If the old lady's Beast Tamer level had reached Level D and received the feedback from a spirit beast, it would be possible.

But the old lady's appearance completely matched the natural aging process for her age.

You see, a Beast Tamer who has received feedback from a spirit beast cannot simply be judged by appearance alone to determine age.

High-level Beast Tamers might be in their seventies or eighties and still look like young people.

This also resulted in fewer people striking up conversations with handsome men and beautiful women.

Because you couldn't be sure if the person striking up the conversation was from your grandparents' generation or not.

Of course, encountering such characters was not something you could expect.
