Chapter 247 Become stronger

Tokito didn't know how to use the power of Enenra well.

However, when the artificial demon attacked him. His body automatically turned into smoke.

The artificial demon could not land a single hit on him.

Tokito saw the opportunity and he poured all of his attack against the artificial demon.

He killed it easily.

"I have become so much stronger."

Tokito felt happy but he didn't show it on his face. He had his revenge. How could he not be happy.

All of the Hashira felt very excited after witnessing how strong Tokito became.

They also wanted to fight with the artificial demon as well.

"Let me fight next!" Sanemi said with confidence.

In his hand there was a tiny sickle tornado. He was talented enough to know how to pull out his power.

Ichigo looked at him and smirked. He had improved the artificial demon while observing how Tokito fought.

He heard that the upper moon rank demons should be able to use blood demon arts.

'Well, I don't know any blood demon arts. Let just gave it Kido(demon arts)'

Sanemi with his Kamaitachi power fought with the improved artificial demon.

He thought he could definitely defeat it easily like Tokito. However, he was wrong.

"Hado #31 Shakkaho!"

"What the?!"

Sanami got hit by a crimson orb and it exploded.

He was sent flying and hit the wall, making the wall crack.

"I heard the upper moon rank demons can use something called blood demon arts. However, I don't know anything about it so I just gave it a bit of Kido."

Ichigo explained what Kido was. And everyone was interested in it but no one dared to ask him further.

"This is not fair. Why have you changed it before I fought it!"

Sanemi forgot who he was talking to. Ichigo wanted to mess with him in the first place.

Sanemi was pressed to the ground by the most simple Bakudo.

He started to hate it as well as feared it.

"Reflect on what your behavior should be." Ichigo said then he looked back at the other Hashira.

He wanted to know who wanted to fight with the artificial demon next.

And to his surprise. It wasn't Hashira that wanted to fight the demon next.

"Please, let me fight it, Ichigo-sama."

It was Hinaki who wanted to fight the demon. She wanted to test her power.

"Are you sure about that? I knew that you had never fought anyone before, Hinaki."

Hinaki nodded. She still wanted to fight.

"I have never fought before but I will still want to try."

Hinaki said with conviction. If she didn't start now then she didn't know when.

Ichigo thought about it. He knew that even if she couldn't fight well.

He could stop the demon anytime before it could harm her.

Ichigo saw her determination. He nodded.

He couldn't bring himself to stop her when he saw the look on her face.

"Then do your best."

Ichigo gave her encouragement. Hinaki smiled. He was the only one who believed in her.

She walked toward the artificial demon gracefully.

Her body was covered in pale blue light. The ground she walked on was frozen.

It looked like she could control her power for a bit.

Ichigo then ordered the artificial demon to fight Hinaki.

The demon used Shakkaho again but the result was different.

"Too slow"

Hinaki created an ice wall and the crimson orb hit it and exploded.

The ice wall only cracked a little. It served its purpose so Hinaki broke it and made it into ice spears.

She then sent all of the ice spears to attack the demon.

The demon wasn't weak. It could dodge the attack easily.

It could counter her but Hinaki was smart enough to improvise.

Hinaki fought well. This was her first time fighting but she could stand her ground.

To Ichigo and everyone. This could be considered her winning.

"Stop."

Ichigo ordered the demon to stop. Hinaki was now drenched with sweat.

She needed to work up her stamina.

"You have done well, Hinaki. Go and rest."

Ichigo smiled and patted her head. Hinaki's face went red.

No one ever touched her head like that except her mother and father.

"Yes, I will do as you say. Ichigo-sama."

Hinaki then walked to sit with her mother. Her mother never saw her this happy before.

Both Amane and Kagaya looked at each other.

They seemed to be communicating.

No one knew what they were talking about with their eyes.

"I want to fight it next!"

Rengoku said with a straight face. He always had a smile on his face.

It was like he always tried to live to the fullest.

Ichigo nodded and gave him permission to fight next.

Rengoku stood in front of the artificial demon.

He took a stance before taking a deep breath.

Intense flames burst out of every part of his body. The temperature in the courtyard skyrocketed.

Kagaya even had to use his power to cool down the surroundings.

"Flame Breathing Second Form: Rising Scorching Sun!"

Ichigo's eyes widened. The flame that he was emitting was very strong. Kagaya power could not suppress it.

He unsheathed his sword before cutting the artificial demon in half.

He left scorching ground behind.

"Is that really Flame Breathing? I felt like it was the Sun instead."

Kagaya was shocked. He never thought that Flame Breathing mixed with Furaribi power would give him the upgrade just like that.
