[System Alert: The Celestial 'Avaricious Hunters' grunts and asks if the 'Tempest King' is threatening them too.]

[System Alert: The Celestial 'Smiling Buddha' bursts into laughter and says there is only one 'Tempest King' who can challenge the Celestials like this.]

[System Alert: An Unknown Star observes the new figure with a look of interest.]

[System Alert: Administrative Head 'Roel' has stated that the Observer 'Zion' was already under Administrators' Bureau and the 'Echelon's <Special Watch List> for some time due to some reasons, which was previously not known to the Other Administrators.]

[System Alert: The Celestials are in shock after hearing about the <Special Watch List> of the 'Echelon'.]

[System Alert: Many are discussing.]

[System Alert: Some Unknown Stars have joined the A53 Channel, seeing there something good is going on.]

Seeing the messages in the Communication Channel, Nehar became speechless. Others at this time may have no idea about the <Special Watch List> or 'Echelon', but Nehar knew those terms and the power associated with them very well.

The 'Echelon' was the Governing and Overseeing body of the Tutorial Phase, which held the Highest Authority in deciding any matters related to it.

The Whole body was divided into three; the Lower Seats, the Middle Seats, and the Upper Seats.

While the Lower Seats had the power to propose something new, like Events and others about the Tutorial Phases, the Middle Seats held the Absolute Power to form and enforce various Laws regarding the Tutorial Phase.

The Upper Seats consisted of only Three people, who were popularly known as the 'Overseeing Seat' (Central), the 'Commanding Seat' (Right), and the 'Enforcer Seat' (Left), who held the Supreme Authority over any matters regarding the Tutorial.

The most powerful Entity in the Tutorial, the 'Overseeing Seat' has the <Special Rights> to move against anyone and stop any proposal from being passed in the 'Echelon'.

Although it was not known to the current people, the Administrators' Bureau's Head, Roel was a member of the 'Echelon' in the Lower Seats.

Thus, he had enough power to back him against the Celestials and Stars.

It was no surprise to Nehar when 'Roel' subtly threatened those Celestials and Stars with the terms of consequences, as he knew the 'Echelon' was far more powerful than those Celestials and Stars, who were currently throwing a tantrum.

The only fact of the matter was, that the 'Echelon' was quite secretive in their operations and even their members had never disclosed their identities openly to anyone.

Everyone knew about the 'Echelon', but they didn't have any idea who were the members of this Secretive and Most Powerful Organization in the Tutorial.

Similarly, Roel had never mentioned to anyone that he was a former member of the 'Echelon', until he went to fight the final battle for the Middle Heavens. 

Everyone, including Nehar, was shocked beyond belief when Roel mentioned that he was a member of the Lower Seats at first and then climbed to the Middle Seats in the Echelon.

This is the reason Nehar was so baffled when Roel directly mentioned the 'Echelon' openly in the Communication Channel.

'Wasn't it supposed to be a secretive matter?'

'And what is this new information? This is something that even I've no idea about. 

That Observer Zion was already under the Administrators' Bureau and the Echelon's <Special Watch List> for some time?

Did it happen in the past too? Or my comeback to this timeline has started making some changes that I'm not even aware of at this point?

If Zion was already under the <Special Watch List> of the Echelon in the past, then why didn't they pursue him when he changed sides and defected to the Evil Faction before 'The Second Great War'? There was no way he would be able to escape if those people at the 'Governing Seats' (Upper Seats) decided to pursue him. Then...How?'

Nehar couldn't even understand what was happening now. 

Even in the past, when Roel was the Supreme Commander of the Heaven's Army, he had never mentioned something like this that an Observer, who had defected to the 'Evil Side' was actually under the <Special Watch List> of the Bureau and the 'Echelon'.

Even when he mentioned that he was a member of the Lower Seats in the 'Echelon' and climbed higher due to his exemplary service, he had never mentioned this <Special Watch List>.

'Did some events really change due to my comeback at this time?'

Nehar started contemplating silently.

While these events were happening in the Region C, the other Regions were in uproar.

Although, the Tutorial Phase still hadn't started in Region C, but in other Regions, it had already started and going over for more than 20-25 minutes.

The Participants there were madly fighting with the Zombies, to save themselves from getting bitten and becoming a new addition to their Horde.

Though, not everyone was fighting for their lives like there was no tomorrow...some of them were fighting to become more powerful than before.

A certain person among those people was quite eye-catching, just like Nehar.

