Chapter 0: He's Awake

--C--

I might have realized but four wheels are better than two, for the wheel cart I mean, and even have a wagon. It does seem more helpful to drag a wagon than having it in front of me. It seems more logical to me.

so I think what I needed to do with a higher priority was clean the shack, I just hate when things are not arranged in a proper way, so the best solution was this to empty the shack.

I'm just scared to leave him alone in an empty place with nothing to eat if you ever wake up.

First, I had to make the cart and attach the wheels, then I had to back up some food, nutrition, magical water, a ladder, some of my pickaxes in case the ones I took suddenly decide to break. I made about 20 and started my adventure into the caves.

The entrance was like in the movies: dark and terrifying. But I had to go in for the sake of making scientific advancements.

All I know is that the copper is brown, silver is shiny, iron is white, lead is dark, gold is golden, diamond is beautiful, and steel is a fusion between iron and coal.

I didn't have any problems with lightning since walls apparently repel all the light it receives.

In my way in the cave, it was getting scarier and scarier as deep as I was going. The ceiling was full of transparent black stalactites that showed a magnificent animated waterfall through the light of my torch.

Even the sound of the impact the drops made had a little music in it. Reminds me of that time I heard her sing while she was on stage.

She had an angel's voice with a little spice of musical instruments. She could make you cry joy tears in an instant. I did anyway, but I guess I am known to boys that I am emotional. But as a girl, I can also be tough.

The same voice kept going through my head until suddenly, I tripped and fell in front of a bridge. When I got up I found a little naked midget standing behind me.

At first, I didn't even know what to think. My mind went blank for a while. But then it started doing weird sounds and I was started shouting and making weird acute noises that might blow your eardrums if you were near me.

But then his voice got over mine and told me to shut the hell up, in English somehow. And I thought only earth citizen knows how to talk English. I wonder if I think with the other language he'll follow like a dumbass.

In fact, he did. I was thinking in Spanish and he started speaking Spanish. I guess he talks to me in the language I think with last if that even makes sense.

Since he's the midget of the bridge, I decided to call him Bridgy. I have no creativity don't comment on that.

Anyhow, I asked Bridgy about minerals and metals and he didn't understand. Even when I gave colors, he was nowhere near knowing what I was talking about.

I guess he's just like a baby that learns everything he's taught after all. After we went further into the cave we found giant stalactites on a giant stalagmite, like both formed a giant sand clock.

So I started breaking the stalagmite as it was the one who didn't require much work. When I exposed the idea to Bridgy he directly understood and started breaking the pillars of the stalagmite, and then I lay down the little bed sheet I had taken with me and slept with exhaustion.

When I woke up I found that the Bridgy actually separated all the metals and minerals into different pieces. When I looked up I saw that the stalactites were also down and broken into pieces.

That midget is a genius. An alien O'Brian living on this planet. Just what I needed to make this life better. On my way out, I found a weight problem. Since the two cones were huge, their mass was more than heavy for me to lift or even drag.

Even a pulley system wouldn't work since a pulley only functions if it's going from down to up or up to down, just like elevators.

One of the ideas I used to see in Egyptian mythologies is that they used to drag humongous rocks using wood logs and pushing the huge mass.

Luckily for me, I had my ladder. It didn't have big wooden logs but they were enough to push the cart.

When I reached the entrance of the cave, Bridgy started to melt and get very scared. So I made him a little blue fibers hat to keep him out of the sunlight.

I think that's the first time of his life that he was feeling the grass under his feet. Or should I say bluegrass since grass is normally green back on our planet?

I gave Bridgy the plan and explained it to him on how to read plans and schemes. He understood and started dragging the metals along with some wood and went behind the shack to build the science house.

The ride back home was filled with a perfume of many kinds of flowers that didn't even have a name yet. Red, pink, blue, green, seven petals flowers with each a color.

All I could feel at this moment was a moment of calm and order, beauty and love.

I entered the manual elevator and started to pull myself up, reaching the door and wishing my sleeping beauty a good day.

But when I got in he was not there. I went to check down to the cow and turns out he didn't have his butt up this time.

So I hurried and jumped out of the shack to land on the blue fibers only to find him admiring the beauty of mother nature and going to the beach to drink from that water that tunes everything black.

"Hey, dumbass don't touch that"

It was him.
