7. Osamu Kurosaki vs Akira Akatsuki

Osamu releases his shikai and Reiatsu. The overwhelming Reiatsu removes Akira's Reiastu from his wounds, and the wounds healed instantly.

'A captain-level Reiastu, Oh! these unreasonable cheats' Akira thought as he readies for the second bout of the fight.

Osamu suddenly appeared in front of Akira, swinging his sword. Reacting quickly, Akira crossed his swords to block the attack.

Clang!

The collision of blades sent Akira flying backwards, his hand numb from the force. Without giving him a moment to rest, Osamu launched another attack, and the swords clashed furiously. Akira focused on defense, continuously evading Osamu's strikes while gradually sliding away

Osamu launched another attack, swinging his right-hand sword from top to bottom. Akira swiftly sidestepped and used his left-hand sword to deflect the attack, causing it to crash into the ground. Capitalizing on the opening, Akira swiftly thrust his right-hand sword through Osamu's right wrist, pinning it to the ground. In a desperate attempt to free himself, Osamu used his left arm to dislodge the sword, but Akira was ready. With lightning-fast reflexes, he drove his second sword into Osamu's left-hand palm, pinning it as well.

Releasing his grip on the swords, Akira swiftly used flash steps to create distance between them and called out, "Inori!"

This was the moment Inori was waiting for she said the few left words of incantation," ....Light bullets, eight bodies, nine items, book of heaven, diseased treasure, great wheel, grey fortress tower. Aim far away, scatter brightly and cleanly when fired. Hadō #91. Senju Kōten Taihō"

Ten pinkish-purple reishi points materialized around Inori. These ten energy points moved with incredible speed, converging on Osamu and unleashing a devastating explosion upon impact.

BOOM!

At the same time, in the 8th division, Shunsui Kyōraku sat leisurely, savouring his sake, while across from him, Sado was engaged in battle, already having incapacitated several of Kyōraku's subordinates. As Kyōraku observed the ripples on the surface of his sake and heard a loud explosion, he let out a sigh and remarked, "Looks like your friend is facing a tough situation. With the other captains heading there, the battles should come to an end soon. Why don't you stay here and have a drink?"

Upon hearing this, Yasutora Sado's expression turned serious, and he inquired, "Ichigo... and the others... are they also under attack by the captains?"

Kyōraku wore a regretful expression and replied, "Ah, darn... It appears that I may have said too much..."

Sado's tone became firm as he asserted, "The situation has changed, Kyōraku-san... Please step aside."

Kyōraku took a sip of his sake and asked, "What if I refuse?"

"You won't get the chance," Sado responded, swiftly swinging his fist forward and unleashing an energy beam that demolished the floor beneath it. Kyōraku calmly observed the wave and effortlessly swatted it away with his hand.

With a wry smile, Kyōraku remarked, "Yare... yare... It seems things are about to get messy around here."

After the dust settled, Akira cautiously approached the injured Osamu, who lay face-first on the ground with his hands still impaled by swords. As Akira observed Osamu's weakened state and sensed the diminishing Reiatsu, he reached for both swords and pulled them out.

Suddenly, Osamu's right hand shot out and grabbed Akira's leg. Using his other hand to shield his face, Osamu's palm emitted a black reiatsu that gradually transformed into a white mask, covering his entire face.

Reacting swiftly, Akira employed his two swords to sever Osamu's arm that held onto him. Osamu looked up at Akira and uttered, "Too late. Hadō #96. Ittō Kasō."

Inori leapt forward to shield Akira, but it was futile. Akira felt a powerful shockwave, followed by intense heat. The spell unleashed a colossal pillar of red fire, taking the shape of a katana's tip. The resulting blast obliterated nearby buildings, leaving devastation in its wake.

From a window, Rukia gazed at the towering pillar of red and pondered whether the immense bloodshed was truly worth it.

After the aftermath of the blast subsided, Inori swiftly rushed to find a wounded Akira. His right leg had been completely obliterated. In a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, she tore a strip of cloth from her sleeves and tightly wrapped it around his wound. Suddenly, a shadow cast over her.

Ring!

A masked Osamu stood before her.

