Sirens can be heard and a few men and women, wearing white and red emergency clothes, can be seen to rush into the dust cloud created by the two quirk fighters just now.

A boy no older than 17 can be seen standing on the crumply stone ground with heavy injuries all over his body, most of his ribs are broken and his eardrums got blasted away by his enemies' attack.

His enemy a boy with green hair was crawling slowly but surely towards the still standing white and red-haired boy.

*THUMP*

Todorokis's body slumped down hitting the cold stone floor beneath him.

Deku isn't in a better condition, his legs are broken in their entirety, after all, even whit his quirk falling such a height could still prove lethal.

He also destroyed his right arm with his 'own' quirk.

The only thing driving Deku to slowly make his way towards Todoroki is his unshaken will and determination, well our MC would say it's his left arm that's pushing him forward but that guy doesn't understand such noble things as determination.

The medics arrived just after Todoroki fell unconscious and used their first aid healing quirks on both boys.

The referee's only concern is who he should crown the winner but he can't make his mind up.

Satou watches as all of this is happening and decides to concentrate on something else, like his plans or the quirks he wants to study sometimes.

In the first place of this list would be Overhaul's quirk, just imagining the combination of Satou's alchemy and Overhaul's quirk compels Satou.

Anyways both Todoroki and Deku get transported back to the nursery after the referee declared Deku the winner because he was the last one conscious.

The second fight soon begins after Cementos repaired most of the fighting ring.

This battle will happen between Satou and Bakugo so the chances for a pure airborne battle to happen are quite large.

Both students step into the arena and as usual Present Mic announced the start.

"3!"

"THIS TIME I'LL SHOW JUST HOW MUCH SUPERIOR I'M TO YOU, YOU TRASH!"

"2!"

*Nods head*

"WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN YOU INCOMPETENT MUTE"

"1!"

A smile forms on Satou's face, one showing his ferociousness and battle-mongering side.

"Zero!"

"START!"

*BOOOM*

Bakugo uses his explosion to lunge forward into Satou's reach but his first attack gets parried easily by Satou who wasn't able to use his philosopher's stone till now.

'Fuck he knows'

Satou knew how much of a battle prodigy Bakugo was but this is still way too much. Bakugo could just guess one of my only weaknesses from seeing a few fights.

There's a delay between me using the philosopher's stone and the effect coming into place.

Basically, using a philosopher's stone to start a transmutation is something you need to do actively for about three to four seconds to get results, on the other hand drawing a transmutation circle with chalk and using tectonic energy to start the whole thing is an unstoppable process which will take place even if you kill the alchemist.

And now this asshole in front of me figured this out (only the first part about the 3-second delay and the necessity for concentration while doing it.)

*BOOOM*

Another explosion occurs in Bakugo's hand catapulting his fist into Satou's face.

*Thump*

Satou gets thrown away a few meters but before he's able to do anything Bakugo is in front of him again.

"HAAH WHAT DID I SAY YOU EXTRA! YOU'RE JUST A SIDE CHARACTER!"

'I'd love to see the look on your face if you see the truth hahaa'

A small chuckle escapes Satou's mouth agitating Bakugo even more.

He starts close-quarters combat with Satou, both using a wide arrange of kicks and punches to hurt each other.

Satou already tried to activate his alchemy dozens of times but whenever he was about to finish the transmutation Bakugo lunged at him resetting all of his work.

*Bamm!"

*Creak*

Another one of Bakugos jabs hits Satou this time breaking a rib.

For most people in the stadium, it seems like a fairly equal battle but that's only because Satou was able to land a few punches on Bakugo.

In actuality there was a wide gap between the two, for one Satou is really weak right now because his transformation is still on hindering many of his peak human muscles to work and setting his strength level to normal 15yo.

Bakugo has also an advantage because most of his attacks are at the superhuman level because of his quirk.

All in all, Satou will lose this fight if he doesn't activate his quirk right now.

*Booom*

Satou's eardrums finally shattered with this explosion and not only his ears got harmed, but all of his body was also wounded by the assault that followed the blast.

'F*ck I got arrogant, thinking I could topple every obstacle in my way easily, after fighting against pro heroes like All Might, Mirko and Endeavor.

GODDAMN EVERYTHING WAS JUST LUCK! So many ways I could've died right then and there, Mirko could've killed me instantly with that kick or it could've made me fall unconscious, resulting in my hostage All Might to be saved more easily.

Hell it could've failed just because All Mights gaurd was still up, I WAS TOO NAIVE, TOO PRIDEFUL!

It's the same now, I went into thus battle thinking I could defeat a mere early season 2 Bakugo with only body modification.

I thought I could destroy him with a lot of power to spare.
