4 years later

I heard tiny footsteps paddling down the stairs.

A little smile appeared on my face.

"Daddy?" her voice came out softly and calmly.

"Yes baby girl?" I said and walked over to her taking her up from her feet into my arms.

A cute little smile appeared on her face.

"Where were you and mummy? I've been looking all over for you" she whined again.

"Sorry baby girl, mummy went to work pretty early, but don't worry, I'll drop you off at school" I said kissing her forehead.

"Noo, I don't wanna go to school" she cried.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Because I already know everything they are teaching us there" she cried.

I giggled, she's just like her mom.

"Well then, still go there so that you can teach everyone's including your teachers" I said .

She started sobbing.

I kissed her cheeks.

"Go and make me proud" I added.

She sighed , " Okay, on one condition" she said.

it was funny how my barely four year old daughter was already bargaining with me. Trust me, she has grown faster than her age.

"What is it baby girl?"

"You're gonna buy me a biiiiigggg boat for my birthday" she said describing how big the boat is with her tiny fingers.

Ok for one I'm grateful I married her mother and not her, because if I did I would have gone bankrupt by now.

Last year when she found out that I got Bella an island, she started crying that she wanted one too, which i had to buy.

Now this year she wants a yacht ?!! a four year old!! seriously?!!

I sighed , " Okay baby girl, I'll get that for you".

"Oh oh, and can the boat have a cotton candy fountain and chocolate fountain?" she added pleadingly with those her goddess grey eyes that she got from me.

I groaned. " Yes baby girl, you can have that too"

"Oh and one more thing, can you invite Princess Sophia the first too" she added .

I groaned , who the fuck is that?

"Yes baby girl, I'll get all that for you, just go to school today and get straight A's in your test" I said. But I already knew she was going to get straight A's, in fact she's been getting straight A's since she started school.

She grinning showing off her perfect small teeth. This girl was gorgeous and adorable, I can't even say no to her no matter what.

She got her mom's skin color and brown thick hair and got my eyes .

She looked too much like me,it was like we were twins.

She hopped out of my hands and started heading upstairs because her nanny had called her to come and have her bath.

She's my baby girl alright, all mine.

I went to my room and finished dressing up.

Just when I was about to head out of my room, my phone began to ring.

I looked at the caller ID.

" Butterfly"

"Hey butterfly" I said adjusting my tie.

"Hey Teddy, I'm so sorry I Left pretty early, I seriously don't understand why Suzie would book me up an appointment by 6:30 am!!" she said annoyed.

I chuckled," it's okay baby"

"How's Anastasia? she woken up?" she asked.

"Yeah, she just asked me to buy her a yacht with a cotton candy and chocolate fountain with princess Sophia the first, before she goes to school" I said not so excited.

Bella started laughing.

" No baby it's not funny, don't laugh" but she didn't stop, she continued.

"I'm sorry but I just can't help it, you're spoiling her too much" she said still laughing.

"I can't help it, like have you seen her puppy eyes?? fuck Its so hypnotizing." i cried.

"Yeah, yours too" she said and I could swear that she was smirking right now.

I rolled my eyes.

"What time are you coming back?" I asked.

"I'll be back by 12, don't worry I'll pick her up from school,so she won't give you any more trouble" she said.

"Thanks baby" I said.

"Sure thing, I gotta go now, I'll call you later bye" she said.

"Alright, I love you"I said.

"I love you too" she said and cut the call.

Weirdly, I know she says that everyday, but it never gets old, my heart still beats rapidly when she says it.

It's a very funny story but yeahh, Bella and I actually stuck together, fell in love with each other and now we have a child.

It's funny because I never thought I would see her after 12 months of our fake marriage. Here we are now today, not just in love, unbreakable.

I caught myself smiling on the mirror.

Fuck ever since we've been together I've been smiling...way more often than I should.

I got out of my room and saw my baby girl wearing her cute uniform standing outside my door waiting for me.

