Chapter 8: She Escaped Disaster

Si Ye, clad in a pristine white shirt with arms crossed over his chest, looked at her with his deep, captivating eyes and asked with a smile, "Seeing me like this, are you still planning on refusing?"

Chen Zhi turned her head away, speaking indifferently, "Please leave. I need to get dressed and leave this place. Also, I won't be performing at tonight's banquet."

"You don't want the five-thousand yuan performance fee?"
