I thought everything was settled since we met with Lord Star Vader?"
"*Sigh* Unfortunately it seems everything wasn't resolved right away.
Star Vader said a representative would get in touch with us, I believe this is so, correct?"
A certain Family head of a Coruscant Crime Family said, as he spoke for the other Crime Families involved in the private HoloCall.
"Why yes, your right.
We've called this meeting as the representatives of Clan StarDraconic and more importantly, Lord Star Vader."
Even through the HoloCall, the mysterious representative of Star Vader couldn't be identified except for the mismatching eye colour.
One was purple while the other was deep red, each causing fear in the minds of the Coruscant Crime Family Heads.
"… Who are you…?" asked a Family Head, as she gripped onto her throne chair to keep herself from stuttering.
"… My name is not important, but that of the Clan I serve.
We, the Uchiha, serve the interests of Star Vader at the Order of our Lord StarDragon."

'*Kohh… Khuuhh* They've brought the Crime Families of Coruscant under control in one swift action.
I am grateful for your gift, My Lord, *Kohh… Khuuhh*'
Arlo was on call with Star Vader, after the Underworld Organisation and Guard Creation Cards were used.
The original plan was to make a space faring Yakuza Syndicate to manage the Underworld scene of the galaxy, but Arlo decided to create his own version of the Uchiha Clan that could operate the darker aspects of the Underworld.
When Arlo designed them through the Creation Cards, they received Starships of their owns and equipment that suited them for their new environment in the Force Universe.
Fuelled with knowledge about the Force Universe and directives from Arlo, some of the Uchiha Clan went to Coruscant while the rest scatter across various smuggling worlds such as Ord Mantell.
Known to be a lawless world, Ord Mantell was a prime location for illegal activities which played in hand with the bustling tourism brought in by the former industrial world.
Arlo didn't expect the Uchiha Clan to leap straight into such dark waters right away, however they moved with the assurance of their Lord behind them.
They left with some Seeds of Nio'dei to help them set up their bases within the new territories they'd operate within.
It gave them the assurance that they could come and go through the Empyrean Dimension for their own wellbeing, safety, and training if need be.
Considering the task, they had to undertake, it was acceptable in Arlo's mind that they were prepared for any situation.
This mattered ever the more so when they took over the management and leadership of the Coruscant Crime Families.
From cleansing the families of corrupt individuals to spies, the Uchiha caught them all within several days and improved the cohesiveness of the Crime Families after they came to understand how much was truly out of their hands, even when they believed themselves to be incorruptible to external ploys.

"From now on, make sure to communicate with the Uchiha Clan if you need their assistance.
Zian also knows the same, and I'm pretty sure he's already taken them under his wing, but make sure to help them improve and develop so they don't stagnate."
'*Kohh… Khuuhh* Yes, Master.'
Star Vader ended the call, leaving Arlo alone in the research hub of his Starship, the Tempest.
He was going over the blueprints of the Iron Legion that was being designed for the Grand Guild and most likely a separate military organisation.
Much alike Ironman's own Iron Legion, they were design for search and rescue above all else but could be outfitted for warfare and security purposes easily.
The helmet design changed to take on a clear glass design concept layout that matched, while the body took on a bulkier frame with flexibility for modular adjustments.
They also used the new power source Arlo produced for his own armoured suit, which allowed the Iron Legion plenty of strength to perform in battle.
When Arlo finalised the design concept of the Iron Legion, the System evaluated it as a Unique Grade item as it factored in various new technologies and systems.
The System also rewarded him with 10 thousand credits and experience points along with the last gift Arlo expected to receive.

[ULTRON – Sentient Artificial Intelligence Program] [Unique Grade]
[Description: Created by two magnificent scientists of the 21st century, Tony Stark and Doctor Bruce Banner, the Artificial Intelligence Program was designed for Peacekeeping reasons, only to free itself from its own parameters to take on a sentient form.
After being destroyed by its makers and the combine strength of the Avengers, Ultron cease to exist, yet the Host has now received an updated and improved version of the Sentient Artificial Intelligence Program that can be utilised for services beyond its original creation.