"You done baby girl?" I asked her.

She nodded,I picked her up and put her on my shoulder and went downstairs.

We got out of the house, got into the car and drove off to school.

Soon as I dropped her off, I went to work.

I met Martins on my chair answering some phone calls.

"Get your sweaty ass off my chair asshole" I said.

He rolled his eyes and cut the call.

"Well while you were out having fun ,I was here getting you an appointment with Mr Greenwood." he said .

"Having fun? dude when last did you see me have fun?" I asked.

He rolled his eyes, "You have fun all the time, you go home early from work everyday just to go sleep in the arms of your wife and dump all the work load on me, today, I'm off work today , you're gonna work your ass out today, have fun" he said getting up and packing his stuff.

I groaned.

"Fine" I said not so happy.

I spent my entire day working my ass out till 8:30 pm.

Then,my phone rang.

"Hey butterfly" I said putting the phone on speaker and dropping it on the table to continue my work.

"Hey Teddy, still at work?" she asked.

"Yeah, Martins just abandoned me to suffer alone today" I groaned.

She chuckled.

"Well Ana said she wants to have ice cream and cheese burgers and that we should go out together, all three of us" she said.

"Uhm I don't know... okay I'll be at home soon okay?" I said.

"Uhh, no need for that" she said.

"Oh why?" I said getting up to put some stuffs on the shelf close to the window.

Then my door flew open.

"Daddy" my baby girl shrieked and ran into my arms.

I caught her and kissed her cheek.

I saw Bella standing at the door with her phone to her ear smiling cutely at me.

"It was her idea, not mine" she said giggling and walked inside.

I turned to Ana , " You want to have ice cream date with us?" I asked

She nodded.

"Alright just give me a minute" I said and dropped her down.

"Daddy can I please use the lulu" she asked.

I pointed towards the direction of the toilet.

As soon as she closed the door behind her, I grabbed Bella and gave her a 5 seconds kiss on her lips.

"I missed you". I said staring at her eyes.

She blushed , "Me too, work is really tearing us apart" she said.

I held her waist tighter.

"Nothing can tear us apart, nothing at all" I said and kissed her forehead.

She blushed , she loved whenever I give her baby treatment.

I let her go and pack up my stuffs and throw my suit off my body.

Then Ana got out of the toilet.

I carried her on my back and we went out together.

We got into the car and drove down to McDonald's.

"Uhh, baby I just remembered, people are still gonna be in there" I said.

she smiled , "Already took care of that before coming here" she said and got out of the car.

While Bella was spoon feeding Ana with chocolate ice cream because Ana said it was freezing her brain, I was just busy staring at her, lost in her beauty, thinking of how I got this kinda angel to fall for me.

She unconsciously turned her eyes towards my direction and caught me staring.

"What?" she asked.

I blushed a little and started playing with my ice cream.

"Just lost in your beauty, nothing more" I said.

She tried to hide the blush.

Then the waiter walked up to us.

"Excuse me, we have a beauty pinyatta over there filled with candy, just incase you'd like your daughter to try it out" he said.

"Yay pinyatta, daddy I wanna try it out" my baby girl said with her puppy eyes. God I can give into that any time.

I nodded, she got down from the chair and skipped there happily.

I returned my gaze back to Bella, who didn't even realize I was. staring at her until after some minutes.

"Geez, Grey why are you staring at me like that, you look like you want to eat me"she said feeling very cringe.

I smirked ,"Well in a way I do".

She rolled her eyes at me.

"Remember we had our first date here" I said.

She suddenly froze and a small smile creeped on her face.

"Yeah since you decided to act like a jerk on the first one" she attacked.

"Oh c'mon baby that was like 4 years ago, just let it go already" I whined. She gave a short laugh.

My phone started ringing, I saw the caller ID,. it was Martins, I picked it up.

"Grey where the fuck are you?" he said sounding tense.

