Chapter One
I sit next to my friends, Draco, Blaise, Pansy, Crabbe, and Goyal in the great hall. We were talking about what we were going to be doing over Christmas break.
"My family is going to have their annual Christmas ball." Draco says with an annoyed tone.
"Me, my mom, and Pansy are going to Australia." Blaise says before giving Pansy a kiss on the cheek.
"Ew. Get a room you two." I say. Blaise and Pansy roll their eyes and Draco laughs.
"Well, what are you doing for Christmas, Y/N?" Pansy asks me. I sigh.
"Nothing. Per usual." I say with an eye roll.
"Sorry, Y/N/N." Everyone says in usion. I shrug my shoulders.
"S'fine. At least toad-face won't be here to give me detention for sneezing to loud." My friends laugh loudly at that, drawing some attention from a few other students. Everyone continued to talk while I just stared at my food. I ignore what their saying until Draco turns to me.
"Hey Y/N, why don't you come to my home for Christmas?" He asks me.
"Doesn't your family hate mine?" I ask him. He shrugs.
"I just won't tell him who you are. I'll ask if I can bring a pure-blood friend. They'll most likely say yes. And when they find out who you are, we'll tell them the truth, you're not a blood-traiter." Draco explains. I was very hesitant, I had kinda met his father before. When me and my family went to Diagon Alley, him and Draco were there. Draco had pulled me aside while Harry, Hermione, and the rest of my family argued with Lucius.
"Okay, fine, but only if you're 100% sure they won't mind." I say in a stern tone. Draco chuckles.
"Great! I'll go owl them right now." He quickly stands and rushed off. Pansy giggles so I look over to her.
"What?" Her and Blaise say nothing but burst out laughing.
"What is the matter with you two?" I ask, a little more annoyed.
"How do you not see how in love with you he is?" Pansy states. My eyes go wide.
"What? He is not!" Everyone rolls his eyes.
"Even if he was, which he's not, I don't feel the same back." It was true. I didn't like Draco that way. I didn't like any boy like that. I never knew why. I always just thought it was because all the boys at Hogwarts are terrible.
"Uh huh, suuure." Blaise says. I roll my eyes and go back to my food.

"They've agreed to allow you to stay!" Draco says to me, very excitedly. I laugh at his excitement.
"Okay, down boy." I mock. He chuckles before sitting down next to me.
"Have you packed yet?"
"I haven't finished yet, but I'm almost done." I tell the blonde boy. He nods his head before we both look into the fire.
"What if your parents don't like me? What if I make a fool out of myself? What if-" I was cut off by Draco placing a hand over my mouth.
"Okay, one, you need to learn when to shut up, and two, I promise you, I know my mother, she loves everyone. My father on the other hand, well, ignore him. He's always grumpy." He says with a chuckle at the end. I laugh nervously with him.
"Well, I'm gonna go finish packing. Goodnight, Draco." I say while standing up.
"'Night, Y/N." He sends me a small smile, which I return. I nod my head at him before going over to the girls dormitories stairs. I wave to him once more before climbing the stairs. As soon as I enter my dorm, that I have alone, I lean against the door and sigh.
I'm gonna make a fool of myself. I'm a Weasley for crying out loud! The Malfoys hate the Weasleys!
I shake my head to clear the thoughts and push off the door and walk over to my open trunk on my bed. I check what clothes I packed and start to second guess my choice.
Are these not good enough?
"Okay, Y/N, relax. Their only the Malfoys." I try to calm myself, failing miserably. I groan to myself and go over to my closet with my clothes in it to look for something more, fancy. I grab some decent-ish clothing and finish packing my trunk. I close it and click the locks closed and bring it to sit by the door. I let out a huff as I set the trunk down. I quickly turn on my heel and go to my closet to grab my pajamas. I change quickly and plop onto my soft bed. I crawl under the covers and fall asleep.
I know that this one was short but the others will be longer. Bye bye people!
