chapter - 16
Today kavin is returning to India after a long 3 day. In these 3 days he tried to talk to Purvi but she was not paying any heed to him. Kavin is supposed to be reached by afternoon at home. Purvi was eagerly waiting for him to return but didn't tell anyone as she was mad at kavin.
It's already afternoon and as it is Sunday all are at home. They were sitting in the living room. Purvi was from time to time glancing at the door. Harman notices this and smiles at her.
" Doll kisi ka intezar kar rahi ho?" Harman asked, gaining everybody's attention.
" Come on bhai , jiju ka wait kar rahi hogi." Naira asked teasingly.
" Nahi tho mein Q kisi ka wait karu jisi jab aana hai aai jab jaha jana hai jaye mujhe kya." Purvi says and starts surfing on her phone.
" Partner tera chehra saf saf bata raha hai tu bhai ko kitni miss kar rahi hai. " Kartika says.
" Mein unko koye miss wiss nahi kar rahi mein Q miss karu jata waqt mujhe bata kar gaya tha." Purvi says in an irritating voice.
" Aree kv aa gaye tum ." Soumya says looking towards the door where kavin was standing. Purvi snapped her head instantly at the door and there he was. They share an eyelock. Her eyes showed how much she missed him. She wanted to run and hide herself in his arms but no she was not going to forgive him easily.
" So how was your journey. " Harman asked.
" Good. " Kavin replied.
" Thank god jiju aap aa gaye finally pari aaj apne room mein soa na jayegi aur mein chain sa soa paungi Varna iss pari na meri neend haram kar rakhi thi. " Naira says, gaining a hard glare from Purvi and Kavin just smiles at her.
" Mein aaj bhi tera hi room mein soa nay wahi ho." Purvi said and left from there.
" Bhai bahut gussa hai woh aap sa. " Karan tells Kavin.
" I know lekin mein mana lunga uss. " Kavin says.
" KV to ja room mein take some rest. " Harman says. Kavin left for his room.
At night Kavin was in his room sitting leaning on bed resting his head on bed's headrest. After sometime Purvi came to the room. Kavin opened his eyes, feeling her presence.
" Pihu... " kavin couldn't speak further as Purvi left inside the closet ignoring him as if he was not at all present there. She has been continuously ignoring him since the afternoon. She came out changing in her night dress and left the room. Kavin sighs and gives a sad smile at his wife's stubborn behavior.
" Kavin kuch socha kasa manana hai apni jaan ko." Kavin started thinking and after some time , something struck in his mind and a smile crept on his lips. He sleeps thinking about the same.
Next morning Purvi came back to her room to get ready. She scanned the room but the room was empty. Kavin was not present there. She moved into the washroom to get a bath. When she steps out of the washroom getting all ready. As soon as she stepped out a colored glitter paper fell on her and a voice hit her ears. She looked at the direction of voice and was amazed. Kavin was singing a song while playing a guitar. She smiles but quickly hides her smile.
As the song ends, Kavin sits on his knees with a chocolate bouquet in his hand and a huge teddy bear kept beside him.
" I'm sorry jaan I will not repeat this plz forgive me. " Now how can someone deny such a cute apology? Her heart melts instantly.
" Ok, ok I will forgive but on one condition." Purvi says.
" What? " Kavin asked, still sitting on his knees with a chocolate bouquet.
" Aap agli baar kahin bhi Mumbai sa bhar jaye 1 sa jada din ka liya tho you will take me also with you. " Purvi says.
" OK, done. " Kavin accepted her condition. Purvi took a bouquet from his hand and made him stand.
" That was so cute Mr. Singhania wow I'm impressed aur aap gana gana and guitar bajan bhi janta hai not bad. " Purvi says. Kavin smiles and pulls her in a hug.
" I missed you so much." Purvi says, hugging him back.
" I missed you too. " Kavin tightened his hold around her and kissed on top of her head.
