As lunchtime arrived, Eden decided to visit the cafeteria before heading to his sister in the track and field club. Since he didn't require food to survive, he never brought lunch to school. Scanning the cafeteria, he noticed a lot of people, mostly women. Kaihin High School used to have a balanced male-to-female ratio, but then two things occurred. First, Kouh Girls Academy became co-ed, causing many first-year girls who would have attended the all-girls school to enroll at Kaihin instead. The major change came with a scandal that shut down another school Purott High The male students there were relocated to a newly built boys' school in Kouh, while the female students were meant to be transferred to the girls' school. However, due to its new co-ed status, they were also sent to Kaihin. Additionally, many of the more troublesome boys from Kaihin were expelled to the new boys' school, Haremusnashi Academy. This resulted in the current situation where Eden had numerous choices for where to sit to fulfill his 'quest.' Despite considering turning on maximum allure just to see what would happen, he managed to restrain himself.

Using his {Golden Opportunity} spell, the first fate magic he ever created, he identified missed opportunities around him. Observing the cafeteria, he noticed that one of the tables towards the back was glowing gold. As he headed there, he saw three girls seated. The leader of the group had dyed short blonde hair. Another girl had smaller stature and white twin ponytails, while the last one had dark purple hair flowing down her waist. Each possessed their own attractive qualities.

"Can I sit here?" he asked, taking a seat next to the girl with purple hair. The three girls looked at him, their faces slightly flushed.

"Oh, what's that? Can I have some?" he inquired, spotting bite-sized hotdogs on the table, his favorite.

"Sure, did you just transfer here?" the white-haired girl asked, her gaze on him.

"No, I just don't show up much. You know, school can be so boring sometimes," he replied.

"That's true," the blonde chimed in, smoothly incorporating him into their conversation. "What were you girls talking about?" he asked, diving into the discussion even if he didn't quite grasp the subject. He aimed to be engaged and attentive.

"Eden, do you have an Instalife account?" Reina Hamazaki, the leader with blonde hair, asked.

"No, what is that?" Eden responded. After conversing with them, he learned that the other two girls were Ruri Kurumizaka with white hair and Yukina Sasaki. All three of them looked surprised.

"I barely ever use my Line account, so what is Instalife?" Eden inquired.

"I'll just show you," Yukina said, taking out her phone to open the app. "It's an app for showcasing yourself and your cool life."

"It's only 'cause I've got more followers than you," Yukina retorted, playfully jabbing at Reina.

"So, you take pictures and post them here, and people can like and comment on them," Eden explained.

"Basically," Ruri chimed in.

"That's seems fun." Eden took out his phone and started downloading the app.

"So, what do you guys do together? Is it all karaoke all the time for you, like in all the manga?" Eden asked.

"I wish," Reina replied. "It's tough to find cool places to hang out without spending money or getting approached by creepy guys."

"If you ever want to, you can hang out at one of my places I don't use," Eden offered.

"Are you rich or something?" Reina inquired.

"Didn't I tell you my full name is Eden Tsubakihara?"

"You're related to the Golden Flowers twins," Ruri blurted out.

"Is that their nickname or something?"

"Yeah, I mean, your mom owns the world's largest gold company, and they're both blonde, so it kind of makes sense."

"Yeah, I have some apartments under my mom's name that I can use. How about we hang out there this weekend, and you teach me all about this stuff Instalife?"

"That sounds great." After getting approval from Reina and the others, Eden obtained their phone numbers and joined their LINE group. After bidding a lengthy goodbye and saying he'd see them tomorrow, he tried to blend into the crowd using Classmate A.