"Uhm, on a date with Bella and Ana,Why? " I asked.

"Dude ok you won't believe this, but I think we just found Bella's missing brother" he said tensed.

"Wait, for real? oh my God that's good" I said.

"No Grey, it's not good, it's not fucken good, it's very bad, seriously bad" he said.

"I don't understand why?"

"Look Grey, I can't explain this to you on a phone call, just come to your house, now! but don't come with Bella! find some dumb excuse or something and use Maxwell's name to lie or something, don't let her know, she'll panic I swear, come home now" he said and cut the call.

My heart started racing.

What the fuck is going on?!

"Is everything okay?" Bella asked me.

I tried to put on a normal face.

"Uhm ... yeah everything is fine, perfectly fine..uhhh Maxwell just called" I lied.

She arched her brow.

"Suzie?" she asked.

"Yeah she said you should come to her house like right now with Ana, major emergency girl shit stuff" I said trying hard to sound normal.

"So why didn't she just call me?" she asked checking her phone.

"Uhm yeah she'll explain when you get over there, you should hurry up , it's getting late" I said standing up.

She wasn't still convinced with what I was saying, but she shrugged it off and went to get Ana who wasn't happy she was leaving her pinyatta.

I escorted them to the car.

The weather was already looking gloomy, it looked like it was going to rain heavily.

"How will you get back home?" she asked.

"Don't worry about me, I'll just call for the other car" I said and bided them goodbye.

As soon as the car left, I immediately called Maxwell.

"Maxwell?!" I said trying to control my voice.

"Yeah Grey?"

"Ok , so I just lied to Bella that you called me to tell her to come over, please find a lie to tell her" I said.

"Why? what happened?"

"Martins just called me and he said he just found Bella's missing brother and that I should come home without her" I said.

"Seriously?! oh my God no way".

"He said it isn't good,. I don't know why I just have to go home first and find out myself" I explained.

"Okay, I'll just call Martins right now" she said.

"Yeah thanks, and don't tell her about this" I said and cut the call.

I immediately send for another car to pick me up and it arrived in 10 minutes.

I got to my house and opened the door and found Martins standing beside some men .

"What's going on?". I asked.

Martins sighed, he didn't look happy at all.

"Just hear what they have to say, look I don't believe them either okay? but if it's true then it's fucked up" he said.

I turned to the men.

They all sat down and started bringing out their filles.

"Good evening Mr Grey" the man in a navy blue suit started.

"So, for the past 3 years we've been doing a lot of investigations and not just any minor one, but major ones because you said you want to get to the bottom of this...along the line, we realized that...."

After ten minutes of listening to what they said, their last words nearly drove me insane.

They were crazy, they were all crazy, they had gone mad!

I stood up abruptly , "Are you crazy? do you even know what you are saying? your investigations are stupid and pointless, that's not possible!" I shrieked.

"We've done more than 4 DNA tests sir, all being proven successful." he explained.

I started laughing, "What the fuck do you think you are saying? I know what I'm fucken talking about, that's impossible" I screamed.

"Grey calm down" Martins said sounding like he was going to cry even for me.

I raked my hands through my hair.

I looked outside, it was raining heavily.

They are crazy, they are talking nonsense, it's not possible, there is no way that can happen.

"I'm going to meet Bella" I said walking outside.

"Grey wait, just calm down man" Martins said following me behind.

I got outside and saw Bella walking in under the rain.

Her eyes, what I saw in her eyes was fear ... nothing more than fear.

Fuck she already knows.

She walked up to me and Martins , her lips were shaking, too scared to move.

Don't tell me she walked all the way from Suzie's house to here under the rain.

"Grey.." she called my name in a way that broke me.

"Grey please tell me it's not true...tell me it's a lie...tell me what I just heard is a lie..." she said stammering.

"I'm afraid not mam" the man in the Navy blue suit said coming outside.

"The DNA test have shown that you and Mr Grey Hampton are siblings"
