Arrive at Laysha City

Returning to the ship, Fu Yang saw Captain Yao standing at the deck. It seems like he was waiting for him.

"Elder Fu... You took care of that Quasi 3-Star Monster Beast all by yourself?"

Captain Yao couldn't believe that Elder Fu fought and won against such monster. According to the information he got about Elder Fu, he was only at the Peak 1st Nascent Realm. A minor realm lower than him.

Although, the See Monster Beast wasn't a 3-Star Monster beast yet, the monster was as strong as those weaker Monster Beast of the same star rank.

Those Monster Beast had the same strength of a 3rd Nascent Realm Cultivator, 2 minor realm stronger than Elder Fu.

As expected of the Youngest Elder of the Heavenly Cosmic Sect, he wasn't simple as he may seem to be.

If it were him, he wouldn't be able to defeat the Monster Beast alone. Worst, he may be the dead one in the battle.

Fortunately, their trip this time had an Elder on board. If Elder Fu wasn't around, the best option he would be doing was to go back to the port at full speed by using up all the Energy Stone.

He couldn't just carelessly use the Protection Mode of the Ship, by doing so the Ship will become useless in the future. And without a Ship, he will be stripped away from his Captain status.

"Yeah, that Monster isn't a true 3-Star Monster Beast so it didn't threaten me much."

At the answer of Fu Yang, Captain Yao's admiration increased again.

Strong People will always be admired no matter where they went. They protect people at the cost of their lives.

Although Celestia was now in the era of peace together with the other surrounding countries, it didn't change the fact that there was still dangers lurking in the whole country.

More importantly, places infested with Monsters such as the Arsh Forest, the Ulfor Mountain Ranges, the Abyss Cosmic Sea, Celestia Forest, and, the most dangerous place among them all, the Nothien Area.

These places are all found within Celestia. All of them are considered as the forbidden area to everyone below the Nascent Realm.

At most, Nascent Realm Cultivators could explore the outskirts of these areas. Venturing into the inner parts was akin to courting death.

Fortunately, 800 years ago, the 211th King of Celestia created a Formation that could restrict those below 10-Star Monster Beast from escaping.

However, in the recent years, there have been reports that some monster from those places begun to come out.

Even though the escaped monsters were weaker, if this continued, stronger monsters would eventually emerge.

An outbreak of Monster Beasts was the worst-case scenario, so numerous Formation Masters were tasked with inspecting the Formations around the Forbidden Areas every year.

After talking with Captain Yao, Fu Yang returned to his cabin and resumed meditating.

He needed to restore much of his Energy before they arrived at the port of Laysha City.

He decided to go in the Mystic Realm tomorrow morning, going at night was too much.

After a long journey on the Veir River, they finally arrived at the port of Laysha City. This city was the largest city adjacent to Shar Town.

Technically, Shar Town was part of Laysha City, but the villagers preferred to maintain their traditional way of life as they found it difficult to integrate with the city life. So it was good that the Mayor of Laysha City respected their choice.

Since Laysha City was right beside the Arsh Forest, the minimum requirement to become a guard was at the Core Realm.

However, even with highly skilled guards, there were times when they couldn't handle all the problems in the city. For that reason, they would request help from the Heavenly Cosmic Sect.

The incident that occurred in Shar Town a year ago wasn't a disaster at the city level, which would warrant the immobilization of the city's Core Unit. At most, the Mayor would send a few Core Realm or Nascent Realm Cultivator but the best choice, and most often used, was to ask for outside help.

But this year's case was different. Due to the discovery of a family of 5-Star Fiery Lions right next to the barrier of the Arsh Forest, the authorities have sealed the entrance of Shar Town, preventing those below Nascent Realm to enter the place.

Upon disembarking from the ship, Fu Yang found himself in a bustling street filled with stalls and people. It seemed like he had arrived during the festival season.

He couldn't help but feel a twinge of regret for not bringing the kids along. However, considering the important matters he needed to attend to, it was still best for him to make this trip alone.

Maybe after he was done here, he could take the kids to a small trip.

Fu Yang didn't remain in the streets for too long, the sun was setting down already. He needed to find an Hotel to stay at and buy dinner for himself.

He browse through his Energy Phone, there might be some good Hotel suggestions from the Sect Forum.

While scrolling through, he came across a thread discussing the opening of Cosmic Pharmacy branches in nearby cities, including Laysha City.

"Hmm, Laysha City... Oh, the branch in this city just opened last week!"

Fortunately, he didn't need to look for other hotel's review. The Cosmic Pharmacy would always treat him as VIP.

Arriving at the location of the Branch of Cosmic Pharmacy, he didn't see the usual logo of the Cosmic Pharmacy in Havenshire, but rather it was a minimalistic logo with just C&P written.

"Did the Cosmic Pharmacy rebrand itself?" Fu Yang wondered briefly before shrugging it off and entering the building.

Similar to the Cosmic Pharmacy Building in Havenshire, this one also had three floors. It seemed that this architectural style would remain their trademark, instantly recognizable as a building belonging to the Heavenly Cosmic Sect.

As soon as he entered, there was the receptionist desk in the middle of the wide hallway. The hallway in C&P was like the main road, making it easy to get to all the different shops on both sides.

"Even the interior looked the same..."

After looking around, he immediately went towards a receptionist and showed his Elder Badge.

"Good Evening Elder, how may I help you for today?" As soon as the receptionist saw the badge, he immediately greeted Fu Yang with her business smile.

Fu Yang didn't took too long to answer, he wanted to get his room as soon as possible.

"I want to stay here for a week so give me an Elder's room."

Hearing the answer of Fu Yang, the receptionist typed on her keyboard to look if there were any Elder's room available.

"I'm sorry, there aren't any Elder's room available right now. Only a disciple's room have many vacant room."

Receiving the bad news, Fu Yang frowned. But he couldn't do anything with the information he received.

"What? Sigh, the disciple's room it is."

Having the process all done and paid the total cost for the whole week, Fu Yang went to his room immediately in order to change his clothes.

Once he was ready, he ventured out to explore the streets near the port. Trying out the local delicacies of Laysha City seemed like the perfect choice for dinner.
