Meeting

Days passed, and although Hope locked herself in her room, it wasn't long before she left and took over the gang. She even worked with some of the big clans, of course, I ordered them. this way I would have complete control over the underworld. Drugs will hit the streets... I might as well make a profit from it. Anyway, it was time for me to turn my blade to Canada.

"Your control over that thing is magical." Lying on the bed, Lily said softly, while watching me get dressed. 

"Well, I do have complete control over myself. to some degree," I said with a smile, I was a master of sex. even before getting the system, I had trained my skills well. I pushed them further with my ability to master anything, and even more so with my power to control myself. from making it bigger or smaller to better fit the other party, and to better aim for weak spots. I was a master

"You and I both know it's mostly thanks to that duel cultivation art." She said with a roll of her eyes, Alex had created a duel cultivation art. a heavenly one, Lily's cultivation had already reached level 10 Body transformation, which was just fast for someone with bad talent like her.

"Well, I should get going to war. Canada will be a huge pain." I said with a deep sigh, to which Lily just nodded while watching me disappear. Lily sighed while looking towards the sealing, life had changed greatly. but her main goal for cultivation was simple. to bring back her parents, and kill her uncle with her own hands...

In Canada, within the heart of Canada, Alex floated while looking down at the dense forest. From his senses, he found many powerful bloodlines that had been awakened. Alex ignored all of them but one, he went to the center of the land, where he landed before a cave.

"Who does there?" A cold voice came from within the cave, at this, I entered and saw a golden bear which was resting. the bear looked at me, its eyes turning cold seeing I was a human.

"I'm the lord of humans down south, I have just united all of the wild beast and humans. I'm seeking to do the same here." I said calmly, making the bear glare at me. a pressure fell upon me, but I ignored it while walking around, studying the cave which had special runes that had sealed this cave off from the outside world.

"I came to not seek trouble, I simply wish to unite this land," I said calmly while looking at the stunned bear who was caught off by how I ignored its aura. It quickly scanned me once more, and was in disbelief seeing as I was only at level 7 Core Transformation.

"Who are you? what clan or sect are you from?" He asked it knowing that it wasn't the only one to go into slumber. it was the ancestor of the Golden Bear Tribe. a once mighty race amongst the bear race, but today its bloodline has split into countless branches of bears. black bears, brown bears, grizzlies bear, and polar bears. these 4 bears used to be one, but in the past, they were far more but they died out.

"Let's make an oath. I will give you two chances to attack me and injure me. if you couldn't even make me take a step backward, you lose and you become my follower. If you even affect me with your attack, then I will be loyal to your clan. I will even give you all of the resources you want to recover, win or lose." I said calmly, making the Golden Bear go quiet, it scanned me once more, and it couldn't help but swallow its saliva. It could scan my core, so it knew I was an extreme genius

So, it agreed and had me make an oath and it followed. After, It wasted no time and jumped at me and slapped its paw towards me. one might ask the question, how is it that these powerful beings could go at speed faster than sound without breaking the sound barrier?

that was simple. With force, one would shatter the sound barrier. but if one can skillfully use a movement technique, then they would face less resistance, leading to them capable of traveling hundreds of miles away with a step, yet the land around them not being affected by their speed.

The bear's speed was fast and reached level 6 Nascent Soul, it knew that those with the Supreme Core should be around this level of strength. it didn't want to kill me, so it weakened itself to this level. at a speed that reached hundreds of times greater than that of sound, its attack hit my chest... yet all of that power disappeared instantly.

'Did he just absorb it? no, this feels different, as if it was nullified.' The Golden Bear thought in shock, it looked at me in shock for some time, realizing why I was so cocky. its mind raced for some time replaying everything that just happened.

'I can't risk it... is he betting on me not wanting to kill him? I would have to give up on this game and just kill him.' Through gritted teeth, the golden bear made up its mind. it slapped me once more. this time its attack was above the Nascent soul realm and had reached the Soul Forging realm... but like before, it was nullified, leaving the bear horrified.

"I win," I said with a smile, leaving the bear frozen for some time and unable to speak for some time. just what happened?

"Impossible." The golden bear said unwilling to accept this. after slumbering for millions of years, it rejected the idea of waking up just to be enslaved. this was even more so to someone far weaker than himself, now even when it regained its former strength what would happen? it would still be this person's slave.

"No need to be sad, since you are now my people, I will take care of you," I said while pulling out a pill, instantly catching the bear's attention, whose pupils shrank.

"I can make 100% purity pill, all I need from you is the resources. You want a pill, tell me and just give me the ingredients." I said with a smile, to which the bear hesitated, this was a strength-restoring pill. a simple name, but it was created to help those like itself who found themselves in a weakened state. it would speed up the body's speed of recovery, so long as there was energy and they were not injured, then they could recover far faster.

