KNOWING FEAR 2

More creatures arrived, looking at the humans with bloodlust in their eyes. Lycans, witches, vampires, they all arrived at the scene. Surprisingly, Eclipse felt more fear towards the other creatures than towards the scary looking gorillas. The silverback showed and act of dominance again by using his fists to hit his chest before a loud belch with a mix of rumble and growl was heard. All the other gorillas did the same thing and Eclipse understood that they must be communicating.

Eclipse and Raine didn't find their situation funny when the biggest gorilla started moving in their direction. The earth was seriously quaking at this point. Raine grabbed onto Eclipse's arm in fear. The red flame like eyes of the gorilla were trained on Eclipse. As it approached her, the creatures backed away slowly. Eclipse felt that she would faint any second when the gorilla stopped right beside her and let out that rumbling sound again. Her eyes were wide open and for the first time, Jesse heard her speak to him, "Please, d-don't hurt m-me. We we are v-very s-so-sorry for for coming here". She was literally shaking from fear which Jesse didn't like.

ECLIPSE'S POV

I thought that begging this creature would work but it's just staring at me with those red eyes. I don't know what came over me when I raised my hands to trace the spikes and chains on its body. When it moved I thought that it was going to crack my head open for touching it and I flinched. The gorilla let out that terrifying sound again and lowered it huge spiky head to touch my fragile head. I could feel the heat emitting from it's body and slowly opened my eyes only to meet with the creatures red eyes staring intently at me. A sudden realization dawned on me, that tug I felt earlier when I entered the forest has completely seized. Does it mean that this creature was what was calling out to me. I no longer felt fear for this creature as much as I did earlier. I think it sensed that because it stood to it's full height which was a lot taller than me. After hitting its chest again, an all out war began between these supernaturals. I felt kind of safe with this beast beside me. Raine looked at the creature apprehensively and snuggled closer to me. This was the exact scene I dreamed of, where supernaturals were fighting. This means that those dreams will actually come to pass. I never thought that this would happen.

JESSE'S POV

I felt really bad when I saw the fear in Eclipse's eyes. I don't want her to be scared of me at all, but what can I do. She's seeing something unfathomable for the first time. I moved closer to her but it seems like that scared her more. I tried comforting her by rubbing my head against hers which worked well to my surprise. The scent of fear is not as strong as before. I stood tall again and looked towards my troop as an indication to get rid of these creatures. Some were smart enough to retreat, like the witches, lycans and the other gorillas. It's good that the gorillas understood that they couldn't fight us. They were average gorilla shifters, while we were the only flame gorilla shifters in existence. They knew not to push us as it could spell destruction for them. I stood by my mate's side to protect her. We were actually outnumbered. The lycans were 200 in numbers while the wolves were 50. But that didn't shake me. I knew that we could take down these creatures with ease. I let my troop deal with them while I dealt with those ones bold enough to approach these girls even while I was standing at their side. A lycan tried his luck. I stepped forward and slammed my fist on its jaw thereby disfiguring it. A wolf came forward and I caught it in mid air before pressing its side like a can of soda. This crushed all the organs in the wolf. The fight continued for about 30 minutes. My troop defeated all the lycans and werewolves. I turned to look at my mate staring ahead in shock.

RAINE'S POV

It was shocking enough seeing all these huge out of this world creatures. I was shocked again when this beastly gorilla came up to Eclipse, rubbed its head on her and stood by our side. I'm literally very confused right now. I watched as the seven gorillas fought the wolves and that other creature that I have no idea about. They literally ripped them limb from limb. It was thrilling and shocking at the same time and now that the fight is over I can't help but think about what will happen next.
