Chapter 5: True Race and Magic part 1

They all woke up when Jack came barging into the room. They couldn't tell if it was morning or night since they had no window in their room. "So it's been decided you three will live with me until you finish school and stuff," Jack said with a devilish grin.

"How the hell did you pull that off?"

"Well, you should know little brother. I was one of the first group members. I have a few connections. The news surprised the three; they all had different reasons for their surprise.

"You were part of the first group! "

"Your John's brother?"

"Can you teach us magic?"

John was surprised because he was in the first group. For Aria, it was that he was John's brother. Last but not least Alex dude just loved magic.

"Yes, I was in the first group. I wasn't the strongest though I can still teach magic. You will learn in school anyway though." Honest John didn't show it he was happy his brother was doing this for him and his friends. They left this giant lab with smiles on their faces. As they walked outside, shock slapped them in the face. The outside looked good compared to what they thought it would look like. It looked almost as if none of the things Jack said happened.

"What! I told you everything looked fine. At least within the city walls." A limo pulled up as the driver got out and opened the car door.

"What the hell, you're rich now!" Jack smiled and got in first. They followed him into the car. They soon arrived at a huge white mansion. Their front yard was as large as a football field. The gate they pulled up to slowly opened for the limo. They drove to the front and got out.

"Oh yeah forgot to tell you I have a wife and daughter so be kind to them, okay?" Alex dropped another bomb on John's head. When did his brother get married and start a family? They soon pulled up to a huge house. White was the predominant color, with many windows. In the middle of the yard stood a fountain. They pulled up and got out of the car one by one. Once they were out the limo drove off.

"Jack your home." A soft feminine voice echoed as a beautiful woman with silver hair came out. By her side was a little girl who was positioned behind her hiding from the view of the others. She looked like a younger version of the woman.

"John, Aria, Alex I would like you to meet my wife Amelia and my daughter Grace." Jack reached out and picked up Grace as she buried her face in his chest when he picked her up.

"There is no way you have a wife and a child. I mean your wife is hot. What in the world did you do? Did you blackmail her to marry you?" John couldn't believe what he was seeing.

"Shut the hell up punk I did no such thing." Amelia laughed it off and all of them did after that. Alex and Aria could see how relaxed John was around his brother.

"Hey Grace, how about you say hi to your uncle?" Amelia said as she placed her hand on Grace's back.

She didn't look up; she just kept her face on Jack's chest. "Sorry, she is shy around other people," Jack said as he petted her head. She was 6 years old so it was understandable.

"Come let us go inside," Jack said, leading his beautiful wife and the others into the house.
