Sora entered a meeting room where two elderly people who were at the peak of the silver rank and 1 person at the low gold rank waiting for him. all of them were stunning upon seeing Sora enter, although with their statues they have never seen Sora, the feeling Sora gave them made them all feel like they were looking at a supreme ruler.

Sora calmly sat down before them before looking at the tea, which was not poured for them on the table, He smiled slightly before picking up the tea jar,

"You like some tea?" Sora asked, stunning the 3. the silver rank experts almost cried, what a generous king, who would humble himself for someone of their statues, even the gold rank experts were moved by Sora's actions, but he was able to snap out of the weird state, cold sweat covered his forehead as he looked at Sora. Sora just offered to pour some tea, why was he so moved by it.

"N-no. I'm alright." the gold rank expert said as he went on guard agist Sora while snapping the two peak silver rank experts who seem as if they would sell themselves to Sora if he just asked. Sora nodded slightly as he put the cup down,

"I asked to meet you both since I need you for something," Sora said calmly. the gold rank experts felt like he was hit by an arrow, Sora needed him. He was moved, he felt like this was what he was working for his whole life. someone as generous and kind as Sora, what would be so bad about giving his life to him?

"..." The gold rank experts snapped out of that weird state again as he whipped the cold sweat off his forehead, he wanted to run out of here. but he didn't want to disappoint Sora, but he didn't want to fall under whatever weird spell Sora was using... wait, why did he care so much about disappointing Sora or not?

"... you don't want to become my follower?" Sora asked stunned with a hint of disappointment, the gold rank experts froze at Sora's words. before he could even speak, the two peak silver rank experts fell to their knees as tears covered their faces.

"Lord, we swear to be your loyal followers." the two silver rank experts yelled, the low gold rank expert was moved seeing this. was it so bad for him to follow such a great person like Sora? why was he resisting so much? but just as he was about to kneel, he snapped out of that state again as he looked at Sora in horror.

'It seems for gold tank experts, my aura of just 715 could only have this huge of an effect on a low gold rank expert. of course, if I do something bigger, he would easily submit...' Sora thought as he poured himself a drink while looking at the low gold rank experts. Sora thought for a moment before sighing.

"Well, I understand if you don't want to follow me. I wish you the best, give him 1,000 silver rank mana crystals of the highest quality." Sora said to Kanan who was at his side, Kanan nodded slightly as she took out a storage bag and gave it to gold rank experts who were stunned stupid by how nice Sora was.

looking at the bad which had so many mana crystals, he was moved. he fell to his knees as he looked at Sora with deep respect. a city of such a low grade as this couldn't just give out this much amount of mana crystals like that. this only showed how generous Sora was.

"Young Prince, I promise to follow you to the grave." He said on one knee, Sora smiled slightly as he drank some tea. it was so easy to gain loyal followers. such simple actions made them move to the core,

"I'm moved you want to follow me. stay in this city as long as you wish, as for your city. I hope you don't mind that I can take your city as my own." Sora said with a smile, the gold rank expert quickly shook his head. he was moved that Sora even bothered to care about his thoughts, what a kind king... oh wait, he was still a prince.

"My lord, what's mine is all yours. feel free to take it all." the old man said respectfully, Sora smiled slightly as he had them all do as they wish. Sora drink the cup of tea before he turned to look towards Kanan who brought over a map of the golden rock city.

"The golden rock city has a population of over 2 million, unlike this low-grade city, it's a med grade city. it has 30 copper rank dungeons, 19 iron rank dungeons, and 10 silver rank dungeons." Kanan said calmly,

"Send Fugaku over to clear the dungeons. have him leave with an army of his picking... what are the grades of the silver rank dungeons," Sora asked calmly as he looked at the city a few times bigger than his own

"8 are low-grade dungeons, the same as the one here. the other 2 are med grade with med gold rank dungeons boss, and many silvers rank monsters which could skip stages." Kanan said as Sora nodded sightly.

"I will have 60 red summoning tickets after this," Sora said with a smile. these past few days he spent time stabling his potions and his summons new lives. so, he didn't force too much ongoing expanding his reach, he could do it whenever he wants. tomorrow or today, there was no difference for him

Kanan left as she left behind the map for Sora to go over, the city was over a few minutes away from this one. a few seconds light for his summons, Sora looked at the origination within the city, all being at the gold rank and having their own forces of silver rank experts, it will take some time to take over the city.

"I guess I should begin my little experiment," Sora said softly, as he put the paper down and went to go to his room. his experiment was simple. what will happen if he gains the Uchiha bloodline from another Uchiha or the Saiyan bloodline from another Saiyan. the system said that a said ability gained will improve by 50%, and the improvement would drop by half after that.

So with so many chances to waste, Sora wanted to see what is considered a 50% improvement. So he went on to use this expert with an Uchiha named Inabi Uchiha. a B rank summon. He went on to get his abilities until he got the fireball technique from him, Sora felt that his skill of the technique has broken through some kind of limitation

Sora breathed out slightly and saw how he easily breathed out flames from his mouth. although with his mastery of chakra control, he is able to Uchiha technique without hand seals, it was slightly weaker than with hand seals. but now, he felt like there was no difference, hand seals or not the power was the same. with but a thought he could spit flames, this also went for his control of chakra. it also improved.

