Bloodborne Devils

1822. A man on the floor. He slowly crawled across the dirt floor. He was bleeding out. One of his arms was detached from the rest of his body. Tears slowly flowed from his eyes. That's when he noticed a tall young woman hobbling toward him. She spoke in a deep and cautious tone. "I will lend you my power, young man. It will allow you to live, and allow you to do things that humans can't even comprehend. She put her hand on the man's arm and smiled. A bright yellow light shone from the man's arm and turned into the fog when let out. The lady had already disappeared when the exchange was finished. The man yelled loudly. He couldn't understand what was happening to him. He asked for the lady's name as he saw she turn to the shadows. The lady laughed and tipped her hat. She only said one thing. "Kulia Kurazaki, and I am Bloodborne."

The Priest

Kulas spun and jumped onto the ground. Elvis was kicking demons off of him and dodging their attacks. Kulas jumped off the building before it could explode under the pressure of Priest's power. Priest put his parts back together and prepared for a rematch with Kulas. An explosion pushed Kulas away from him and landed Kulas next to Elvis. Priest grabbed Kulas by the foot and slammed him against the floor, and then he slammed him against Elvis. Elvis groaned in pain, but Kulas kept a steady head and stood up. Priest jumped into the air and used his might to throw Kulas into another building so that he could confront Elvis. "I've heard about you, Elvis. You've supposedly solve 70 cases in the last year, right? Well, I can't have you investigating my boss. Although, it's such a shame, isn't it? You possess such fine intelligence, maybe even more than me. You truly are quite the gentlemen. I'll have to find a demon like you one day, and maybe he can be of good help. I'm truly sorry for this." Elvis shivered in fear and backed up slowly. As soon as Elvis began to run, Priest sent a shockwave through the ground that knocked the air out of Elvis' lungs. Suddenly, it began to rain. It was night time now. Before Priest could eliminate Elvis, Kulas jumped out of the rubble surrounding him and rushed toward Priest. Elvis felt a sudden charge of energy and used it to regain his breath and jump back. Thunder crashed around them loudly. Kulas kicked Priest in the gut and sent him crashing through a few cars and leaving him on the open road. The energy burnt off a few of Priest' limbs. Elvis felt a jolt of confusion strike him. Kulas noticed his face and spoke. "You see, Elvis, this energy that we use comes in many forms, and it's directly derived from the human heart. Our power that we hold is most powerful at night, and our power is also very vibrant when there's thunder around. I transferred energy through to the ground and to you when the lightning struck, and now we are fully prepared to handle this demon. The energy I gave to you, Elvis, use it to succeed. Let's defeat this monster! The gentlemen way!" Kulas shouted excitedly. Elvis stood up. He was about to run until he remembered what Kulas said. "One cannot call himself a man until he can face fear with stoicism." Elvis clenched his fist and felt the energy pulsating through them. Elvis marched past Kulas and stepped closely toward the rubble. Elvis put his hands on the ground and used his lightning to burn all the rubble around him and the rubble that he saw Priest land in. The fire burned brighter. Lightning roared around them violently. The wind started to pick up. A yellow aura appeared around Kulas. Elvis smiled. Energy was flowing through him as well. Kulas let out a shock wave that sent all the rubble around him flying. Parts and bits of Priest were everywhere. Priest put himself back together once more. "To kill me, you'll have to aim for my brain. As long as it's intact, you can't defeat me." Kulas was behind Priest, and Elvis was in front of him. "Once in every blood moon, my bloodline and generation give me their energy so that I will be able to push through. Today may not be that day, but that doesn't mean that I won't beat you!" Kulas held a large orb of energy in his hand. "I've been charging this energy up for the last few hours, and I'm going to use it to eradicate you and all of the demons around this area!" Kulas struggled to hold all of the energy in. Kulas finally launched the energy ball toward Elvis. "The energy is admirable…maybe even enough to destroy the city…" Priest said. Priest was starting to absorb the energy. Kulas noticed quickly and began to sweat. He didn't have a back up plan if his current one failed. Kulas suddenly got an idea. While he was still struggling to hold his own against Priest, he called Elvis over to distract him. Elvis started to attack Priest and launched energy around him. "Elvis! Give me the energy I gave you!" Kulas shouted. Lightning struck him at that moment. The energy that Elvis was giving him back was an abundance of power. Kulas' heart was beating rapidly. He used the energy from the lightning and Elvis to push Priest back. Priest was struggling. He couldn't keep up with the mass of energy Kulas was sending at him. The energy forced its way through Priest and completely incinerated him. Kulas and Elvis passed out. The amount of power they used was too much for them to handle. The day was saved, and one of Doran's minions was now destroyed. "Finally onto the next journey…" Elvis thought as he passed out. Right before they passed out, Kulas gave Elvis that jolt of energy back that he took earlier. After that, they were finally unconscious. "We've won…"