"It is enough!" Mana declared. She thrust her Reishi sword into the ground, completing a pentagon-shaped seal with a Reishi sword positioned at each corner, and Osamu at the center. Blue reishi emanated from each sword, converging towards the centre. The reishi solidified, encasing Osamu within the seal. Witnessing this, Inori utilized flash steps to swiftly carry Akira away with her.

As Mana surveyed the unconscious Akira, she gently caressed his face and murmured, "I'm sorry, my Adam. It took longer than anticipated to gather such a substantial amount of Reiatsu. But fear not, it will all come to an end soon."

"AAAAARRRRGH!"

Osamu let out an agonizing scream, pouring his heart into an attempt to break free from the bindings. His dark Reiatsu surged forth, exuding a palpable sense of heaviness and destruction. However, even his formidable power failed to inflict any damage upon the seal.

"Scream as much as you desire. This marks the hour of your demise," Mana coldly stated. She retrieved a small bottle hanging from her neck, opened it, and poured liquid Reiryoku onto the embedded sword. A chain reaction ensued, igniting the stored reishi within the formation. A massive pillar of Reishi erupted at the centre, expanding until it encompassed the entire Pentagon. The explosion remained contained within the Pentagon, intensifying its destructive force.

Inori and Mana utilized flash steps to swiftly navigate through the area, searching for Captain Kurotsuchi's Reiatsu, knowing that he would be engaged in the battle against Ishida and Orihime. They sought Orihime's healing abilities, recognizing that her powers were necessary to tend to Akira's severe injuries.

"Stop..." Akira weakly called out, his voice barely audible. He continued, "Go to Yachiru... I want to see... see the fight."

"But you're injured, Adam," Mana argued, concern evident in her tone. Inori gazed at Akira, her worry reflected on her face.

Akira locked eyes with Inori and pleaded, "Please."

Inori nodded in understanding, gently lifting Akira onto her back, and prepared to carry him to the ongoing battle.

"Where are you taking him, you doll? Adam is injured. We should take him to the Ryoka," Mana interjected, attempting to halt Inori's actions. However, Inori calmly responded, "Akira asked for it. I believe in Akira," and employed flash steps to swiftly depart.

Mana grumbled but ultimately followed Inori, the two of them landing beside Yachiru, peering down the alleyway. It appeared that the fight had concluded, with Ichigo lying motionless on the ground, gravely wounded, and Zaraki making his way back.

"Can you bring me my swords?" Akira asked Inori.

'My Shikai grants random buffs through my Reiatsu. And what better place to find luck than by the side of the protagonist?. he thought to himself. Using his last bit of Reiryoku he activates his Shikai ability.

His Reiatsu surged to its peak, although it paled in comparison to the massive pillar of blue Reiatsu emanating from Ichigo. While Akira's wounds healed, his right leg remained missing, a reminder of the injury he sustained. Conversely, Ichigo's wounds were fully restored.

'Looks like I broke physics. I use reiatsu to make everyone reiatsu full' Akira thought

Zaraki, bewildered by the situation, noticed that his own Reiatsu had been replenished due to Akira's buff. However, Ichigo's Reiatsu surpassed his previous levels. Before he could ponder further, Ichigo swiftly attacked Zaraki, inflicting injuries upon him. Although Kenpachi managed to block some of the blows, he was ultimately thrown back, lodging his sword into the wall to halt his momentum.

Kenpachi took deep breaths, gasping for air. His Reiatsu was fully replenished, but it was overshadowed by Ichigo's overwhelming power.

Observing the unfolding battle, Ichigo decided to end it swiftly, stating, "Sorry, I don't have time to waste... I'm going to finish this with one strike."

To which Zaraki defiantly responded, "In one strike? IT'S JUST STARTING TO GET INTERESTING. WE SHOULD DRAG THIS OUT AS LONG AS WE CAN."

Zaraki lunged at Ichigo, who raised his sword as a deterrent. However, Zaraki allowed the sword to cause damage as he continued his assault, disregarding defense and inflicting wounds upon Ichigo.

Seeing the craziness of Zaraki, Ichigo can't help but question and ask, "You're crazy! Ridiculous crazy! Do you like fighting that much? You're not afraid of dying"

Zaraki retorts, "I'm Crazy! You're the one who's crazy!!! You're so strong!! Why don't you like fighting? Enjoy it!! Enjoy the carnage! Enjoy the pain! They're the small price to pay for the enjoyment of battle!!"

