Grabbing Heroic Spirits For Research

Next day, Mio and the girls went to Wilbert's "Grave" I have no reason to pay respects to a empty grave, so I am passing that.

I am currently laying down gems for a shield ritual on crack for the arrival of Gald and the Heroic Spirits they're bringing in, I am actually really curious about these guys since Chaos their ruler can take control of Heroic Spirits from Type-moon as well.

"Basara-sama why are we touring the city walls and what are those gems?"

"Those are gems for my ritual that will protect the city and we're getting prepared for the attack that's coming our way, it would be stupid to think Demon Lord's faction wouldn't hear about Mio."

"I see how can I help"

"Hmm here master the spells inside this book while I am setting my gems, it's a reinforcement magic and there are some earth attribute magic as well it should compliment your own magic."

"I will work on it right away, thank you very much Basara-sama."

"Also have this necklace, Master-servant contract is not reliable when finding each other" I say while giving her a necklace, my main body have already given them to my wives but to think I would use them this much.

Next day we woke up early the gems are set, I was going to use Banishing Shift gems like I had with Shiba and suck the enemies right away but figured it would be too much, which by the way Shiba should be dead by now...

Anyway even though I pissed off Ramusas he did listen to me and prepared his soldiers.

Once the first Heroic Spirit and Gald arrived I put the heroic spirit into my tiny pocket space where they're cut off from this reality in retaliation they summoned three more which I took as well.

The gems I placed started building a giant barrier that will protect the city, I basically took the fight outside of the city.

"See Mio just like I told you, so stop making that face it doesn't suit my little sister" I say while patting Mio's head, we're watching the whole deal from the castle while my clone is stealing the Heroic Spirits of course I am the only one who knows that.

"Well Mio is staying here Lars might just burst and try to kidnap her, on the other hand the rest is going out Gald has a fire dragon so fight accordingly." I say while sending the rest of the girls to fight they need opponents other than me to grow after all.

"You're not fighting Basara-sama" Poor Noel asks she got scared after I said Lars's name.

"Girls are strong enough to handle them, it would be overkill if I join the fight" I say as we watch the girls ripping a new one to Gald and Nerba, I should be able to nullify Master-servant contract of Nerba with Banishing Shift and let the moderate faction torture him for information.

Fight ended in about half an hour with girls taking turns to maximize their exp gains from this sudden event as if it was a video game.

I also went ahead and erased Nerba's contract, to his master he died but he's clearly alive.

"Basara-sama can erase Master-servant contracts?"

"Yeah I can, get this trash to wherever you guys torture for interrogation. How did the fight go?"

"We have some injured but no casualties also the barrier Basara-sama set up held up so city didn't sustain any damages."

"Well this is the best I can do, Stop sneaking around Lars just take him and go"

"I can't escape your senses huh well I won't ignore your kindness, Demon Lord Leohart wishes to handle this in a more civilized way you guys are invited to his castle" Saying his part Lars left with Gald(Or whatever remained of him) I knowingly let him in the barrier anyway.

"What are we going to do now Basara?" Mio asks.

"Dad's coming here let's wait for him" I say with a laid back expression totally ripping off dad.

Indeed Dad arrived and the first thing he did was pulling me to side it seems Afureia didn't hold back on the phone so I had to explain the whole reincarnation deal to dad as well.

"Well, you're still my brat it doesn't matter if you have other bodies" Dad says with a smile.

"I only have one other body and only the color scheme is different!" I can't help but say.

"Pass that I heard you have a little harem, no wonder you didn't touch your sisters, what a waste" Okay now he's just being mean.

"Oi!" Even with all these years on my back I can't survive a father's teasing.

"Well, now that the serious stuff is gone how did you attained dragon transformation?"

"Here blood of Infinite Dragon God, she's also my adopted daughter, her blood gives the power to adapt any other power source for some reason so I should be fine after I trigger my other two bloods" I throw the vial to dad who looks at it uninterested before drowning it.

"Damn that hit hard, share stuff like this son I will teach you how to handle ladies in return"

"By the way I heard about your training grounds from Hasegawa, can you access it from here as well?"

"Yeah how much time dilation you need dad?"

"Wait I thought it was limited"

"It's limited to what I set, life would be boring if I just shut myself for some years to train and comeback"

"Hahaha fine keep it as it is it's not like you're the one who needs training but I am going to beat you up a bit for not telling me this before"

So after Leohart challenged us we started to train, I opened another door to the training grounds and separated the space so dad and I can spare to our hearts content and damn without Kaleidoscope I can't beat this guy.

My current specs doesn't reach him if he goes all out, he even used his dragon transformation to "play around" but I can't say I didn't benefit from it.

Girls couldn't give me a good challenge during training since I am using gravity to limit myself and girls just don't want to hurt me on the other hand dad's going for a kill.

He even cut my limbs off after I said I can heal it. This guy is extreme... He taught me how to turn Banishing Shift into sword beams, I did everything but I wasn't able to do that I was so happy that I slammed sword beams all day.

I also "deepened our trust" with Zest which Yuki occasionally joined as well. I also inspected the heroic spirits I stole, they have a spiritual core in their hearts that houses the actual spirit of the hero, the bodies are like saint graphs but these guys are not in control.

The bodies are made to be controlled it honestly disgusted me, they trap the spirit inside the core where it's power gets harvested and used to power up the bodies weapons. In the end I set the Spirits free with the new spell I developed some even thanked me. I should have the girls learn it. It will be useful later.

I used the bodies armor to upgrade my own, Cortana devoured everything to upgrade her second body causing Durandal to be upgraded as if it needed any more upgrades.

After a training montage that would make Might Guy proud we were ready to face Leohart's group. Mio had semi full control over her gravity and mastered the spells I handed out, Maria accessed her own gravity magic but it's not that refined yet, Yuki got Sakuya to change colors meaning it got stronger in summary they all got power ups.

I was given medicine from Shella that's supposed to awaken my dormant demon power, I was supposed to have it before my match but I just drowned the whole thing and let my adapting power do it's thing.

I can now access it and merge it with my hero power, Durandal also got access to demonic attribute, it's two attributes clash each other creating a even more powerful attack (Yin-Yang deal)

Currently we're in front of Leohart who's rambling about something I couldn't care less, my focus is on Balflear he's a Chimera similar to Shiba I am not sure he's bad or not but he was allied with Shiba since he's dead I can't leave open ends.

So I stopped time put a Banishing Shift gem in his stomach set to go off after he runs from demon realm to go back to his human identity.

I am honestly not that worried about Albareos or Vatican after all Shiba is dead and Dad will take care of rest of his clones before going to divine realm.

With this guy dead there won't be any open ends left. While I was getting bored Belphegor entered the Throne room...
