Mana exploded from me into the air like a shockwave destroying the nearby trees. As I got used to the new amount of density of mana, I felt as if I was freed from a restriction.
The amount of mana I could now control skyrocketed to 500 reaching near the witch queen.
Immense energy filled my body with a slight pain in my eyes. Five minutes later I opened my eyes and found that my vision enhanced a lot.

I inhaled a lot of air and breathed a wave of flames towards the sky; with my new enhanced vision, the shape of the fire wave transformed into bird mid-air.

I had unlocked the next stage of mana control i.e shape transformation after casting the spell.

The upgrade of mana pressure was an unexpected addition. I released my mana pressure and all the trees around stopped moving with the winds and tilted their top towards me as if acknowledging me as their ruler.
About my body points, I had hit a bottleneck and cannot progress further. If I were to compare it with the people I know, Yami would be around 160-180 points while Asta around 90-100 points. Although advanced mana reinforcements bring that number to more than 200, if I had to reach the grandmaster of mana reinforcement, I need to bring that number to at least 150.

As I sat on the throne in my mind space, visions started playing. I had let Kirin view the memory.
I found myself sitting on the lap of Emilia, my aunt or witch queen's mother. The area was near the bank of a beautiful river. My hands were too small so I was most probably born a few months or weeks back.
In front of me, I saw my mother Alicia firring a lot of fire spells at my father who was canceling the spells with his time magic. She truly was a beauty. She had fierce eyes and black hair just like my father and wore a large hat like the witches.
" Look little Julian your mother is so strong, " she said by casting another spell while a small blackbird lay on top of her. That bird looked like the small version of what I have in my mana pressure and the books.
Suddenly, my father, Alexander dropped to the floor screaming as blood flowed from one of his eyes.
" What happened Alex ! "
" Brother! "
He stopped screaming and looked at me with tears in his eyes. He had [ mangekyou Sharingan ] activated so mother understood what happened.
The scene changed and I found myself in the scene I saw when receiving my grimoire. In the scene, I saw some people dressed in robes with different ornaments standing forming a circle but all their faces were blurred. Every person had a symbol on their robes, from which I only recognized three-leaf clover. The circle had different symbols I didn't recognize.
This time I found that I was being carried by my mother while my father was talking to some mages. He took out one of his eyes and held it near my forehead and the eyeball was absorbed, from the side I saw my aunt cast a spell near the place where the eyeball disappeared. He took out his left eyeball and my aunt sealed it in a scroll and handed it to the person with the clover sign on his back.
My aunt took out two eyeballs from a jar and put them into my father's eye sockets and healed him so that he could see again.
All of the mages standing released their mana into the circle with a scroll in its center and the circle shined. They kept on feeding mana to the circle and after a while, the circle stopped shining and the scroll got dissolved into the circle.
After the process ended, all the mages went away except for the person with the clover symbol on his back. My father hugged him and said,
" Thank you for everything my friend, I will end this war and make the lands safe for humans again. You must become a good king and form a kingdom of harmony. Promise me. "
All of a sudden everything froze and I found myself in a workshop kind of room.
I saw my father come near me and say. " If you are seeing this you must have unlocked the third tomoe of your eyes. I wish I could see you grow up but unfortunately, I must carry forgive me . " he tapped my forehead with two fingers.
" Goodbye my little Julian "
Everything disappeared and I was back in the forest. I lost control of my emotions for a moment; a lot of squirrels and birds sat near me to help me lift my mood. After a while, I controlled my emotions and gathered my thoughts.
My grimoire shinned and multiple spells started engraving in them.

Finally devouring flames became a proper spell. When I was younger devouring flames could absorb the life force of opponents I killed to enhance myself but it had a limit.
But as time went on that stopped affecting me. This was the spell that linked to dark phoenix and helped in evolving my magic. Now I understand why didn't form into a spell, this spell was basically for my eyes and required energy of death or forbidden magic manipulation. With the final tomoe getting unlocked it could now absorb the aura of death and mana from forbidden magic.
