The first time in their life being alone.

[Don't get hurt, I will be back soon] Said edric as he jumped into the crater without hesitation.

(W-What?? No...) Anas felt somehow panicked when he saw Edric jump into the crater, but still tried to calm down.

He looked at Tihoro and Urosu and noticed thst they also seemed to be scared, so Anas talked to the siblings who were taller than him.

[Calm down, Edric will come back, he has never lied to me, after all] Said anas, calming down as well.

Urosu spoke while looking at his sibling, Tihoro.

[But... we have never been alone before...]

Anas remembered the one time Edric scolded him and then frowned, imitating him. And then spoke in a serious tone of voice.

[Listen to me! I am TWO MONTHS OLDER THAN YOU!!!] Said anas in a "menacing" voice, and then continued speaking while the two siblings looked frightened.

[You are just children! you need to calm down! Edric will come back, and just because he is gone for a bit doesn't mean that you guys can just complain like this.]

Anas then sighed and spoke in a softer tone of voice.

[You can be assured that Edric will come back soon, he is stronger than anything I have seen! besides, you are not alone!! we three are together in this!]

Anas then nodded to himself, feeling proud of himself for being mature.

The siblings calmed down and looked at each other.

Then a beam came out of the ground and exploded in the distance, causing a massive explosion.

The three children got incredibly scared and jumped in fright.

Anas tried to look for Edric and was able to feel his presence, which calmed down the child.

But then he stopped feeling the presence and panicked.

And now the children were alone.

The children were sitting with a blank look observing the crater were Edric disappeared.

Urosu spoke.

[Hey... Anas? how long have we been here?]

Anas thought for a second and then talked.

[I think... Three hours, or maybe four...?]

[Ha ha...](U)

[I'm bored...](A)

Then Tihoro spoke as well.

[Edric is mean... leaving us alone like this...]

Anas looked at Tihoro and spoke.

[Don't say that! Edric isn't mean!]

[Oh, Reaaly? then why hasn't he come back yet?Hmmm?](T)

[Tihoro!!! You don't know Edric like I do!](A)

[You haven't Answered my question!](T)

Anas sighed, and then spoke.

[Unlike you, I have been thinking about why Edric would do that, and I came up with an answer]

[Yeah, but what is it?](U)

[Let me finish speaking first, You remember that explosion from before? well, had that hit us we would have been quite wounded! so I think Edric disappeared somewhere to avoid us getting hurt!]

[But he could have at least said something...](T)

Anas smiled.

[Calm down, I'm sure Edric will come back soon!](A)

The children then calmed down and started waiting for Edric once more.

They had become a little closer.

Anas was sitting in a tree looking over "the young kids" who were taller than him when he noticed a crack appearing in the sky.

Anas looked closely and then the crack widened and a familiar person came out of it.

Anas' eyes opened widely and a smile appeared on the faces of the children.

Edric spoke with a smile in his face.

[Sorry for taking so long]

The three children quickly moved towards Edric and hugged him tightly, Edric laughed.

[Ha ha ha]

Edric hugged back the children.

Edric and his group moved towards the seashore after having explored all of the continent, but when they reached it Edric realized that the kids didn't have enough strength to travel in the sea.

When Edric looked at the sea and he noticed that it was filled with countless beasts that would undoubtedly be a problem for the children, so he decided to train them for them to grow stronger.

Edric had been improving the bodies and intelligence of Tihoro and Urosu, and he had found a way to make them able to grow stronger by themselves.

As for Edric's stats, they looked like this:

Edric had a great increase in his stats after his fight with the chaos being, though his essence didn't increase as much as it could have after it went out of control, but he gained a new stat in exchange after that.

He couldn't use it though.

As for his sense stat it increased greatly after he saw "that thing" in the explosion, and his mind stat increased as well.

He sensed that, when it reached 2X, he would be able to do something new.

But that wouldn't happen today.

Edric looked at the beach in front of him and he decided to build a house with the children.
