"Young lady~! That's not how it's done."

"...what's the right way?"

Genevieve was currently conducting some experiments with Goun in the lab.

From the moment she entered the lab, Goun invited Genevieve to make some useful potions that could help Genevieve's training.

Then, Genevieve followed Goun's directions carefully, mixing various chemicals in a test tube. She hoped to make the perfect potion, just as her teacher had hoped. However, she didn't realize that one of the vials she took from the shelf was the wrong one. It contained a highly reactive and dangerous substance, which should not have been used in this experiment.

"Alright, now add some of this substance to the test tube..." Goun said as he showed a small blue bottle.

Genevieve nodded and poured the substance into the test tube. However, as soon as the substance came into contact with the chemical mixture in the test tube, there was a huge explosion that destroyed the entire lab.

"AAARGH!" Genevieve and Goun screamed at the same time, shielding themselves from the shattered glass and flames.

"Genevieve, what are you doing?" Goun scolded Genevieve, while checking his own body to see if there were any injuries.

"I... I didn't know... I was just following your instructions..." Genevieve replied fearfully, while crying.

"No way! I never told you to use this substance!" Goun pointed at the bottle lying on the floor, which read "WARNING: THIS SUBSTANCE IS HIGHLY REACTIVE AND DANGEROUS. DO NOT USE IN ANY EXPERIMENTS."

Genevieve stared at the bottle in shock. She just realized that she had made a fatal mistake.

"I... I'm sorry... I didn't mean to..." Genevieve wailed, while begging for forgiveness.

"There's no time to apologize now! We need to get out of here before the lab explodes again!" Goun grabbed Genevieve's hand and ran towards the exit.

However, they were too late. A second explosion occurred, bigger than the previous one. The lab exploded into dust, and the shockwave hit Genevieve and Goun hard.

Genevieve opened her eyes with difficulty. She felt excruciating pain all over her body. She looked around her, and realized that she was in a sterile white room. She saw several medical devices connected to her body, and heard the regular beeping sound of a heart monitor.

"Where am I?" Genevieve muttered.

"You're in the hospital." A soft voice answered from her bedside.

Genevieve turned her head, and saw Goun's pale, tired face. He looked worried, but also relieved.

"Goun... are you okay?" Genevieve asked weakly.

"Yes, I'm fine. But you... you almost died..." Goun said sadly.

"What... what happened?" Genevieve asked again, trying to remember what happened earlier.

"You remember, right? We blew up the lab because of your mistake..." Goun explained briefly.

Genevieve recalled that horrible moment, and felt guilty. She bowed her head, and apologized once more.

"I'm really sorry... I didn't mean to cause all this... I just wanted to make a good potion... that's all" Genevieve said in a soft voice.

Goun smiled slightly, and stroked Genevieve's hair gently.

"Take it easy... I'm not mad at you. I know you didn't mean it. Besides... the potion worked..." Goun said in a mysterious tone.

"The potion worked? What do you mean?" Genevieve asked in confusion.

Goun pointed to the mirror in front of Genevieve's bed. Genevieve looked into the mirror, and was surprised to see herself.

She was no longer pale and weak, but flushed and healthy. Her hair was now a brighter color and wavy. Her body, which used to be slender and fragile, was now full and strong.

"What... what happened to me?" Genevieve asked in disbelief.

"It's the effect of the potion you made. It drastically improved your body's abilities. You are now prettier, smarter, stronger, and healthier than before. Now even strength has increased drastically..." Goun explained proudly.

"I'm stronger? Really?" Genevieve asked curiously.

"You can try it yourself. Try to feel the energy inside your body." Goun suggested.

Genevieve followed Goun's advice, and tried to empty her mind. She felt something flowing inside her body, like electricity. She let that energy fill her mind, and thought of something she wanted.

She continued to concentrate her power.

Suddenly, she felt her body emitting electricity from her body. She looked down at her hands, and realized that she was feeling a rather ticklish friction all over. He felt happy, and laughed happily.

"My strength has really increased! Even the mana flow on my body feels smoother and tingly!" Genevieve shouted happily.

Goun laughed as well, and floated in the air. He hugged Genevieve from behind, and kissed her affectionately on the cheek.

"You're doing great, Genevieve. You have created an amazing potion. You are my best student." Goun praised Genevieve sincerely.

Genevieve felt warm, and returned Goun's hug. She felt a new feeling growing in her heart.

"Goun... You..." Genevieve whispered in embarrassment.

"Yes, Genevieve..." Goun whispered back softly.

"...is a genius teacher!" Genevieve hugged Goun's body tightly.

"Heup" Goun, who was suddenly hugged by Genevieve, felt impolite. But he could not let go of Genevieve's embrace, and ended up having trouble breathing.

The nurses who saw the incident tried to avert their eyes, pretending not to see the incident.

Apart from the servants, there were also other people watching. Goun fan Genevieve didn't realize that someone was watching them from behind the curtains. They currently had cold faces and sharp eyes when they saw Genevieve hugging Goun. Their faces seemed to want to blame Goun for the explosion that put his young lady in danger. Quer and Moland couldn't hold back any longer. They quickly emerged from behind the curtains, and pulled Genevieve from Goun's arms.

"Genevieve, what are you doing? You shouldn't be hugging random people like that!" Quer scolded Genevieve loudly.

Genevieve was shocked, and embarrassed. She didn't realize that Quer and Moland were there, and saw her hugging Goun.

"Q-Quer, M-Moland... You guys... Are you guys here?" Genevieve was nervous, immediately releasing her hug on Goun.

"Yes, we're here. We came to visit you, but we saw an inappropriate sight." Quer replied sarcastically.
