" This can't be real at all...You are dead..you...YOU ARE FUCKING DEAD...and you are still haunting me...leave me... leave me!! " said Aruma
" I am dead because of you...YOU ARUMA " said the figure
" ARUMA HINOKAMA !!! " shouted the figure as the figure pounced at Aruma
" KAE!!!!!! " shouted Aruma as he fell on his knees and started sobbing like a child
Ryo jumped in between to attack Kae but Ryo passed through Kae and crashed into the ground.
" Damn it's an illusion " said Ryo as he panted
Kae passed through Aruma and another figure stood infront of Aruma.
" How can you let me die? " asked the figure
" I tried to save you...I tried " replied Aruma
" Liar...you were weak " said the figure
" Kae...I am sorry..I really am " said Aruma
" You killed me Aruma " said the figure
" You are Kae...Kae can't say things like that..You are not my Kae...my brother " said Aruma
Multiple figures surrounded Aruma and started kicking him around.
" Pathetic " said one figure
" Idiot " said another
" Useless " said another
" Killer " said another
" Murderer " said another
" I need to save him " said Ryo as he stood up
Multiple Rin-shi sprouted from the ground and surrounded Ryo
" Oh no...they are blocking the way " said Ryo
" I need to do something fast " he said
The figures circled Aruma as they repeated and chanted these words repeatedly.
Aruma stood up crying and tried attacking them, throwing fists and punches like a mad man. He tried everything while crying and sobbing but failed to do any damage. The figures pointed out their figures and started orbiting Aruma.
" You are weak...You are weak " chanted all of them together.
" Damn it what do I do..What can I do..they are nothing but illusions." said Ryo
Meanwhile in the other end of the maze, Gorosuke and Jetchi were trying their best to find Rhy and Thum. They were lost yet were traveling in some sort of the pocket dimension which was created thanks to Hobeo's demon techniques. Every path that they took, brought them to the exact same place from where they started.
" I hope others are okay, I mean I don't even know how they are doing." said Jetchi
" Don't worry Jetchi...Focus we must find a way, if we get too late both and Rhy and Thum would be at their peak and they would be unstoppable." said Gorosuke
" Huh why so Grandpa ? " asked Jetchi
" Jetchi, during the festival that lies in the last week of the lunar phase depending on the cycle of moon, if it's a Full moon that shines above the head, bright enough to form a shadow, Demons are at their weakest. However During the the new moon which they are their strongest. Our ancestors believed that by sacrificing the most sacred and important valuables items to the gods through the pyre which can only be burnt when every village head chief willingly takes part in the ceremony, would emit enough postive energy that would be enough to prevent the demons from reaching their peak form. Rhy and Thum would be too strong because tonight is the day of New moon Jetchi." explained Gorosuke
" Now it makes sense why they attacked the pyre and distracted us with that worm." said Jetchi
They heard footsteps that approached them at a fast rate as if someone was running towards them. At a distance they saw 2 shadow figures running towards them.
" Grandpa, It might be a trap " said Jetchi
" Trust your gut feeling son " replied Goro
They both took a fighting stance. However as the fog disappeared, it turns out that the figures were none another than Kazuki and Kanako.
" Kazuki !! Kanako !! " exclaimed Gorosuke
" What happened where is Hiro " asked Jetchi
" That Hobeo is a dick " said Kazuki
" Language Kazuki " said Kanako
" Grandpa..Abel and Hiro are fighting Hobeo right now he is the one causing this illusion and maze trickery...he is too strong " said Kanako
" They are just buying time for Rhy and Thum...Where is Hiroshi and Mimiko ? " asked Gorosuke
" I don't know " replied Kanako
" I can sense some disturbance nearby..Aruma and Ryo are in Danger we need to do something." said Kazuki
" What can we do, we don't know where to go " said Kanako
Suddenly the ground started to shake. Hundreds of Rin-shi, sprouted from the ground and started to hop towards Kazuki.
" Woah that's a lot of them " said Jetchi
" This does not look good " said Kanako
" This is where your training is tested " said Gorosuke. Kazuki started to grab his bag and try to hide it from everyone.
" Kazuki! what's in the bag that you are hiding, can't you see we need to fight...We can DIE YOU IDIOT " shouted Kanako as she twisted Kazuki's ear.
A noise was heard from the bag.