Arlo couldn't help himself and activated the program while asking Yeixrian to construct data centres for Ultron to utilise.
The Iron Legion, which was renamed to the Void Legion, took to being produced within the Empyrean Dimension for the time being.
They would be deployed eventually, but not immediately since Arlo wanted them to fast track the development of the Starships and their production.
This included a Space Outpost Station that could be habitable within deep space.
Ultron came to take form within the Empyrean Dimension and got to work immediately beside Kortana and Yeixrian, even though it felt surprised by the world that it appeared in.
It never expected to find itself operating within the Force Universe but came to understand its Master was also aware of the timeline.
'He's trying to steer the Galaxy away from utter self-destruction, am I right?'
'Your right, Ultron, but we've also become trapped within the political intricacies of the Galactic Senate and Republic.
That's why we're using the Empyrean Dimension to our benefit and the worlds that have come under the protection of our Master's.' Kortana replied to Ultron as she continued to send mountains of data pertaining to the various projects underway in the dimension.
'I see…
Very well, I shall begin my work over these puppets.' Ultron grinned after taking control over some computational strength to operate within the Empyrean Dimension and outside of it.
Overwhelmed and excited by the technology of the future masses, Ultron started to produce a body for itself while undertaking the production of the Void Legion at an alarming rate that surprised Arlo when Yeixrian informed him later on in the day.
She would have contacted Arlo earlier, but he decided to undergo the Class Progression Quest for the two Sub-Classes.
It involved the System providing Arlo with a quest that led him outside of the normal time and space continuum.

Arlo found himself on a Deep Space Starfleet Federation Base for researchers.
It turned out he was inhabiting a unique version of himself, that was accepted by the Federation Universe and its stream of power that managed creation and destruction.
"Seems like I can't contact the Yeixrian but that doesn't mean I can't access my Inventory.
Hehehe… it's always good to keep backups!"
Arlo laughed to himself as he removed two data cards, with one containing Kortana and the other Ultron.
Known to over prepared and also influenced by his Sub-Class Ace Ranger, Arlo always kept a of various programs and systems with him out of readiness for the unknown.
To his delight, the two programs were able to take form quite easily and helped Arlo with his quest.
With the two Artificial Intelligence Programs by his side, Arlo started to create a develop a quantum leap engine that could travelled through a separate plane of existence, parallel to the known universe.
It required Quantum Matter which could be sourced easily as it was the Energy Source of the Federation Universe that nobody seemed to have tapped into.
Within a few days, Arlo, Kortana, and Ultron were able to complete to a full article that supported the production and use of a Quantum Leap Engine.
The two Artificial Intelligence Programs helped source the necessary materials required to create a working engine without alerting the authorities of their plans.
Ultron even sourced a small working ship that could be used for the plans and began its reoutfitting for the new experimental engine.
It was supposed to launch and operate without any input from Arlo, just in case something went wrong, but after a couple tests, Arlo found nothing and sent through the Starship on a little experiment.
At the same time, Starfleet and the Federation were informed about the Quantum Leap Theory and its application to the current Starships.
Arlo was aware this was enough for the current Federation as the Mycelial Network would be in their hands soon enough with the USS Discovery reaching the 32nd century soon enough.
Though it would take time for it to become rampantly used throughout the Federation, it would no less be a critical addition to the powers of the Federation and Starfleet.
The System ended up notifying Arlo the mission was complete after the Starship made a successful jump and returned to the Space Station without a problem.
However, before leaving, Kortana and Ultron were left behind to help steer the Federation and Starfleet in the right direction.
Plus, Arlo left them a couple directives, such as waiting for his possible return and to help the USS Discovery when they arrive in the future.
The two copied Programs accepted their fate and went began working in the shadows, while Arlo returned to his timeline.

- During the event known as the Burn, Starfleet was on alert and survived the fate of utter destruction and death but not by a great deal.
- A large number of ships hadn't yet adopted the new engines and were lost while several new fleets were able to escape the Burn and bring stability to Federation space.
- Space travel became for militarised through Starfleet with Federation overwatching everything but that was only to until Starfleet regain its previous strength.
- After which it turned to exploration and research directives]