Sora rubbed his forehead for a moment, the improvement to his one energy also improved but not by much as his Ki couldn't keep upon. But Sora went on to change the fireball jutsu he got from Fugaku until he gained Fugaku Sharingan, after which, he picked another Uchiha, this made the 50% improvement he got disappear as if it was never there. Sora could even try and reach that level since he could no matter how hard he tried

Sora picked another Uchiha and went on to get their Uchiha bloodline. Sora felt a warm feeling swallow him, followed by the Uchiha bloodline going through a quality improvement. the amount of energy in his body, to the strength of his sharingan, all improved. Sora looked at his palm for a moment before going on to do the same thing to another Uchiha until he had gained the Uchiha bloodline from 5 Uchiha, making his bloodline be 127% better than the normal bloodline. but this all used up 50 chances, which too 500 charisma to gain.

but the improvement to Sora's strength was no simple boost of a bloodline. without even the sharingan, Sora's eyes sharp. Sora's physical body had improved, and even the energy he had pretty much doubled.

Sora went on to get another fireball technique to get that same level of chakra control again, before going on to get a lightning technique, water, and so on. improving his control of energy to a new height.

But Sora didn't stop there as he went on to gain the Senju bloodline. but there were not many Senju that appeared in the anime, so he only gained a boost of 127%. luck for Sora there he had just 5 numbers of Uchiha clan members, most of them being Hashirama brothers. lucky for Sora, this only took 12 chances, leaving him with only 5 chances on the Saiyans to get the Saiyan bloodline and even another energy wave attack to boost his strength

He first got the Saiyan energy wave attack, before using the 2 remaining chances to get 2 Saiyan bloodlines to gain the Saiyan bloodline from Raditz. meaning the boost was only 87.5%. but Sora didn't really mind. with the improvement he just gained, he was more than 10 times stronger than he was just a moment ago, that's not even adding his sharingan, which was much stronger than a normal sharingan

this is all not forgetting he was still in the peak gold rank. how strong will he be once he forms his planet? of course the planet he had to form will have to match his level of talent or else it will be a waste, so ether one he had to wait to gain a technique which equaled an SR rank summon, to create his own.

'...what will happen when I take another summon super Saiyan transform, will the boost be also 127% better than a normal Saiyan transforming? what if I gain the Uchiha clan members Sharingan on top of the already improve sharingan from the improvement of the bloodline? how about Haki? Devil fruits? transformation? regeneration?' Sora thought in shock at such a system. He could even gain more than 1 skill from one summon, although it would cost more chances, it was still possible.

Sora held his palm out as his red energy gathered into his palm. his energy was red because of his sovereign aura, even normal chakra and Ki would be red. Sora calmly looked at the energy in his palm before shaking his head. Sora was beginning to this more and more like a game, it was just too easy for him.

although he was sure there were beings out there extremely powerful, for now, he just saw this as him playing a game. conquer dungeons, strengthen your power. So, Sora placed some rulers, which were not to clear a dungeon that was not under his control to make it more interesting, of course, if he is in danger this thought will disappear as if it was never there.

In a few minutes, Sora had 59 red summoning tickets. making Sora have a total of 60 red summoning tickets. Sora of course was happy about this and went on to use them all of the tickets for a 10x summon.

Although he still gained mostly D to B rank summons even though he had maxed them out, Sora gained a few new summonses.

from the dragon ball world, he gained Guldo. the guy who can hold his breath and stop time, although in the mana he doesn't have to hold his breath... He also gained Android 16,

From the Naruto world, he gained Gamabunta. that huge frog, and Karin Uzumaki,

from the one-piece world, Sora gained Rob Lucci, Sentomaru, and Smoker

from the code guess world, he gained Milly Ashford. president of the Student Council, from the world of code guess.

All together he gained 8 new summons, and the remaining he gained many shards for summons he had already had. but he needed 800 shards in order to improve their strength, so Saibamen went on to begin slaughtering the new Gold rank monsters which were strong than the wolf.

these stronger monsters of course dropped more shards, and their chances to drop shards were much higher. So within a few hours, he should have enough to have his A rank summons reach the silver rank, allowing them to show more of their power.

Sora now had to turn his attention to managing the gold city. He simply sent the mayor back and announce that the city was now under his rule. and through the mayor, he didn't need to personally do anything. he will just have the mayor carry on with his wishes.

after all that, Sora sent his attention to collecting charisma points on his citizens. as they worship him or parse him, the bar will be filled. although it's for just one charisma, the amount to fill the bar will remain the same, of course, the number of people needed to worship/parse him was a lot.

"King Kai, the best way is to have people see me and prey to me as if I'm some god... King Kai, what do you think?" Sora said calmly as he walked along with the palace.

'My lord, that would seem to be the best way. you could create a statue of yourself and have each have your aura, this will lead to even newcomers becoming your loyal follower.' King Kai's voice strangely entered Sora's mind, even though he was nowhere to be seen. as a god, King Kai had the ability not just to see the whole universe, but to also speak to anyone across it. of course, he couldn't see the whole universe, that ability was locked. but his senses were still high, as he could sense when someone says his name.

"Yes, I could even have the items be able to absorb energy in the air, so the aura doesn't weaken. I should also have like 10 churches in each region of a city. and any shrines or statues of myself placed within a region." Sora's eyes brightened at this thought, but he had to make the people look at him as if he was an all-mighty god.

He could even have the statue be able to answer some prayers as if they were dragon balls, of course, not all prayers will be answered, only those the statue aka Sora deems worthy will be answered. but making these statues and shrines will take time, it's best he just makes the dragon balls and have it create shrines and statues to appear in his land. and have it continue to happen even when new land is gained.

as for the dragon balls falling off into the deep space, he could care less. he will find them or just create new ones or create a Dragon Radar so he could go find them. as for ruler, he will set, he could care who makes the wish, so long as it doesn't aim to harm him in any way, shape , or form.
