if you don't want to then stay at my house for a night and wander again if you're ready "
The king looks at me in my back , i sense his confusion but satisfied look with my offer. It hurts me that this is the only thing i can do . and I don't want to risk their lives to getting caught again by goblins in area that are still infected with monsters .
"Yes!", Both wanderers agreed to became my maids. The king is pleased and the Grandmaster smiled at me then took us to a stroll around the village turned into a bustling town of milé.
"Sir dwap , i proclaim you now to be the leader and the commander general of this village. You are now it's officially leader" said by the king in the middle of the ceremony in a park . The people of Milé shouted my name with a smile and with the spirit of a warrior who became victorious.
"I'm satisfied" i whispered to my self knowing that i really done great this time even i know that i need to travel again to be strong and this is the only one step i took. "I'll cherish them" i then said to my self .
After hours of strolls , the king and the grandmaster send their farewells to me before taking the carriage. I turned around and see the mansion light's . The king said that i need to flow my mana to the gate locks to open it.
"It works!"
This is the lock here in another world , works like a digital fingerprint but instead of finger it will registers your mana onto it.
After entering the mansion i said to my two maids to take the room they want and get a sleep for tomorrow. The two go in their way in this massive hallway and takes the room that facing each other.
"They're like sisters huh" i said when see the two maid getting a room that close to each other. I also take my leave and climb to the third floor of this Mansion and enter the master's bedroom. Upon opening the door , i see the bed full of gifts from the town and the kingdom.
"So generous!" I said gladly seing fine swords , blueprints , and many more.
I put down my luggage and took the gifts on their respective room to store them accordingly and make this house more organized.
"Well , now that i'm here i'll to a little stroll around the house and explore every room."
The house is so vast that i get exhausted in midway.
"I regret it , i wanna sleep!" I said with deep regrets of exploring the house.
Upon reaching my room again, i recall all the rooms i've so far.
" So in this house we got : is the Kitchen which is tidy and the foods and beverage are well stack for a year, rooms for storage and some training room . Bedsrooms , more space
, A stair the goes beneath the house , etc."
"With this house that is big i can even set up a gaming room and many more things i want when i'm just an ordinary human in my world. But i must be carefull not to be taken away by these since i have my goals to go back, but i'll make all of this moment of my life. "
I opened my [Storage Box] and pull out all my items and cleared anything inside it. And i ordered some pillows in my Magical Market that got enhanced and replaced with ordinary market that offers more product.
"Tomorrow, i'll need to take quest again and hone my skills in a short time" i said.
"With determination, must escape my fate and become more than ordinary. I need to conquer the tower of babel." I continue before i sleep
MEANWHILE..
