The new girl

There was a new girl in our neighbourhood and every guy's attention shifted to her including his attention. It bothered me for a while but I never paid much attention cause she wasn't that cute.

I noticed one thing he started spending more time with her it looked like they were dating. I was fine with it at first but it started getting on my nerves and I decided I should move on.

She stayed in the neighbourhood for two years till they shifted but while she was there I also dated a guy from school, he was actually a student teacher and he was really handsome he looked like he was just made especially for me.

How we met... we met on something that looked like a bridge but it wasn't. I didn't allow him to pass first he neither allowed me to pass first so we both used the bridge at the same time and I almost fell, he quickly grabbed my hand and pulled me close. Instead of saying thank you I just simply removed his hands and left him standing there speechless.

People say I'm arrogant but I'm simply not just an easy goer. And from that day onwards I kept seeing him every morning and each time he passes by. Before I could know it he seemed to like me and he made sure he got a chance to see me.
