Grabbing the catalog and going through them, I saw some houses stood out from the others. I put the catalog down and pointed to the one I liked the most. The salesperson smiles and points at the house and explains in detail every part of the house.

"Good choice Mr. Ye. This two-story house is called Aster Sunset; as you may guess, this house is this agency's treasure. This house is 1,200 square feet, with the latest modern look and feel. The house Is completely furnished with the lasted technology."

''There is also a tv in the three bedrooms, a little smaller, 60' inches. The master room has a walking closet and a restroom/bathroom glass rain shower. The other two rooms also have closets and a bathroom smaller than the master bedroom."

"A pool, hot tub, and a waterfall are in the backyard. The kitchen has the newest kitchenware and the best equipment. There is also an extra bathroom next to the guest room. The garage can fit six cars. The community is one of the best, the security on the lookout 24/7."

"It has a great view of the city and a beautiful front yard. There are many more great things about this house, but I have covered the most important part, so Mr.Ye, is this house to your liking?"

Hearing every aspect of the house, I widen my eyes in shock; this house is insane. Even though I am a multi-millionaire, this is just absurd to imagine the cost.

"Yes, I like it very much. When will I be able to move in?"

Seeing how Mr. Ye didn't even ask about the cost and wanted to move in as possible, the commission will be the highest ever, even among the coworkers. The salesperson smiled brightly and replied, "You can move in whenever you want to, and are you paying in full? or payments?''

Nodding at the confirmation, the salesperson took the bank card from Mr. Ye and left to make the purchase.

After giving the card, I relaxed, and it felt like a big stone had disappeared from my shoulders. I couldn't wait to see my parent's reaction to their new house. I hope they like it and won't reject it, but what will I tell them? Where I got the money?

I will cross the bridge when I cross it, but let's enjoy the new house for now. Since the house is quite far away, I need a car, but I don't even have a driver's license; it won't hurt them if they don't know.

The salesperson returned and gave back my card, and I put the card back into my wallet. The keys and the property papers are on the table.

"The payment went through, and here are the rights of ownership of the property; please sign here, and the house is yours."

Grabbing the pen next to the papers, I sign my signature and put the pen down. Reading through the papers, I saw the cost of the house; it was more than I expected. With a total after taxes and fees, it reached nearly 16 million.

This house is not even the best one in the city. I couldn't imagine the price for it. Even though it's not the best, it's better than others. Working my whole life, I wouldn't even be close to 10% of the house cost.

Grabbing the keys, putting them in my pocket, and folding the papers to fit into my pockets.

With their jaw hanging low, the salesperson couldn't even believe what was happening; the papers were folded before their eyes, but they still couldn't believe it.

Cough Ough Cough

Being unable to withstand it anymore, the salesperson began coughing out of control.

"Are you alright? You need some water?" I asked, Not having a single clue what was going on.

"I'm fine; thanks for the offer, but thank you for your business, and if there is something I can do to help, I will be more than happy to."

Scratching my nose in embarrassment, I nodded.

"Thank you for the ride; if I'm looking for more houses to buy, I will let you know.''

Walking away from the car and heading to the High-Class vehicle shop, I look back at what happened earlier.

"Yes, can you take me somewhere I can purchase a vehicle ?"

"You don't own a vehicle?"

"No...I don't"

"Well, since I offer my help, I can take you there. This city has many car stores, and since Mr. Ye bought a beautiful new house, you need a car to match. I will take you to a High-Class vehicle shop in this city."

"That would be great, thank you"

Walking out of the store and following the person into their car, I got in and we took off. The ride was weird, to say; there wasn't any topic to talk about. But I still don't know where we are heading, so I asked.

"Which car store are you taking me to?"

"Hello, sir; welcome to Phoenix Motor Shop" Nodding at the doorman, I was led into the place.

Walking in, I can see why this shop is called high-class. Different exotic supercars around the showroom, cars from around the world.

From afar, three workers talk about their days and plans after work. Upon noticing a new customer walk in, they turn their heads to which rich person is buying a car today. Out of every expectation, a young skinny man wearing old dirty clothes entered. They all laughed and said rude things loud enough for people nearby to hear.

Some customers' curiosity got a hold of them, and they also looked at the young man. Seeing his trash outfit, they look at him in disdain and disgust.

"Ahah, do you see this homeless person walk in? Who does he think he is?"

"Haha I know, right? He must walk in to use the restroom to wash his dirty face."

"He must think he is a bigshot"

"Haha, what a loser; he should just go home if he has one."

"That's not funny! And it's very rude to judge someone on their appearance, and everyone has their issue to deal with."

One of the workers stops laughing and turns his head to the voice. Seeing it's his new female coworker, he smirked and said, "Then why don't you go and attend to him? Since he might buy a car according to your logic, ''Appearance doesn't matter," crap."

"Haha, that's right, Ms.Shu. You should go and help him since he Is a bigshot"

"You might even get a big commission this time, aha."

Fuming in anger, she stomps her foot and turns around, walking in the direction of the man. Ignoring her coworkers' words, she thought, 'Hitting rock bottom is a depressing and hopeless situation; even taking a step forward is already enough to break you. I know how that feels, deep in my bones"

She stopped suddenly and slapped both cheeks hard enough to leave red marks. After taking a deep breath, she marches towards him while thinking, 'It doesn't matter if he is rich or poor, I must give it all.'

"Senpai, are you really letting her go like that?"

"Sigh, it doesn't matter now, go back to work"

Walking away and taking a last glance at her, he shook his head and give up thinking about her. 'It doesn't matter if you are beautiful and hardworking, the real world is far worse than you ever experience. As a new worker, you should stay quiet and focus on your work.'

Unaware of what is happening, I stroll around looking at the vehicles, unsure what to buy. 'I need to buy a car for my parents but this place only has supercars. I don't see any SUVs or other types of cars. Maybe after buying a vehicle, I look at a different place.'

"Hello sir; I am Ms.Shu and will be taking care of you today and welcome to Phoneix motor shop, and please take your time, if you have any questions, please let me know." After doing a small bow, Ms. Shu stand up straight and took a closer look at the young man. 'Wow, he looks unnourished and unwell, he must have struggled often.'

'Hmm?' Looking at the beautiful saleswoman, she looks bright and youthful. She has fair and smooth skin, delicate fingers and long legs. She has a small nose, rosy lips, and thin eyebrows, she scores around 95 out of 100. 'What a beauty, I hope my future wife is pretty as her'

"Yes, I wonder if you guys also sell SUVs? If not, then it's fine."

"Suvs? Yes, we do have them in stock. Do you wish to like to see them?''

"Not right now, but later would be great. What kind of car do you recommend?"

"Hm... If you looking for a fast car, then I recommend Ferrari Monza SP2, Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae Roadster, or McLaren Elva"

"Can I take a closer look at the cars you mention?"

Following Ms. Shu, we arrive at the first vehicle, and it looks like a Lamborghini I only see on social media. It has a very beautiful ocean blue color paint with dark black outlines.

"This one is called Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae Roadster; the car has the most advanced technological solutions to give you the thrill of open driving. With only a production of 250 units, this is the newest and final open-top version of the legendary family."

'The cost price is 1.2 million. Monthly payment is available for this vehicle. Do you like it?"

"Do I like it? I love it!" ''I will take it''

"Huh? You are going to buy it?"

"Yes, I am; there is a problem?"

"Cough, no, there isn't"

''Great, let's look at more cars.'' After saying that, I walked to a different car leaving Ms. Shu speechless.
