Can You Feel Fear Now?

"Mask is dead.... Fuck...." Äs whispered to himself. He looked back at Rukia who was looking at him emotionlessly.

He formed several luminous thorns floating in close proximity to his person. The thorns flew towards Rukia at a fast pace. Rukia stared at them.

The thorns froze in mid air when it was a few meters away from Rukia. It then shattered into pieces and dropped onto the ground.

Rukia appeared in front of Äs and swiped down her katana. Äs dodged by jumping sideways from her.

The tip of Rukia's katana touched the ground a little, the ground in front of her was then frozen entirely. There was about 500m of frozen ground.

Rukia raised her katana and looked at Äs. Her katana suddenly had lightning crackling around it. The katana had a bright blue glow to it.

Rukia appeared in front of Äs again and slashed upwards. Äs tilted his body to the side. The katana looked like it expanded in length but in actuality it was Rukia controlling the lighting infused to the blade.

*SHING!!!!*

*BAAAAAAAAAAAANGGGGGGGG!!!!*

The ground behind him was sliced cleanly in half. Rukia looked at Äs. "Do you feel fear now, Äs Nödt? Your Daten didn't gather this from me right?" Rukia's glare became more gloomy.

"You think we were clueless about you guys? Think again. You will be the one to feel what fear feels like. " Rukia muttered menacingly. Äs widened his eyes.

" You.... knew about His Majesty's return? " Äs asked her. Rukia smirked a little.

" All thanks to Ichigo. " Rukia replied. Äs narrowed his eyes.

" There's no way someone like him can know about us. " Äs was in denial. Rukia remained silent on that.

Instead, she appeared behind him in a flash. She gathered lightning around her left hand. Äs heard birds chirping behind him. He wanted to turn around but he was too late.

*SHIK!!!!*

Rukia stabbed Äs through the middle of his chest. Äs looked at her in shock. 'My Blut Vene was supposed to block that!' He thought to himself while his body started freezing up rapidly.

Rukia pulled her hand away. Blood splurted out and stained Äs' clothes.

She jumped away and looked at him strangely. 'I will not go to hell!!! ' Äs shouted in his mind.

Äs the rolled back his left eye, revealing a Wandenreich emblem on the inside of his eyeball.

Äs started transforming into something out of a horror movie. Rukia was disgusted but she didn't show it, she can be disgusted later.

In this form, he gains a Heiligenschein in the form of a star encircled by barbed wire, a stream of blood pouring from each eye, and a cloak with a line of stitches running down the middle.

His wings are barely visible and resemble circles of barbed wire attached to his back. The cloak is very tight-fitting, revealing Äs' gaunt torso. His eyes are completely rolled up, and his forearms are covered in a black substance.

"Raaaah....." Äs made a creepy roaring sound. Rukia widened her eyes. She cannot move.

'Shit. His abilities must've been enhanced! ' Rukia thought to herself while looking at Äs. Äs started laughing sadistically and generates innumerable eyes around Rukia.

"Now... You cannot escape my gaze. You must feel fear, Kuchiki Rukia..." Äs muttered. Rukia looked around her and looked down. She was standing up in the air now. Millions of black bugs started crawling up on her but she didn't give up.

She closed her eyes and started breathing calmly. Äs was surprised. "How are you not feeling fear?" Äs asked. Rukia didn't answer and kept breathing in a calm pattern. She was feeling fear, immense amounts of them but she knew if she gave up now, she would be wasting her life.

Suddenly, Byakuya cut through the eyes, saving her. Byakuya grabbed Rukia and jumped away.

"Brother! Don't look at him!" Rukia warned her brother. Byakuya nodded and closed his eyes. He ran away while carrying his little sister.

Äs was currently transforming into a more monster like appearance. Äs caused the stitching down the front of his body to burst open, exposing an immense face of his own likeness.

As his body absorbs the numerous eyes created by his The Fear ability, this larger version of himself tears its way out of his body and grows to massive proportions.

In this form Äs' ribcage is exposed, and his lower torso consists of a tentacled mass instead of legs. His face is severely deformed, some teeth are missing, its skin sagging and his eyeballs melting out of their sockets. The tattered remains of Äs' upper body hang down from his chin.

"AAAAAGGGGHHH!!!!!" Äs screamed horrifically and started running at him wildly in rage.

Byakuya didn't look back and smiled at her. "You have gotten stronger, Rukia." Byakuya complimented as he used Shunpo to appear on another building.

Rukia smiled. "Thank you, big brother. But I need to finish this." Rukia looked at him seriously. Byakuya nodded back.

He put Rukia down gently. "Good luck, Rukia. You have nothing to fear." Byakuya muttered. Rukia nodded back.

"KUCHIKI RUKIA!! I WILL MAKE YOU EXPERIENCE SUCH TERROR YOU WILL WISH FOR DEATH!!!!!!" Äs screamed loudly at her like a monster.

Rukia looked at him. She charged towards him bravely. She used Shunpo and appeared in front of Äs while her body glowed brightly.

"Bankai:Hakka no Togame!"

*FWWWOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!*

Upon release, a pillar of cold mist rises up into the air from where Rukia is and covers a wide area in her vicinity. Anything within at least 1km of influence of the mist is frozen.

The buildings were frozen solid, snow started falling down beautifully. Rukia stood on the frozen ground and started at the monster like Äs Nödt with an emotionless gaze.

As Äs was dying, he was thinking about something. 'Your Majesty... I'm scared. Am I going to die? Will I go to hell? Forgive me, Your Majesty. Don't be angry. I'm scared. I don't want any more pain. I'm scared of the pain. I'm scared, so scared, so scared, so scared, so scared, so scared, so afraid. So afr-'

Äs didn't get to finish his thoughts as he shattered and fell apart. Rukia stared at the scene emotionlessly. She cannot move at all.

'Crap. I really need to master this Bankai or I could get killed in this. ' Rukia thought to herself.

Byakuya appeared in front of her. "Slow down while returning to normal temperature, Rukia. You have plenty of time. " Byakuya advised her. Rukia's gaze laid on him.

Byakuya smiled warmly at her.

"You have a wonderful Bankai, Rukia. I am proud of you. Hisana would be proud of you. Ichigo would definitely be proud of what you accomplished." Byakuya complimented her. Rukia smiled back warmly.

"Thank you, big brother.... I love you." Rukia whispered. Byakuya's smiled widened a little. Tears started welling up in the corner of his eyes.

"I.... I love you too.... sister..." Byakuya whispered and wiped his eyes that were full of tears.

"Sorry, the snow got in my eyes." Byakuya excused himself as he wiped his eyes. Rukia giggled.

"The fuck is that?" Zaraki grumbled as he witness the frozen city while running with Unohana.

"That's Rukia-chan's Bankai." Unohana answered.

"Ha? The princess has Bankai too? How come I don't know about this?" Zaraki asked her. Unohana chuckled.

"You were too busy mastering your own Shikai with Yachiru-chan and wouldn't come out until you do, Zaraki. That's probably why." Unohana smiled at him. Zaraki shrugged.

" I just care about my strength more than others. How else would I defeat three of these guys? I would've been dead if I didn't take training seriously. " Zaraki ranted. But then he and Unohana immediately stopped.

Zaraki laughed and dropped the bodies that he was carrying on his shoulder unceremoniously. Unohana did the same.

She looked at the person in front of her.

"We meet again, Yhwach. How is the scar I gave you? Is it treating you well?
