...And Hazel...

Hazel noted the Royal Force who rushed towards her through the crowd of standing guests. For that reason, her mind became a little bit distracted by the view, wondering what his urgency was all about.

Her extremely soft palm rested in the hard palm of her mate-to-be's while the left one rested softly on top of his sturdy right shoulder; his right arm encircling her waist as they swayed slowly and gently in tune to the beats of the traditional songs.

Clearing his throat, "Is everything alright with you?" her mate to be called, noticing she was not moving as flexible as she had been doing. His blue eyes squinched when she didn't respond. "Hazel? Hazel."

Hazel's alluring eyes met his, and the difference was as clear as a crystal. Her own each looked like a black ink containing a slight brown ink dripped on a newly white paper — the iris were black-brown and the sclera were plain white in the absence of red veins; enchanting like a bewitching trap for weak hearted men.

Greatly representing the opposite to the brim, red veined eyes in the shapes of spider webs with blue at the middle belonged to her mate to be's. Not only the eyes, letting in their whole appearance was a unique illustration of the word "Contrary".

Every daughter of either an Alpha Emperor or an Alpha King had the ability to choose her mate from the day she reaches eighteen years of age. Incisively, Hazel's eighteenth birthday was just yesterday and today, she was getting mated to the man her father chose for her. She was automatically the Crowned Luna Princess long ago because her father had many children but none of them was a girl.

She was the only Princess of her father.

"Cameron," Hazel sniffed lightly. "I feel like this is going to be the most memorable day of my life." She said, a little confused smile etched on her naturally dark red lips.

Cameron's mood softened. His two ears urged to hear more of Hazel's voice worrying for an optimistic reason. A voice that was molded in a feminine way, slightly hoarse, screaming to to anyone listening to her that she was a sexually matured young woman ready for;

Clearing away his dirty thoughts, "That is because your promised mate is near you. Close to you. Tell me this funny fact..." flirted Cameron. His eyes unconsciously glanced at her cleavage showing dress. Written on the breast part of the white gown were "I AM GETTING MATED!".

Hazel was a weirdo.

"Tell you what fact?"

"That your eighteen year old she-wolf has better fortelling instincts than the prehistoric mine does."

With that said, his best part came. Hazel laughed to gain more unwanted attention from the guests. Cameron, he became static like a mountain who could not keep on dancing anymore. He unblinkingly looked at the woman of his dreams, forgetting her pains and laughing like a small child because of a small joke.

Finally, the hurrying Royal Force arrived. "Your Highness, I have something urgent to inform you privately." He went on one knee and bent the other one to support his crossed arms on it, his white Royal Force robe lying behind him on the polished floor.

Hazel noticed some guests were keen to eavesdrop. Shedding away some wetness of laughter around her eyes, "Mind-link can do?" she asked in the meantime her face was slowly turning a bit serious.

«Yes of course, forgive me for my mistake. There is bad news alarming the Pack Forces to be concerned particularly about your well being, my lady, and I'm told to break it to you. Reported by the Security Ensurer to the Gamma Royal Force, few Gold's assassins were been traced some minutes ago, making their way...»

«Can you cut the story short?»

«Yes, of course, forgive me for my mistake, my lady. His Highness needs you and Cameron to be heavily guarded somewhere safer than here. The Royal Castle is under a minor attack.»

«We are under a minor attack and you want me to hide together with my mate? What is wrong with my father... Lead me to the battle ground, you coward!»

Inside absolute darkness, two red eyes were glowing. From a near distance of the dark place originated voices and different kinds of sounds, showing Max how fierce was the clash between Armless and the five Electeds verses about thirty underground Blue Forces patrolling the tunnels, upon which they stumbled.

Max ignored details of the clashing sounds and rolled to the right so as to dodge five crazy claws of a Blue Force swiping down to his left.

And soon came another sharp claws from the same person, a wild attack that was so close to his ears aimed to take away his dear aspect of hearing.

"Vampire! You are done for good." The Blue Force's naturally deep voice stated delightfully with a wicked smile. "It is time I capture you so that I'll rank up."

Max laughed loudly in hearing the Blue Force. "Ah don't die, and a'don't wanna kill ya, and ah can't be captured. So go away." He blocked his bleeding belly using both of his injured palms, waiting for the next attacks to tear the air, looking through the darkness as the Blue Force that was on four in front of him clumsily grinned his animalistic fangs at the red eyes.

"Who do you think you are to say something like killing a Blue Force? Not even the first Vampire should think so and live happily afterwards."

[Your weapon 'Void Emotion' has finished cooling down]

[You have successfully summoned Void Emotion]

'Nullity.'

[You are using Void Emotion's Character Ability, Blink]

Having his mask back in work and not giving the Blue Force a chance to attack him again, Max used the little energy left in him before he could Blink to lunge his body forward and to hug the man's abdomen. His weight forced the two of them to fall to the ground and roll together.

It was time to use Void Emotion one on one against a terrible foe.
