"What creature we are talking about, Mr Potter," she asked curiously.
"It's just a precautionary measure, Madam. As I'm aware that the creature in question doesn't harm anyone unless provoked," he said cryptically. He didn't want to disclose his familiar to the world.
"Can I know its classification at least?" she asked with a hint of disappointment because of his lack of disclosure.
"It is 5X beast, Madam." Said Harry calmly. She stared at him. When he entered, she thought he is here for some information on magical creatures. But this young man managed to surprise her when he said that he is here for permission to have a magical creature. And now he surprised her more by saying that it is a 5X beast.
Generally, they are wizard killers, which take at least a few of their kind to tame and this young man is asking her permission and says it is not harmful unless provoked. She can think of a few beasts of 5X classification which are like that, but most of them are not and he is not disclosing the type of beast for Merlin's sake.
She couldn't do anything. He assured her about its nature and if anything happens, he will be responsible as the type of creature will not be specified in the permission.
"Very well. It will be 500 Galleons." she relented. It is high because 5X beasts are dangerous and it is set up like that to discourage most people who wish to have them and put themselves and others in danger.
"Remember, Mr Potter, it won't be specified which Beast it is and you will be responsible for anything that happened because of this Creature of yours," she said sternly and Harry nodded and gave her the money for permission and a letter came out, permitting him to have one. He nodded in satisfaction and left the office with a 'Have a nice day' and a respectful nod.
Harry tucked the letter in the inner pocket of his robe and moved to level three, where the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes office lay.
He entered the office and went to the improper use of magic section, where his letter was addressed from when Dobby used the hover charm last year. He saw a young woman working with a name plaque saying 'Mafalda Hopkirk', assistant manager.
She is the one who sent him the letter last year and he remembered the name of the woman and knocked on the open door. She took notice of him and allowed him in and he entered and closed the door behind.
"Good Morning, Madam Hopkirk. I'm-" he was interrupted from speaking as she rose from her seat and extended her hand. Harry recognising the gesture, brushed his lips against her knuckles.
"I know who you are, Mr Potter. Tell me, how can I help you today?" she asked in a calm tone. He didn't know why he got the feeling that she is after something, but he continued anyway.
"Madam, I'm here to request you to cancel the notice that you sent me for breaking the statute of secrecy last year as all the parties present know about the magical world," he said coming straight to the point. She didn't know that and this piqued her interest.
"Can you explain further Mr Potter? I'm not aware of that fact," Hopkirk asked. Harry explained about his relatives and their sister to her. She 'consoled' him by taking his hand into her's and telling him soothing words. Harry played along.
Now he knew what she wants. But he doubted he could do it anytime soon. Maybe with some experience, he can do it. After all, he is good looking, add the additional effect of the ritual and is wealthy and is famous in the Magical world.
If this women want anything they want in their partners, these going to be on top and he like the feeling when she came close to him. Maybe using Time Turner increased his age at least more than he should actually be. Anyway, he liked this and made a note to explore this angel more.
He blamed this feeling on his teenage hormones and maybe partly on the woman in front of him. She is not half bad. She is developed and had nice curves at least from what he could see and is willing to do soothe him. Maybe later, but now the work is the priority.
