Bk2:Ch20 Argenti(pt-2)

The cart kept moving making short bumps on the cart. It made the boxes jerk in the cart.

Edan raised his hand and grabbed her neck. “You know you can always confide in your big brother Edan if anything is troubling you.”

“I am included in that sentence Rosa.” Eugene grinned from the driver’s seat.

Rosa mentally hit her head. ‘I am making too many people worry about me.’ “I understand about Brother Eugene being my senior but you are no big brother.” She poked him on the side with her elbow.

“Ouch you …. Why you little …..” Edan grabbed her neck and pulled her to a choke hold. “You little, dare you try to pull my leg.”

The serious mood quickly turned lighter. Eugene glanced back to check on his juniors again.

‘At least they are feeling better now.’ He set his focus back to the front of the road. The large stone wall is now larger than it was before. His whole view was covered with the large stone wall.