"t-thank you... " It said moved, be it Alex's unique power, talent, and now this capability to make pills of such high purity at such a low cultivation realm, it was more than willing to follow this young man.

Like the humans, no powers had more than one of its powerhouses enter slumber. this is because this was something that needed a lot of resources to do. and there was a high likelihood that they might just die in their slumber,

down south was the land of the humans, this is why you wouldn't see many wild beasts that had entered slumber. but up here, you would find only wild beasts up here. The next wild beast I went to see was the Winged Snake Ancestor, of course, I first had the bear recover a bit more of its strength before we went together.

"Golden Bear Ancestor, why do you enter my land?" after entering the Winged Snake ancestor's land, it came out to see us, on guard against us. the Winged Snake was a large snake with bat-like wings. it seemed to carry bits of the dragon bloodline.

"I brought my master here as he wished to make a deal with you." the Golden Bear said while releasing bits of its aura, showing off the fact that it had recovered more of its power than the Winged Snake. At this, the snake was horrified 

"This is all thanks to my master's great power." the Golden Bear said pridefully, causing the Winged Snake to look at me as I stepped off the Golden Bear's back. 

"I'm the new ruler of the humans down..." So, I went on to explain everything. of course, the Winged Snake was shocked hearing how I had beat the bear in the bet, and even gave it a pill to recover its strength. I even showed off the pill to get the snake to trust me.

"So, you want me to walk into the same trap?" the snake asked with narrowed eyes, 

"Down south, I had already had the old monsters from all of the clans swear their loyalty to me, and I have helped them all recover some of their strength," I said calmly, making the Winged Snake's mood drop. It could tell this was a warning. in its weakened state, it couldn't even run for long before it was caught

"I mean no harm, this is the most peaceful way. I will even swear to treat you equally along with the others. I have the talent and power. It's not like I force you to throw away your past," I said calmly, making the Winged Snake which wanted to fly away hesitate 

"I have only cultivated for a little over 2 months now... within this time, I went from knowing nothing about cultivation to what you see today," I said softly, stunning both the golden bear and the Winged Snake.

"Thats impossible, no one could... no, you could only do this if you are the reincarnation of a powerful expert." the snake said realization hitting it, and at its words, I nodded slightly, stunning the snake once more.

"I'm the reincarnation of an immortal," I said with a smile, stunning the snake for some time. it looked at me for some time, before it slowly nodded its head.

"I'm willing to submit," it said to which I nodded before making the oath it wanted, and at the same time, it made an oath to be loyal... So, like that, I went around the forest collecting more wild beasts.

those who were smart submitted, luckily with the force I carried and the future I promised, they all supported with some trouble, but this so-called war ended within just a few hours... With this, Alex took over Canada and returned down to sit on his throne and pass orders, he did his job, and now it was time for them to do their job.

"Canada is ready." Sitting on my throne, I looked at the Dragon Emperor, who nodded slightly before disappearing. He would go and spread technology to those wild beasts, but there would be no houses built up there. this is because I didn't want houses to take the places where herbs could be grown.

"So, how is the tech going?" I asked calmly, with all of the best minds uniting, I expected to hear great things, and I wasn't disappointed.

"Our researchers have improved the phone, this is just their newly created one," Eve said while giving me a phone which was a bit ugly. I went through the phone and quickly realized that it was a fusion of all of the tech the clans had hidden. it was not simply fused but also improved, 

"We managed to allow this phone to have the power to look into heaven's secrets to some degree. for now, it's limited to simply sending signals into the heavens and picking up these signals. with this, its range can cover the whole planet." She said calmly, making my eyebrow rise, looking at the phone for a moment, I quickly understood how they did this.

they used some runes, mixed with ores which could strengthen the link to the heavens. if they could keep improving this, then one day they could create a phone which would link with the secrets of the heavens, and put the secrets of the heaven into writing. this would make an all-knowing phone, as the heavens were all-knowing. but this would be extremely expensive in return.

"Apple has outdone itself," I said calmly, iPhone had absorbed all other phones, all but Samsung which didn't belong in the United States. although its branches and other such branches from other phone branches were swallowed.

"We have also created mech suits. some of them even recreated the Iron Man suits. pretty much, with Qi, all of the crazy stuff humans have thought to be Science fiction isn't impossible anymore." She said with a bright smile. Qi was just the element we needed, at the same time, Qi had improved many resources that could be found on Earth, allowing for better and more amazing things to be born.

"thats good," I said while taking another phone that showed all of the stuff that was being created. Mech Suits, robots, and so on.

"By the way... do you know why tech has risen so quickly after Qi disappeared?" Eve asked, to which I shook my head. while Qi was disappearing, humans were put back to the Stone Age, but they quickly found new forms of tech

"We wanted to recreate the tech of the dwarf. everything you see today is something we are simply trying to recreate." Eve said making my eyebrow raise. but she went on to explain, that the races found in story books, such as fairies, dwarfs, Elves, and so on, were all real. but they were not from our planet.

