Javelin's POV

'What the fuck?'

I watched as everyone who was in Annie's house was dragged out and put into a truck. I saw Ellie inside as the Scouts gently put them in another truck and drove the opposite way.

"What the fuck is going on?" asked Alpha 1-2

"Start the car, get the Colonel on the line." I said

"But they're in a meeting." commented Alpha 1-2

"Not yet, they'll have one in a few minutes, hurry up." I snapped

He nodded and pulled out the burner phone and started calling a number but there was no signal.

"No signal?" questioned Alpha 1-2

"I'm going to break radio silence, Alpha 1-1 come, ahhh!" I groaned in pain as my earpiece started to screech.

"Damn it, they must have jammed everything." I said

"What now ma'am?" asked Alpha 1-2

"We continue watching." I said

Ghost's POV

"Governor Roberts." Malvik greeted him

"Malvik, I'm glad you can come." replied Governor Roberts

"So he's Overlord?" whispered Emily

I nodded in response.

"Are the others here?" asked Governor Roberts

"They'll be here shortly." said Tessa

He nodded and went back inside the room to prepare the meeting. I looked over to Logan and he seemed confused and worried while looking at his phone.

"Logan what's wrong?" I asked

"Oh, my phone can't seem to reach Riku." he replied, "She usually picks up after the second call but she hasn't picked up and this is the eighth time."

"She's probably busy, don't worry." said Malvik trying to cheer him up

Colt, Timothy, Brock and Lucas came in and greeted us.

"Sorry, hope we're not too late." said Brock aka Juggernaut

"You guys made it in time." said Mavlik

"What's the meeting about?" asked Lucas aka Bomber

"Something about Sentinel, I don't really know." replied Malvik, "Shall we go in?"

We all nodded and entered the room where Governor Robert and a few other military officials were waiting.

'Since when were they coming?'

Some of them I recognized, some of them I don't.

"Welcome, please take a seat." said Governor Robert

Robert took the seat in front so I took a seat at the very end of the table next to Emily.

"I'm glad you can all make it even though one is busy at the moment." said Robert, "But the reason why we decided to gather all of you is because of one thing."

He sighed and looked at the military officials.

"We believe your sacrifices are being forgotten in US history." said Robert

"Our sacrifices are something we keep secret." said Colt, "For it's something we chose."

"I understand that, but we want others such as young people to see you as a role model." said Robert

Lucas kind of smiled in awkwardness.

"Sorry to break it to you but we chose to stay hidden away from society." said Lucas

"I understand that, but all of you are marked as KIA during the Titan apocalypse." said Robert, "All of you were famed beforehand."

I thought about it but I need to know what his intentions are.

"What are you suggesting?" I asked

"I'm suggesting some kind of hall of fame in the Sentinel HQ." said Robert

"A Hall of Fame huh? For who?" asked Tessa

"All the commanders of Sentinel." said Robert, "Also a wall with all the Sentinels who are KIA."

So a Hall of Fame with a wall that will have names of every Sentinel who was KIA, this is some arts of crafts class.

"That way, their names can be remembered." said Robert

"Does this also go for the Bounty Hunters?" asked Tessa

"Yes it will." said a military official

"Give me an example." said Malvik

"It'll just be a hallway with pictures of all the commanders." replied Robert, "It's something simple, being complex would be pretty you know, useless."

Everyone agreed on that so I nodded.

"What would the design of the wall look like?" I asked

They handed me a picture of a sample and it was a wall in a huge hallway, four pieces of gigantic tablets with nothing on it. In between each tablet was a small stream of water falling down like a wall that has water on it.

"Interesting." said Emily

"This is nice." said Malvik

"The names of everyone who was killed in Sentinel will be carved on those stones." said Robert

The first names that came to my head were Exploder, Tech and Gunner.

"They will be remembered." said Robert

We all nodded in agreement since it wasn't a public tour.

"Now moving onto the next thing." said Robert

I handed the photo back and he opened another file.

"After the assault on Chinese soil, China is getting ready for an all out war with Eldia." said Robert

"It's to be expected." replied Colt

"We need to prevent before that happens." said Robert

"How? We know that the US wants to lay their hands on the titan serum. We need to get rid of those people who are doing that." replied Colt

"Colt's right, if the US wants it as well, we're most likely going to side with China." said Tessa

"So what should we do?" asked a military official

"Colonel?" called out Robert

I look up to see everyone looking at me.

"If you're asking me for advice to stop this I don't know how." I said, "As much as I want it to stop, the only way we have to do that is to expose the world that China works with the IMT."

"But we have enough evidence to do that." said Robert

"But all our evidence was from raids only conducted by Sentinel, so the only other military task force that has evidence is..."

"Eldia." Emily finished my sentence

"Precisely." I said

"I'll try to get Queen Historia on the line." said Robert

He pulls out a computer but then he starts to frown and raise an eyebrow.

"I can't seem to reach her." said Robert

"Yea, it's not just the signal or Riku being busy." said Logan who looked worried throughout the entire meeting.

Emily pulls out his phone and tries to contact someone, I assume it's Annie but she didn't seem to get any response.

"Nothing." she said

Timothy grabs Robert's computer and starts typing things in.

