changing schools

He reached his seventh grade and I knew he was going to write his exam at the end of the year but I still didn't tell him how I felt about my feelings for him. I simply shyed away like a caterpillar in a chrysalis and watched him go further away from me. I was young so it didn't really bother me.

He wrote his exam and left and I remained. A year went by and I never saw him. It was time for me to also write my seventh grade exam. When we were asked to pick school we wanted to proceed to I chose the school he was going at hoping I would stand a chance to actually go there. I wrote my exams and cleared with flying colours I even scored better marks than him. But it turns out fate was not on our side and my headteacher chose another school and now we were officially separated.

And with the fact that I never use to leave the house it even made things worse.
