The Next Morning
Peter had not returned, but he had called Mary Jane and told them not to worry about him.
Alex's group didn't say much and wasn't too surprised.
Because with Est's help, they had seen what the boy had done yesterday afternoon and all night.
Beings with cosmic powers were really impressive, since their powers were very useful.

Yesterday on the Afternoon
After entering the Avengers tower, Spider-Man entered the system's database and with the help of his new personal AI managed to get through the defenses and finally obtained information about 'Project 42'.
It was a prison for the rebel heroes located in the negative zone and which would be their permanent home.
That caused Spider-Man to lose all hope in the new registration law.
Thus, the boy wanted to quickly leave the Avengers headquarters, since staying there was no longer an option.
But he ran into Tony Stark who was in his suit.
Spider-Man was surprised to meet him and wanted to make an excuse to leave but Stark didn't let him go easily and asked him about his suit.
There Spider-Man realized that Stark must have noticed the disappearance of his other suit.
Seeing that he couldn't leave the place without giving a good explanation, Spider-Man decided to confront him and ask him about Project 42.
Stark wanted to deny that subject, but Spider-Man told him that he already knew about the prison for the heroes.
That left Stark silent.
And at that point Spider-Man told him that he wasn't going to be involved in it anymore and that he wouldn't support the registration act anymore.
Stark told him that things were not that easy.
At that moment, a large number of armed men led by Maria Hill appeared.
But Spider-Man wasn't too worried as he had studied his new suit well and was surprised that unless they attack him with heavy weapons, they won't be able to stop him.
At the moment he wanted to escape, a hail of bullets fell on him, heeding his Spider-Sense he reacted and dodged them, the ones he couldn't evade didn't hurt him and all the energy from the shots was absorbed by his vibranium suit.
And with ease Spider-Man jumped out the window, escaping without problems.
Stark and Maria Hill's group were surprised at that.
And they wondered where he had gotten that new suit.
But Stark wasted no time in chasing after him, until he was able to block his path.
The two looked at each other for a moment in silence.
"You should reconsider Spider, this won't get you into a good position, you know that right?" Stark said to him with a serious look.
"I know, but that doesn't matter to me anymore, the situations that have happened so far have made me understand that this has been nonsense" Spider-Man said.
His words cause Stark to raise his eyebrows.
"So you didn't know, huh? This morning my aunt and Mary Jane were almost killed by the Kingpin's people" Peter said in a flat tone of voice.
Tony feels his heart tremble at the disappointment in Spider-Man's tone of voice.
After all, even if he doesn't say it, he's proud to be some kind of mentor to this kid.
He is also surprised by what happened since he had not known about it, and is furious that the government does not take care of these things.
It seems that after this he will have a good conversation with Maria Hill.
"I didn't know, but don't worry, I'll take care of those idiots who didn't do a good job" Stark said to him with a softer tone of voice.
Beneath the mask, Peter flashes a small smile, as his mentor is not entirely lost.
"I know, that's why I always respected you, but this is my path and I've already decided that no matter what the future holds, I'll walk through it with my head held high" Spider-Man said calmly.
They remain silent for a few seconds, Stark sighs and calmly says:
"I guess I can't make you change your mind anymore, but if you want to leave here, you'll have to show me your resolve"
Finishing speaking, Iron Man fired a powerful energy blast from his chest at Spider-Man, who somersaulted to evade it.
Stabilizing, he fired two webs at Iron Man and sticking to Iron Man's suit, Spider-Man pulled him towards him and delivered a powerful kick to his chest.
That sent Iron Man crashing into a building.
Taking advantage of this, Spider-Man decided to escape using the buildings, quickly released his web and began to swing.
But at that moment a big hand opposed his escape, it was Yellowjacket.
Using the spider arms, he evaded him and jumped into a building and continued his escape.
He also noticed that several helicopters began to chase him.
If the situation continued like this, he couldn't get rid of them, so he decided to use the sewers.
As he got in, he began to increase his speed to escape.
Spider-Man did not encounter the Thunderbolts as Maria Hill was unable to track him, because his new personal AI removed their tracks and intervened tracking.
Thus, Spider-Man managed to escape and met the Punisher, who took him to Captain America's secret base.
After they accepted him, he decided to stay knowing that his aunt and Mary Jane would be safe until this matter was over.

At Present
After remembering what Peter had done yesterday, Alex sighed.
He knew that the affairs of the Civil War were about to culminate and there was only one thing left to avoid.
The death of Captain America.
He knew that with his death several people will be affected.
But the one who would suffer the most is Sharon Carter.
And he was going to prevent that.
