Seo Ahri's Surprise (2)

As the dozen seniors closed in on him, Gojin felt a rush of adrenaline. This was the perfect opportunity to test his skills. Even then, it would not be easy, but he took a deep breath and prepared to fight.

One of the boys lunged at Gojin with a wooden stick. Gojin sidestepped, grabbing the boy's arm and twisting it, causing him to drop the stick.

"Take this!"

Another boy swung a metal rod at Gojin's head, but Gojin ducked, the rod whistling harmlessly over his head. Unfortunately, the rod hit one of the seniors right in the face, cracking his nose.

"Watch where you swing that damn thing, you moron!" someone yelled.

Adrian took advantage of the situation and kicked out. His foot connected with the second boy's knee, sending him crashing to the ground.

Another senior lunged at Gojin with a metal pipe. He sidestepped and grabbed the pipe, yanking it from the attacker's hands, and used it to block an incoming strike from behind.

The baseball bat clanged against the pipe, sending vibrations up Gojin's arm. But he pushed the man off himself as two more people charged at him.

He kicked one in the chest, sending him sprawling to the ground, and swung the pipe at the other, catching him in the shoulder. The boy cried out in pain and fell back.

But the numbers were against him. While Gojin was dealing with one attacker, another came at him from behind, hitting him hard on the back. Gojin stumbled, pain flaring up his spine, but he managed to stay on his feet and swung the pipe, hitting the attacker square in the face.

So far, he had been intentionally avoiding hitting anyone in the head, but Gojin realized he didn't have that luxury anymore. If he wanted things to get under control, he would have to fight more aggressively.

Two more rushed him simultaneously. Gojin grabbed the arm of one, using him as a shield against the other's stick. The stick hit the attacker's back, and Gojin used the moment to elbow the second guy in the face. He then pushed the first one away, sending him crashing into a wall.

The other seniors hesitated for a moment, seeing their friends being taken down so quickly.

"Get him, you idiots!" Daeho shouted, growing frustrated.

They had the numbers and weapons. Yet they were failing to deal with a single child. It didn't even make sense. Slowly Daeho realized what happened with Taejun and his gang in the washroom wasn't an exaggeration. The brat Kim Gojin was a capable fighter, to say the least.

Why am I praising him!? If I don't beat him here, Seo Ahri won't hold her end of the deal!

By then, three more charged at Gojin. He dodged a swing from the first, then delivered a swift uppercut that sent him sprawling.

The second swung a bat at his legs, but Gojin jumped, kicking the guy in the chest in mid-air. The third tried to grab him from behind, but Gojin twisted out of his grip and flipped him over his shoulder.

Thud!

Suddenly, Gojin felt a sharp pain in his side and saw one of the seniors had hit him with a pipe. He gritted his teeth against the pain and swung a fist at the guy, knocking him out cold.

Despite his efforts, Gojin only managed to knock out nine of them. The other three, including Daeho, slowly got to their feet. They appeared hesitant to attack him, but were back on their feet, regardless.

Suddenly, the senior with a chain swung it wildly at Gojin, who caught it and pulled, causing the boy to stumble forward into a knee to the stomach. Gojin spun around, slamming the chain into the side of another attacker's head, taking both of them down in a flash.

Finally, Gojin stood alone, panting around the groaning bodies of the seniors scattered around him. Daeho looked at his mates and spat out in disgust. It should have been an easy fight, but they lost horribly against a junior of all people.

"Tsk," Daeho clicked his tongue. "Looks like I'll have to do it on my own."

"Do we really have to do this?" Gojin, looking annoyed by now, asked Daeho.

"You think you're tough?" Daeho taunted, ignoring Gojin's question, and flexed his bulky frame. "Let's see how tough you really are."

"...don't cry later about this."

Gojin attacked first, landing a punch to Daeho's gut, but it felt like hitting a wall. Daeho's fat belly absorbed the impact, and he barely flinched.

"That's all you got?" Daeho laughed. "Now it's my turn."

He swung a massive fist at Gojin, who dodged and retaliated with a series of quick jabs to Daeho's face. But Daeho just kept laughing, his fat providing a natural armor to him. Gojin's frustration grew, as his attacks seemed ineffective.

"What's the matter? Not so tough now?" Daeho taunted. "Looks like I'll be getting that kiss after all."

Gojin looked puzzled upon hearing those words. He had assumed that Daeho and the seniors were attacking him because Taejun had paid them for it. But it was all because of a kiss?

Could Taejun's mother be the one...?

Gojin's face twisted in a mix of confusion and disgust. The mental image of Taejun's mother kissing someone like Daeho made him cringe. Taejun's mom, with her sharp features and always angry expression, puckered up to kiss the pig-like Daeho was something straight out of a nightmare.

The thought was so absurd that Gojin almost laughed out loud. Maybe Daeho couldn't get any girls, so he settled for a kiss from Taejun's mom. The thought was both hilarious and repulsive.

"Seriously?" Gojin said, shaking his head in disbelief. "You're doing this for a kiss from Taejun's mom? That's... just gross."

Daeho's smile faded, replaced by a scowl. "What the hell are you talking about? Why would I kiss that hag, of all people? I get it... you're making fun of me!"

Daeho lunged at Gojin, intending to crush him with his sheer bulk. Gojin waited until the last second before delivering a swift, precise kick to Daeho's groin.

Daeho's eyes bulged, and he collapsed to the ground, clutching his nether regions and groaning in pain.

"Why...? Argh..."

"All men have a shared weakness, you know," Gojin looked down at him and shrugged. "No armor of yours is protecting the nuts."

"You coward..."

"Bitch, you brought eleven others to fight me! You're the last person who should talk about cowardice!"

"Fuck… you!"

"Oh, yeah? Let's see how you talk after this."

He tried to suplex Daeho, hoping the move would knock him out. But Daeho's armor was too heavy for Gojin to lift. So, with a last move, he kicked Daeho in the face, knocking him out cold.

Gojin looked around to see if anyone else wanted to continue. Satisfied with his work, he opened the door and saw Seo Ahri standing there, fixing her makeup. When she noticed Gojin, she quickly pushed him back onto the terrace and shut the door behind her.

"I'm glad I don't have to kiss that pig," she smiled, turning to face Gojin. "The question is, where do you want your kiss?"
