Chapter fourteen

When Leon returned home, it's already around 7:00 in the evening. Signing contract and photo shooting made him tired that he can't even lift a finger. He tried to contact Owen but the number can't be reached so he frowned and just took his bath and sleep.

The next morning, he texted Owen to inform him that he already bought the house that he wanted so they can move in any time the boy wants.

"Leon, give me a moment to talk to you.." He stopped when he heard Angelica.

He turned his head to look at her and saw the girl acting strange, wait, is she blushing? Curious and frowning, it picked his interest.

"What?" He asked.

"Y-You, I thought you don't like me so why did you sign the contract?" She fidget and can't even look directly in his eyes.

She's blushing because she thinks that he signed the contract because of her?

"I signed the contract because Owen wants a big house. And to achieve that, I need money. So I signed the contract. It's not for you, so stop assuming." He said and leave the girl stiffened.

He checked his phone if there's a reply from Owen but there's nothing in there. Feeling irritated, He walks towards the basketball court to meet his teammate for upcoming basketball tournament.

"Is everyone here?" He got the attention of all the players who already in there when he entered the gym.

"Leon! Finally you're here. Our couch wants to talk to you." The player with the number 8 in his uniform tapped his shoulder.

"Where is he?"

"En.." The man looks around and finally point his index finger in one direction. " there!" He said.

He followed the direction he is pointing and saw an old man in his uniform standing and facing the other players.

"En. Thanks." He said.

He walks towards the old man and the other players finally noticed him. The old man seems to noticed too so he turned his head to look at him.

"Leon Yu?," The man confirming his name.

"Yes. Hello. Nice to meet you." He offered his hands for a shake.

The man accepted it and they talk about the game plans. They talked for 20 minutes and stopped when they both decided to start practicing. Everytime Leon take a rest, he always checked his phone if Owen already sent a message for him. And finally before lunch he received it.

Owen: Sorry, I was busy practicing. You bought the house? That's great.

That's it? Nothing more like before? He gritted his teeth and tried to call the boy but he can't reached him again!

"Damn it! Does he just open his phone to text me and off it again?!"

Steven studio, Owen is just sitting on the floor while watching Steven making dance steps. He forgot to recharge his phone yesterday and last night. It's now low battery and after sending his message to Leon the battery finally drained.

"I just wish he won't think negative about me being unreachable." He murmured.

He secretly smiled when he remembered what he read a while ago. Leon bought their house already. They can finally live together without sharing one bed.

"You're smiling, is something good happened?" Steven noticed him.

"En. I think I might move out soon." He said.

Steven pause for 2 seconds before answering.

"Did he buy a house already?" He asked.

"En. That's what he said. So can I borrow your phone?"

Steven give him his phone and quietly go back to his practice.

"Its Owen. I borrowed Steven phone because mine is low battery."

"You two are still practicing?"

"Yeah.."

"When can we move in to our house?"

Owen gasp after hearing those.. Their house.. The house that bought by Leon using his own money.

"W-When will you be free?"

"You knew I'm always free for you.."

"Oh.. Let's take a look later this afternoon then."

"Should I pick you up?" Leon voice became hoarse suddenly.

"No need.. I'll go to your location. Where can I find you after lunch?"

"Come find me before lunch, let's eat together."

"That..."

"Don't tell me you're already have a plan for lunch? Should I always wait for you to make me your first priority again, huh Owen Cruz? " Leon is surely angry right now.

"No.. I was just thinking that maybe you're with Angelica this lunchtime."

"I'm not! So meet me before lunch at our apartment."

Leon ended the call after he said it and Owen is biting his lower lip controlling himself to let out a laugh. Why does it sounds like Leon is forcing himself into him.? He doesn't want to assume but if Leon keeps acting like this then he can't control himself to keeps hoping.

"Ugh! How I wish I can kiss him.." He murmured

"I can kiss you if you wanted to be kissed."
