Angel System

Seraph’s life is a sad one, bullied on a day to day basis, his emotions and feelings slowly become numb to interaction… his eyes dull and his body weak he can only hold in his rage and despair deep within his heart. However, one day he sits down in class and realizes that his seat has disappeared thinking it was another prank he fell down onto grass? Looking up he sees a system? His entire class is with him and this time humans aren’t in charge of this new world...instead it’s the monsters in the forests. ________ “On earth they said, Beauty is held in the eyes of the beholder.” A sensual woman's voice swayed through the void. “ Such a good quote, however it’s so untrue don’t you think?” A cold man’s voice replied “ What do you mean?” The sensual woman giggled, “Well… Once upon a time, I came down to meet the humans, I considered myself as the most beautiful woman in the world, in the eyes of all in heaven I was considered the most beautiful- even the lord recognized this...however every single one of the humans shunned me at a glance. Met with fits of screams and anguished cries, I got really depressed... “ “Get to the point.” The Cold Man’s voice sharply interrupted the women. “Oh, Oh just wait. It gets better.” The sensual woman replied and then continued “ The next time i saw another man. I graciously approached, Bowed head, a dazzling smile on my face. I remember wearing the best thing I owned at the time.” “ A beautiful victorian dress with white frills. I perfectly embodied the word of elegance. Not even a queen could compete against me...however, I was shunned once more. The man even called me monster.” “So I did the only thing, I thought was proper…so I took him.” “Really, what then?” A gruff voice was heard in the void. “When did you come out of your hole?” The cold man asked. “Shush, I’m listening to the story!” An elegant man’s voice came through the void. “Hum, It seems as if everyones here.” The most beautiful feminine voice said through the void. The sensual woman laughed “I never knew my story could attract such a crowd.” She continued “but let’s continue… After taking him I went to work. I gave him soo many gifts, I gave him so much of my love just like in any relation we gave and took from each other… In the end, his eyes beheld my beauty.” “Then where is he?” The gruff man’s voice spoke “What do you mean? You're looking at him aren’t you?”

Seraph rotated the spear, providing an opening and pulled it out. He felt exhausted, his wounds felt worse.

He let the blood drip off his spear, he looked at the wolf's corpse. It's thick hide was still clean despite the clear hole made from the front… He tilted his head and leaned down to see the blood being drained through the hole he made in the back.

An idea sprouted, grabbing the dagger in the beasts mouth he tore it to the side and ripped it out. His spear approached the chest of the wolf…

After ten minutes of cutting, seraph finally had a fur coat. He wore the black fur coat and felt the warmth of it cuddling him...

It was by no means professional but it was good enough to cover seraph, the cuts seraph made into it made it into a hooded cloak with some short sleeves that revealed his forearms.

He smiled to himself, 'I now have some form of defense…' Seraph imagined that most of the wolves could probably not cut through this hide… except for the same species of feral dark wolf or perhaps an even bigger threat.

His objective now came back to mind which was to make some food… He looked at the corpse of the feral…'If i cook this right now… how fast would wolves come?'

He looked at the sky… He looked back at the corpse.

After five minutes, Seraph had made a stable fire. He simply asked the system and the system went through the steps with him 'The system is useful in these kinds of situations to…'

He looked at his poorly formed coat… 'I should've asked the system on how to make a proper coat.'

[You should've. ]

Seraph ignored the system, He grabbed a piece of meat and threw it on the fire… with the aid of the system he made sure it didn't burn and got himself a good meal. After thirty minutes he was still cooking and eating… However, after hearing a lot of distant howls he gave up on making a fourth piece of meat opting to instead stamp out the fire and leave the rest of the meat behind for the wolves.

He didn't expect the wolves to be slow in approaching, He had actually expected that a wolf would immediately come as soon as he put on the fire.

With some day time to spare, he continued his search for basically anything. He had no clear direction and nothing else to do other than hunt wolves that directly came after him… He had found a lot of odd shaped rocks and trees but that was it.

Nothing else was appealing to him. Except the occasional funny looking tree, he was rushing through the forest with no sense of direction. Until, he heard a shrill scream.

He turned his head confused, he waited for a moment thinking his ears were playing tricks on him and he heard it again. He whipped his head around, his feet barely touching the floor as he took off in a mad sprint toward the screaming.

His eyes sharpened to a considerable degree, resembling a tigers. His limbs were moving with dexterity as he maneuvered between the tress until he heard the scream once more this time closer, a couple of birds flapped away in the distance making a lot of sound. He turned his head in the direction and began sprinting.

Looking up he could see the green tops of the trees and the jet black crows in the sky. He traced where they came from, setting his new direction.

A child stumbled, falling on the ground. Letting out a shrill scream as their arms and legs scraped against the rough ground. They looked up, seeing their sibling grab their arm and pull them up to their feet as soon as an arrow sailed through the air and embedded it self into a tree right above their silver hair.

The older sibling pulled hard, jolting their younger sibling forward into a mad dash. Cruel Laughter came from behind them as a man with long blonde hair and a green leaf crown chased after them, his silver armor shined brightly reflecting the sun's constant glare.

The sibling took sharp turns, an arrow landing on a tree beside them as another man came out of the forest his face emotionless. He nodded toward his companion, the man knocking an arrow and firing another shot toward the children.

The Children were faster yet again taking another sharp turn and dodging the arrow by a literal hairs breath.

One of the children suddenly stopped and looked at the woods in front of them with a conflicted expression, his nose scrunching up as a familiar smell of iron drifted back to his nose. He looked at his sibling and pushed them out of the way, while throwing themselves to the ground with an arrow sailing across their head and sticking deeply into another tree.

The silver armored men made their way over to the children quickly.

"You've fallen." The emotionless man said.

The elder sibling covered the youngest sibling and looked up defiantly at the men approaching.

"You're never getting up either." The cheerful man put away his bow and pulled out his scimitar. When he suddenly stopped, he looked around and began to smell the air…

The siblings held each other tightly, then paused as the cheerful man stopped his movement… they looked confused.

"What the hell is that smell?" He looked at his companion.

The children traded looks at each of the armored men.

"I don't know… it's been rapidly coming toward us for awhile now." His friend looked into the woods, he couldn't see anything. However, he could smell it… there was something coming toward them and it was gaining speed.

"Let's finish this quickly then." He fully unsheathed his scimitar and raised it in the air. His scimitar cut down quickly toward their head.

However, his arm suddenly went elastic, turning to the side quickly his arm bended and his scimitar raised and slashed against a pure white spear breaking it. His eyes turned serious as he eyed the wild man approaching him.
