Kai knew his father was planning something but he never thought it would get this bad. He only thought his father was going to limit himself to business. Not get rid of all existence. Then again, it was his father who they were talking about.

"Max, send the video to my..."

The sudden thought that his father checked all of his technology popped up in his head and he cannot let his father find out that he knows all of his plans. Or part of it at least.

"Charlie, get the tech roses to work on a pair of glasses that display information only on the inside. Make them black and subtle to the eye."

Charlie nodded his head and Kai directed his next words to Max,

"When the glasses are ready, send the video to them and from now on, transfer all information to them"

"Yes sir...but... what about Mr. Ventura?"

Kai placed his finger on his bottom lip and thought for a while, trying to find a solution.

"Sir,"

Kai looked at charlie and signed him to continue,

"With all due respect sir, glasses have become very common to the point where they have become trendy, black glasses especially, in which case, you can use this as an excuse. Of course, you will have to be cautious when you wear them and as long as the technology part is used secretly, no one should find it suspicious. Especially because you are very much so into trends sir."

"Alright, good idea. Tell me how the new project is going"

At this Charlie's eyes lit up with visible excitement

"Everything is ready! Although, I think I can speak for all of us that we would like for you to see it in action yourself."

"Of course. What about the project for those that would not like their tongues pierced and for the blooming roses?"

"Those are also ready sir. They all work differently depending on the jewelry and all are safe to use for those using it. That is, as long as they use them with the given instructions"

A hesitant Max raised their hand which was acknowledged by Kai

"Max?"

"Sir, will all of the roses be receiving these?"

"No Max, only those I trust and those that are qualified will receive the tongue piercing while the blooming roses will get other kinds of jewelry. The buds and the blooming buds will receive gadgets, but nothing too dangerous."

In a sudden movement, Kai jumped up, clapped his hands, and said

"Let's watch a movie shall we?"

Everyone got comfortable on the couch and Kai ordered a robot to bring the popcorn and soda.

"What are we watching again?"

Max asked

"Look for a classic"

Said Kai

"Tinkerbell it is"

Their laughter and Disney intro consumed the night. When the movie finished, their sleepiness took over them and they slept peacefully.