Each planet had its heavens and earth, it governed life on the planet. Above this the heaven and earth of the solar system. this is how planets could so perfectly orbit a sun. the heavens kept everything balanced. even now as Earth grew along with the other planets and the sun, the planets were flying backward to avoid getting swallowed by the sun and keeping a perfect distance from each other.

But this was for the future, for now, Alex was more interested in the other races. and there were countless races within the universe. Dwarfs were small and weak, but they had unmatched crafting capability. they were making spaceships and other types of weapons that humans have been trying to copy

Elves were a noble race, born from the tree of life which was the source of all life within this world. It said if the Tree of Life dies, all life would fall. Elves were known as the perfect race, blessed by the world tree, and the list of races went on.

"What a pain... so, is the universe like the lower realm?" I asked calmly, some novels carried this type of storytelling. there would be a said number of universes, but they were all lower realms. above them being the immortal realm, which connects all lower realms.

"... I don't know," Eve said while shaking her head, even the zombie in her sect didn't know the answer to this. At this, I sighed while going on to see the reports that have been sent to me in the past few days. Since I have given the task of managing land to others, I didn't bother. every month, I have to give them resources, and every year they cough up offers to me, all while I collect the taxes

"Good, Homelessness seems to have dropped by 80%," I said while looking at the reports. this was the main reason I even wanted to become a ruler. it was a sad sight just driving down the streets only to see a lifeless body being swallowed by flies. this was not the world he liked, so he would simply take over it and make this world worthy of his existence.

"... odd, I have been more prideful lately," I said while rubbing my chin, I was more arrogant, something which left me frowning. Although I could just will myself to not be prideful, I will be telling myself not to be me anymore. a complete personality change is not what I wanted. I knew that was because of my dragon bloodline, and the way I was starting to see the world. I was broken, and this came with its flaws.

"You do carry the blood of the dragons, and they are well known for their pride," Eve explained, making me frown slightly. My mindset would change, this was even more so with the type of bloodline I had. Incursio bloodline, the power to adapt and evolve. I have been seeing myself as this higher lifeform, this was even more so with my powers and abilities. 

Sighing, I shrugged. I gave Eve a few things to do, with [The Almighty], I was the perfect ruler since I can foresee everything, I was about to leave when Eve spoke.

"wait, there has been a meeting called by China for the world powers to meet with each other," Eve said making my eyebrow rise.

"When?" I asked calmly, 

"February 1st is when it's taking place." She said making me frown deeply, so tomorrow? How did I get this information at the last moment? Eve avoided eye contact with me, her face blushing slightly in embarrassment

"Due to the changes to our tech... we had some trouble on picking up on the message they sent until today," Eve said this was indeed a huge embarrassment on their end. at this, I sighed softly. it was my fault, I was rushing things.

"the meeting is being held in China... so we should create a clone to head over." She said, to which I just sighed while nodding. there might be some trouble once we arrive in China, so all of the powers world send clones over to avoid China trying to do something underhanded.

"Naw, I will go alone," I said calmly, while Incursio appeared on me. after a moment, I had my armor transform, becoming red armor. 

"My lord, you can't go alone. you know I can't allow that to happen, you need guards and need to appear while showing off your power... but not too much, and at the same time, just good enough. if you went alone, you would make the world know you are too powerful... Your dragon blood is getting in the way of your thinking." Eve said with a sigh, making me sigh as well as she was right. So, I had a private jet ready, along with some guards to follow.

So far, only 2 powers have managed to unite their land. The United States was no more, and so was Japan...

"My lord, should you not go create a clone?" Eve asked seeing as I wasn't getting the tools needed to make a special clone. there were different types of clones a person could create, the clone she was talking about was a clone that would be created with a core. this core would allow the clone to no longer need the main body and act on its own, of course, these clone techniques have been refined. so there was no danger of the clones going out of control.

"... I have to go," I said calmly, I wanted to use [The Almighty] and [The End] of everyone out there. I should adapt and evolve to counter everyone's trump cards, at the same time, I should go on to find pawns within their land.

"My lord, you're the strongest person here. you leaving is like us cutting off our arm." Eve said with a forced smile. As the king, was a prisoner of my land. unless I had some powerful ancestor, I shouldn't be leaving

"My sister is strong enough to look after things on my behalf," I said calmly, I was currently at level 7 core formation, and I had the power to fight someone at level 9 Nascent soul. even with the gap between levels improving as one breakthrough, my strength was still increasing far greater than the gap, this is because I was creating more techniques, and I just kept growing and adapting.

"Understood..." Eve just sighed. She was doing a lot of work as she had become my right hand, something she was more than willing to do as she could use it to do things that best supported her sect. sadly, everything she passed down has to go through the wild beast and other major sect leaders.
