Not your place
All 4 of them stand in the middle of the tunnel looking at each one, uneasiness feeling flood in, the other with an angry face and the rest felt slightly uneasy with the surroundings that become mellow.
"We are in the middle of the tunnel. Listen to me. This is where we have to say goodbye okay" said Karol.
"You crazy?! Karol, what are you talking about? What goodbye!" said Nat in a shocking tone that comes out as a scolding tone.
"No. Bitch better tell us what's wrong now" add Nic.
"I will tell you later but for now can you do me one favour? Just one. All of you. Promise me you'll listen to me without any question not until it's safe?" said Karol in a soft tone.
Karol looks at them with a soft facial expression, smile a little before giving them a little pout before her facial expression change into a strict one.
Three of them remain quiet while looking at each other and back at Karol.
"Promise me damn it! Quick! Seal the deal" said Karol in a strict tone as she holds her pinky fingers up to seal the deal like how a child will do towards each other.
"No! can we not do this," said Nic.
"I don't want to make a deal without knowing what's going on" add Nat in an angry tone.
"Neither do I, we need explanation Karol, tell us now," said Christine in a similar tone with Nat.
"If you girls curious and need explanation then pinky swear me now. I'm not playing, either we do this in a civil manner or the other way around? And you all know what I'll do if it's the other way around" said Karol.
Karol put up her pinky fingers towards the triplets indicate she wants the civil manner with them and not gonna take no for an answer, with a heavy sigh all 3 give in.
Karol's pinky with Christine and Christine's pinky with Nat and Nat's pinky with Nic and Nic's pinky back to Karol's pinky in a circle form means an absolute promise of them 4.
With a doubtful facial expression plaster at the triplets face, they said: "We promise".
With that, all 4 of them seal the deal and Karol smile softly while look at them satisfied with their act.
"Since we already promise each other now listen to me okay my aegies (babies)" said Karol to them as they nod their head.
"Go to the end of the tunnel, walk straight and if possible don't look back. I don't want to hear any single argue or protest from you 3. We already seal the deal and don't give me that attitude ladies. I know you have lots of question but I promise you'll after okay. Now go!" said Karol as she gently pushes Christine, Nat and Nic towards the exit right in front of them.
All 3 of them were wary about the whole situation but comply with Karol's demand. They walked towards the exit of the tunnel having mix feeling as they walk, they constantly look over their shoulders in a checking manner.
"It's okay, just continue walking towards the end, this place isn't for you ladies," said Karol as she waves at them.
"Come with us, Karol. This place isn't for you too" said Nat while waving her hand in a 'follow us' style.
"Not now. I can't follow you ladies" said Karol while smiling at them and waving goodbye.
Few more stride and all 3 of them will exit the tunnel which illuminates in a white blinding light. Their bodies automatically feel the soft pull towards the lights.
"Always remember, I love you 3 and never forget out crazy happy time together. Please tell our families that I love them and it was never anyone's fault. Please forgive and forget my families. Please always be happy" said Karol in a broken tone while smiling.
All 3 of them turn around at the same time looking at Karol who's smiling with teary eyes while waving at them.
At the exact moment they saw figures or shadows standing behind Karol and the most visible one was a male figure who's taller than her holding her left hand tightly in a soothing manner while smiling at her and look up towards Christine, Nat and Nic with a small nod.
"NO! KAROL WAIT!" scream Christine, Nat and Nic unison but was being dragged out from the tunnel into the blinding light and into the living word.
All 3 of them gasped loudly as if lacking oxygen, slightly involuntarily jerk forward, their body was trembling, cover with cold sweat while their pupil dilated furiously trying its best to adjust to the surroundings.
The first thing that greets them is the white ceiling and their tears that subconsciously falling without stopping.
All three of them trashing around roughly and brawl their eyes out at the same time as if they miss something badly at that moment and needed to cry their sorrow out because of them trashing roughly the doctors decided to give them anaesthesia to calm them down before they hurt themselves.
After a few minutes, passes and they finally calm down from their crying fit the doctors inside the room start to check their vitals and other necessity that needed to be done.
They were still a sobbing mess oblivious about their surrounding as their sobbing dies down to a whimper and an absolute silence apart from the beeping machines indicate that all three of them sleeping.
The families that were present there were lost of words to the situation including the doctors who tended them.
Lots of commotion being made on that afternoon at the VVIP floor at the left section of the private wing of the hospital that owes by them.
Everyone was quiet and stood there like a statue looking at the scene in front of them as if it was out from a scene in the film.
They wanted to cry but were too shocked at the situation that made them speechless. But that moment was momentary because it was broke by the doctor who tells them about their situation.
