Chapter 50: Learning to Love

A haze hangs over the Shik-Castellis. In the lone tower, a melody brews. The organist pours his excitement and fervor into each passing note. As musika roars, all but one seems to stir. Kiora sleeps away in her bed- unaware of the big celebration ahead.

When the solest kisses the sky, Kiora wakes from a deep slumber. She steps onto the floor and gives a mighty yawn. Kiora walks over to the window. She blinks rapidly as the room comes into view.

"How did I end up here?" Kiora gasps. She looks around her castellis quarters. "Something's different..."

The familiar Twilicht glow is no more. Kiora stares outside. 'A golden solest!?' Her mind staggers from shock. Kiora begins her investigation. She steps into the halls.

"The stone walls are also gold!" She observes. "What's going on?"