Witnessing Zaraki's relentless and unhinged fighting style, Akira couldn't help but marvel. While he had seen many individuals fight in a similar manner, Zaraki differed in that he fought not to win but purely for the enjoyment of battle.

Zaraki revelled in the presence of a slightly stronger opponent, ignoring his severe injuries and finding happiness in the intense confrontation.

Seeing Ichigo as a worthy opponent he takes off his blindfold and says, "It seems that you are... A Worthy Opponent. So I'll go full out on you!!!"

Zaraki released an overwhelming surge of Reiatsu that shattered the ground beneath him, unable to withstand the pressure. The yellow beam of Reiatsu filled with ferocious intent was sensed throughout the entirety of Seiretei.

A shadow op came to tell Yachiru about Aizen's death. But Yachiru tells him to talk later, and when he insists, she releases her Reiatsu scaring him away.

Ichigo Kurosaki: "Heh...That's a cheap trick you saved until now...What's you secret of your right eye?"

In response, Zaraki scoffed, "Secret? My right eye? Hah, why would I do such a stupid thing? This thing is the creation of freaks in the technology department. It's an infinitely energy-sucking monster that absorbs the energy I would otherwise use."

Swinging his sword and effortlessly slicing through a building as if it were paper, Zaraki continued, "I'm going to utilize all of its power to kill you. It's as simple as that."

Ichigo engaged in a conversation with Zangetsu about the cries emanating from Zaraki's sword. As he opened his eyes, his spiritual pressure surged to match Zaraki's. The two engaged in a heated argument regarding the significance of Zanpakutō. While Ichigo considered them as partners, Zaraki regarded them as mere tools.

They began running toward each other, but then a miraculous event occurred. Perhaps it was due to Akira's wish as a fan or the shared desires of Ichigo and Zaraki. The current song came to an end, and the next one started playing.

Akira, Inori and Mana's body fully released their Reiatsu their Reiatsu combined with each other and a beam of purple Reiatsu well beyond a super captain. Yachiru who was by his side has also released her Reiatsu a pink beam Reaitsu at least a senior captain level. But they were all overshadowed by two monsters.

With every step they took, Ichigo's and Zaraki's Reiatsu continued to skyrocket. Zaraki's Reiatsu became increasingly demonic, while Ichigo's Reiatsu felt all-encompassing. Both warriors experienced an exhilarating state, reaching new heights of power with each step, feeling as though they still had more to give. They sensed their swords becoming one with them, embarking on a race to reach the pinnacle of their potential.

Meanwhile, the entire Soul Society felt their Reiatsu washing over them. As their power grew, they realized their blades were almost in contact. As they closed the final centimetre, they exerted their utmost effort. Just as their blades were about to meet, they possessed the highest spiritual pressure in the entire three realms, apart from the Soul King. For a few milliseconds, time seemed to freeze for everyone in the Soul Society.

BOOOOOOOOOOM!

The collision of their swords unleashed a torrent of reishi, causing a blast that shook the entire Soul Society, resulting in a massive earthquake. Akira, Inori, and Mana activated Bakudō #81: Dankū simultaneously, creating a solid barrier. However, the barrier was instantly obliterated, and the force of the blast hurled the three of them far away. The explosion continued to expand, obliterating everything in its path.

When the smoke cleared, a crater with a radius of 500 meters remained at the point of collision. The destruction of buildings could be observed up to 2 kilometres away from the epicentre of the fight.

In the center of the crater, two figures stood. Ichigo, with Zangetsu resting on Zaraki's shoulder, while Zaraki's sword pierced Ichigo's stomach. Ichigo was the first to fall.

As he plummeted, Ichigo uttered, "Sorry, everyone."

Zaraki gazed at the fallen Ichigo, smiling, and replied, "What are you apologizing for...? You won, you idiot."

With their swords shattering into pieces, Zaraki also collapsed.

Several kilometres away from the battle, in the 8th Division, Akira crashed into a wall, lying among the rubble. Exhausted but exhilarated, he exclaimed, "That was awesome!"
