224. Kakashi's Thoughts and Izumi's Method

Meanwhile, Tabane and Rori headed to the place where the cosplay outfits for women were displayed. Those outfits are so cute and lovely.

"Knowing that my friend is still alive makes me happy. But, to think that he had fallen into the darkness, and the cause was I, his old friend. It was obviously my fault." Kakashi sighed in a downcast.

Looking at dejected Kakashi, Izumi replied emotionlessly.

"So, you spent your time reading that manga, huh? I thought you weren't interested in knowing your future."

Kakashi smiled bitterly. Not being interested in his future would be a lie. But, he didn't really believe it the first time he joined the chat group. He couldn't believe that the chat group members' future was scripted in the artworks or novels. However, reality went according to the script even though it was not completely the same. That was why he decided to read the Naruto manga. And the content surprised him.

Since Kakashi said nothing, Izumi carried on.

"You don't have to blame yourself, Kakashi-san. The part of it was indeed your fault since you're not strong enough to protect your friend and even killed by your own hand. However, it wasn't completely your fault. Uchiha Madara wouldn't let Rin be alive either since she was a tool to let Obito awaken his Mangekyō Sharingan. He ordered Zetsu to control Rin's body, and let Obito witness how Rin was killed by you. Either of you awakens your Mangekyō Sharingan at that time. As to why it happened to you as well, it was likely because his Mangekyō Sharingan linked each other or both of you felt a deep grief and coincidentally awakened at the same time."

Kakashi turned to Izumi and asked.

"Do you think I'm jinxed?"

"Why do you think so? Because everyone around you is either going to fall into darkness or die? You're too paranoid, seriously. If you think you're jinxed, why didn't you help the third Hokage from being killed by Orochimaru?"

"I don't deserve this eye because I feel I have betrayed Obito's trust."

"Why should you care about that?" That was what Izumi wanted to say. But, he swallowed it back since he saw Kakashi's firm expression.

"Do you need me to plant another Sharingan on your left eye socket? I have a lot since I got them from Danzo's laboratory." Izumi asked while looking at Kakashi's left eye. But, Kakashi refused.

"Ne need."

Actually, Izumi wanted to try to research Sharingan. But, to awaken from Sharingan to Mangekyō Sharingan to Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan is too much trouble. And there is still the eye of six paths, Rinnegan, on the top of Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. Izumi might have a way, but he wasn't sure if his method would work. The requirements are huge spiritual energy containers, as well as blood and cells of the Ōtsutsuki clan or descendants. The purer the better. It is Kekkei Genkai after all. So, Izumi still needed blood and cells.

Meanwhile, spiritual energy containers could be opened without having a certain bloodline, but people need to cultivate their spiritual energy through their chakra points. By opening the lower dantian, middle dantian, and upper dantian, people could get huge energy containers within their bodies. The more people train, the more energy containers will be further improved.

Somehow, people with Uzumaki bloodline have all of the dantians opened without properly cultivating their spiritual energy. That's why all the ninjas in Konohagakure admit that Naruto's chakra reserves are so huge even when he was still a Genin-level ninja.

Nevertheless, people from the ninja world didn't know the concept of the dantian since it was a Taoist and Buddhist tradition.

On the other hand, the most troublesome is awakening from Mangekyō Sharingan to Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The tighter the blood ties are between the donor and the recipient, the better it is for compatibility, siblings for example. Izumi didn't know whether that was the truth or not. He wasn't sure as well whether Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan was born due to the fuse of the pair of eyes or completely swapped.

But, according to his knowledge, the donor gave the eyes while removing the recipient's original eyes. But, the donor should send the spiritual energy to the recipient that would fuse into the third eye chakra point or maybe the crown chakra point of the recipient. And then, two kinds of spiritual energy fused into one. As a result, the recipient still kept the Sharingan form and power that was given by the donor.

However, Izumi still thought of another way by using a bloodline connection. Since Rinnegan was originally from the Ōtsutsuki clan, Izumi had thought to use the blood and cells of the Ōtsutsuki clan.

And what Izumi had in mind were Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke because both of them were reincarnations of Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo's sons. Then, Hyūga Neji and Hyūga Hanabi, the descendants of Ōtsutsuki Hamura. There is also another one who is none other than Ōtsutsuki Toneri. But, Izumi didn't want to touch him yet.