"What the, Eldia's in complete lockdown?" questioned Timothy aka Hacker, "Since when?"

I raise an eyebrow in confusion, not knowing about this.

"Are you sure nothing's jamming the signal here or there?" asked Colt

"No, nothing is. It looks like someone actually out Eldia on lockdown." replied Timothy

"If someone put Eldia on lockdown..." whispered Malvik

"That means no one gets in or out." I finished his sentence

"What's going on?" questioned Brock

I pull out my phone and contact Keegan but my phone wouldn't reach through.

"Timothy can you unjam whatever's jamming the signal?" I asked

"Sir, this is Eldia, they have our technology. They must be hiding something." said Hacker

"Even our unlimited range comms aren't working." said Robert

"Maybe it was better to keep the advanced technology to ourselves." sighed Lucas

"We'll wait and see. I'm sure nothing's bad is happening there." said Robert

"Do you think the IMT are attacking?" asked Colt

"Can't say, if they are we need to act. But at the same time that may trigger the war since China is on the edge." I replied, "Stay out for now, we'll figure this out."

"But Riku's there and-"

"I understand Riku's there, she's not the only there." I said, "Trust Riku, there's a reason why I sent her."

Logan sighed and nodded.

"So what now?" asked Emily

"We wait, but we can't be relaxed, have our forces on alert but not on standby. We can't have anyone think we're going to strike." I said

Annie's POV

My eyes slowly opened and once I saw a steel bar my eyes widened and I sat up. My cuffs and mouth cuff were gone so I looked around and saw Mikasa, Jean and Armin in a room with me.

I look around and realize that I'm in a jail cell. Mikasa and the others were unconscious so I shook them awake.

"Mikasa wake up." I whispered

She groaned and her eyes slightly opened and she started to look around.

"Where are we?" she groaned

"We're in jail." I replied

Mikasa's eyes widened and looked around to see that we are actually in a jail cell.

"Why are we here?" asked Mikasa

"I-I don't know." I replied

But then MPs began to approach our cell dragging Connie and Sasha and threw both of them inside.

"Connie? Sasha?" gasped Mikasa

They groaned as they got up and looked at us.

"You guys are here as well? Why?" asked Sasha

"I don't know." replied Mikasa

Jean began to wake up and when he did he was immediately pissed off.

"What the fuck, why are we in here? Armin!" yelled Jean

Armin began to wake up and he rubbed his forehead.

"Why is the Section commander in here?" asked Connie

"I don't know, I went to check up on Eren but I was arrested after seeing Jean and Eren fight." replied Armin

"You two fought?" questioned Connie

Jean nodded and looked at me.

"What about the kids? Anyone know what happened to them?" I asked

"No, I don't know but why am I here?" asked Sasha

Everyone shrugged but then Bertholdt and Ymir came in.

"Huh? I'm so confused now, what is going on?" asked Connie

"I don't know, Eren just came in and arrested us." replied Ymir

"What's the queen doing? Isn't she in charge?" I asked

"I don't know what's happening but before I was dragged here, Eldia is in complete lockdown. No one gets in or out of here." replied Ymir

I sighed and rubbed my hands together.

"He knew one of us would shift so he put us all in one cell." said Bertholdt

"But Porco and Pieck aren't here." said Connie

"Porco and Pieck agree with Eren's so-called war." replied Bertholdt

"Huh? I thought he was against it." said Jean

"Captain Levi and Commander Hange were also against it but they're not here so I suppose that they're just trying to come up with a plan." said Armin

'What's Riku doing?'

"What has the Bounty Hunters been doing?" asked Mikasa

"The Bounty Hunters?" questioned Sasha

"Ajax stationed some Bounty Hunters to spy on Eren with Riku." I replied

"Riku is here?" gasped Armin

I nodded.

But then something knocked on the metal bars and Riku became visible, wearing the invisibility cloak over her body.

"Riku..." everyone gasped

Riku signaled us to be quiet and looked around.

"What the hell is going on? Eren just came back. There's no way he could have planned this. We've been tracking him even on missions, Zeke isn't even home." said Riku

"I don't know, shouldn't we be asking you that?" asked Jean

"Look, not a single technology is working. You can only call anyone in Eldia and no one else outside of this country. I tried everything but nothing seemed to work and now I'm stuck here with no intel of what's happening." replied Riku

"What about the kids?" I asked

"The kids are safe, they're in an orphanage for now but Eren, Eren keeps on talking with Keegan. I don't know what he's trying to do but it's not good." replied Riku

Riku looked at her watch and sighed.

"I have to go, stay put everything will unravel soon." said Riku

She turns invisible again and leaves us alone in the cell.

"Great, this isn't how I wanted to spend my leave." groaned Connie

"I didn't expect this either." said Bertholdt

I wanted to see Eren and ask him what the hell's going on but I was too scared to face him.

"Eren's not the same, he looks like himself but he's somebody else, it isn't on the surface he doesn't show it." I whispered

"But Eren's not like that, there has to be something that's manipulating him or something he's trying to do. I'm sure Eren won't do anything bad right?" asked Armin

We all looked at Armin with no hope at all.

"Guys, Eren won't do anything bad." said Armin

"I think he already has." said Jean
