Chapter 2 The Plant of All Living Beings

By the time the Purple Emperor returned to the summit of Purple Firmament Mountain, White Rainbow had already been waiting for him for over an hour and a half, yet he didn't show the slightest impatience.

White clouds floated leisurely, and a purple mist filled the air.

Alone with a pot of tea, he sat upright, pouring and drinking on his own, amusing himself, feeling content and comfortable. As his robe fluttered in the wind, he emanated an air of freedom.

The Purple Emperor appeared on the mountaintop in a flash of purple, as if taking a step out from the heavenly mist.

"Brother Bai Hong, you've been waiting a long time."

White Rainbow looked up and calmly said, "Brother Zi, you've done a great deed by going out."

The Purple Emperor frowned, then broke into a smile, "I almost forgot, Brother Bai Hong, you are also an assassin upon the Heavenly Judgment."
