All Bow Before The Magical Villain

ON HIATUS If transmigration fails, try rebirth. In a magical world where power spoke before all else he would be the most powerful of them all and with their bones he would build his throne. Dex Atticus had transmigrated from earth to a magical continent. He lived right, saved millions and became the justified magic emperor. He had been the hero, or that was how he saw himself after all, it was what transmigrators did in the books. But he was betrayed by those he saved and killed by those who wanted his power. And just when he thought that death had come calling, he returned to start over again. And this time, he had a hunting system as a cheat. All magical inheritances would be his, all the glory would be his, all the wealth in the world he would claim and the most outstanding women, he would take. All his enemies would fall on his sword and every creature on the continent would bow before him, the new reigning supreme villain emperor. He would not be the hero they rejected, he would be the villain they loved. When they asked why he was cruel to the good guys, Dex would simply say, "I am allergic to heroes." A chilling warning.

"The magic of a water mage will make you dual elemental mage. But hers alone will not be enough to make you a water mage for now."

He heard the system, then he smugly said, "Then I will find more and take from them."

"Spoken like a true villain, I approve." The system replied.

As the body of the mage fell to the ground, Dex squatted down and opened his mouth, swallowing the white blue light which came out of her.

She was not even dead yet, and Dex relished that feeling of despair and shock in her eyes as he took her mage.

She could feel it leaving her body, and a hollow space replaced it.

"Thank you for contribution." he whispered to her. "I will also be taking your possessions, thank you for that too."

To the moment when the water mage took her last breath, all she could think was, what kind of monster is this?

As soon as she died, in a land far away, somewhere on a misty mountain atop which was an ice palace, a woman rose and screeched loudly.

"The princess is awake after ten years," someone whispered.

From different corners other beasts rushed into the palace to meet and greet the great ice princess.

Prostrating before her was an old man with a long wooden staff. He was relying on it to hold himself up. His eyes and hair were just as white as those of the water mage Dex had killed.

"Princess, your magic, a part of it is gone." The old man gasped.

The princess who looked exactly like the woman Dex had killed yelled angrily.

Her face was pale and she was shivering. Half of her body was sitting inside what resembled an ice coffin.

Her eyes, now held flecks of blue and brown, they were spitting fire and if she could shoot flames out of them, a raging fire would be melting the entire ice palace down.

"What happened?" The old man asked her.

"A human." she said distastefully. "I was defeated by a minor human mage that performed petty tricks elder Kojo."

She shrieked again, a loud sound so piercing like the call of a bird of prey during a hunt.

The shrieking caused the nearest magical beasts to fall on their knees and the misty mountain trembled.

"Describe everything that happened to me." The elder told her amidst her shrieking. "We must locate the human and have your magic returned or great trouble will befall us."

Dex, unaware of this had already set off and he was on his way back to Mitril. But this was not before destroying the array completely which finally allowed the curious towns people to enter the burned up guild grounds.

The non magic humans started to hurl even before going further. This was because the smell of burned flesh was so strong in the air.

It was as if someone had barbecued those who lived within. The fires had yet to die down and the water mages among them put them out as they moved along.

Among those who came to witness what had happened was gold tooth from the transportation mage. He was searching for only figure in particular.

"Is that Emphis?" a horrified woman asked.

Others hurried to look or go closer to the one she identified as Emphis in the dozens of bodies.

Those which were not burned up had holes in them and little pools of blood around.

"What did this?" an earth mage from asked his friend.

"I don't know the other answered, but whatever it was, it was no ordinary creature. Look at them, they are completely white as if all their blood has been taken?"

"Could it be....." the earth mage looked around and whispered, "blood Ice magic?"

The other was a water mage and he moved his hands over the pale bodies.

"No, no ice magic did this," He was a water mage and he would know if ice magic had been used. "I don't think any magic did this." he added.

Magic did not create wounds like this in the body, something else had done this.

"Look, a message was left behind." a woman said.

A small array had been left on the ground, it was created using elemental fire stones. Arrays like this were common, they could be found everywhere in the Black forest giving directions to those who ventured within.

All one had to do was drop blood on the center stone.

Gold tooth was too curious to wait for any higher authorities. He had a feeling about the one who had this.

He dropped a single drop of his blood on the center stone and a low, rough and raspy voice came from within.

It gravelly said, "The Adama guild will not dwell in this town anymore. Any attempts to rebuild and the events here will be repeated. If the town leader allows them to return I will massacre them and the town leader.

If the other guilds allow Adama to rebuild, I will destroy Adama and the other guilds.

If the towns people allow the Adama guild to exist, I will slaughter the entire town.

If any of you join the Adama guild in any city of Cillia and I come across you in future, prepare to be buried.

A word to the wise is enough, you have been warned."

That was the end of the chilling warning, one that struck fear in the hearts of the mages and non mages alike.

What kind of enmity did this person have with the Adama guild to go to such lengths to uproot them?

Officers from the local magic bureau had arrived on the scene as the warning was winding up. They came with artifacts and dark demon dogs, beasts whose expertise in tracking was incomparable to none.

Their leader hovered over the nearest bodies as other officers sent the onlookers away from the scene.

"Something is wrong, their magic cores are empty." one officer said with a gasp.

Murmurs, gasps, and fear increased on the site.

"A dark mage." someone whispered.

The humans decided to leave quickly, those who were clever anyway while the mages hurried away to share this information with others.

Only dark mages could do that, it was demonic magic.

The whispers quickly moved, carried by the howling wind from one ear to the next. Dark magic had been used here, scary and forbidden dark magic.

"Hey, old Mike, didn't your son say that he was going to join the Adama guild in Churia. Hurry up and call him back before this lunatic kills him."

"I should inform my relatives too." a woman said.

"Wait for me, I need to borrow your speaking mirror and inform mine as well. My sister's daughter is in the Adama branch of Renia city."

By the time the sun came up, news had reached different corners of the kingdom of Cillia, a dark mage was walking among them, he was ruthless and blood thirsty.

He had stolen the magic of over fifty mages, that was how strong he was.

If you were in the Adama mage, save yourself and leave immediately.