He was continuously swinging his sword and cutting off those tenacious Zombies one after another.

Not only his attacks were powerful, but they were inhumanely precise. 

'Huh, these guys are quite tough...I've had to chop them off at least three to four times just to finish a single one...It seems my current <Strength > is not sufficient to kill them in one strike even after leveling up twice and adding everything into <Strength > and <Constitution > Stats.

But, let's leave that matter aside for now...What the hell is actually happening in the Communication Channel?

Why those Higher Beings are leaving our Channel and going to some A53 Channel?

Is there someone more outstanding than me?'

The bulky man, dressed in the Inferior rank leather robe and armors of a Swordsman, asked himself in disbelief. 

He checked his current Level and shook his head in resignation.

'Nah, that would be impossible. I've just reached Level 2 and that too just within 25 minutes starting from Level 0 by killing and hacking over at least 30 zombies, which is the highest level in this whole Region...No, I'm sure that it's the highest level in the whole Tutorial right now.

After all, no one had the pre-guidance to fight these Zombies like me.

That being helped me quite a lot by giving me some guidance and information about these Tutorials...though I've no idea what he will ask in return, but it's fine. 

Right now, I've to become more powerful than anyone and obtain the first rank in the World Rankings.

Only after achieving that position, I will request for a blessing from that being....just when these Lackeys will release the Rankings of the Tutorial?'

The man swung his sword vertically to cut down the rotting arm of a zombie that was trying to scratch him using its claws.

With a clean strike, he cut off the arm and kicked the zombie in the belly to throw it back, thus making a gap between them.

He looked around and saw some other men, who were being eaten by a group of those rotten garbages.

He shook his head and muttered in disbelief, "How come these guys are so weak and terrified? Are all people from the planet Edoria same as them? Well, there are many like them in Cerulean too...if I hadn't received the Guidance from that being, probably I would've been in a pickle too by now..."

[System Alert: Some curious Celestials are leaving Channel A66 and joining Channel A53 to get an idea of what is happening there.]

[System Alert: Some Stars are also tempted to leave and watch the commotion there.]

[System Alert: An anonymous Star has informed the others that something big has happened in Region C and they're now discussing those matters in Channel A53.]

[System Alert: The anonymous Star says that the Administrators' Bureau's Head, 'Tempest King' Roel has appeared in the Channel A53.]

[System Alert: Quite a few Celestials are curious about the sudden appearance of the 'Tempest King' there.]

[System Alert: Many Celestials are leaving Channel A66.]

[System Alert: Two Stars have also left Channel A66, saying nothing exciting is going on in this Channel other than that guy who is hacking those zombies like a madman.]

[System Alert: An Unknown Star says that his efforts are quite good but still it pales in comparison to what is happening in Region C and Channel A53.]

[System Alert: The Unknown Star leaves.]

[System Alert: As many Celestials and Stars have left Region P's associated Channel A66, the Wardings against The Evils have become weaker.]

[System Alert: The zombies in this Region will be more aggressive for the next 3 hours. Please, beware of their powerful attacks !!]

"Arghh....what the hell?"

"How come these rotten bastards have suddenly become more powerful than before?"

"They are not as powerful as before, they have just become more aggressive...."

"Come on, just watch the System Warnings....those higher beings left this Channel and this is probably the penalty..."

"What the Fuckkk? Why we're having a penalty just because they left?"

"I don't know....probably we bored them and they are penalizing us?"

"Fuckkk, how is that our fault?"

"Fuck this shit...I want to go back Home seriously...."

People shouted and screamed again and again...some fought, some started running away...some died, some were turned into the new members of the Horde.

Within minutes, the whole place suddenly became chaotic.

The man who was looking at the System messages in the Communication Channel from time to time while hacking down those zombies, was left stunned after seeing this recent development.

'Administrators' Bureau's Head? Tempest King Roel? Why did he suddenly appear in the Channel associated with the Region C and not here?

And did that Unknown Star say my efforts are good but nothing in comparison to what's happening there?'

'Those fuckers just left and the System is penalizing us? What kind of Underhanded Justice System is that?'

When he was still stunned and cursing those bastards who just left, another System notification popped up in front of his eyes.

[System Alert: The Celestial 'Vengeful Serpent' advises you to keep your cool.]

"Keep my head cool? Those beings just left and the System directly penalized us. Even though I don't care for others, it's indeed true that the difficulty for me has also increased suddenly." 

The man replied with angry grunts while stabbing two zombies repeatedly who were trying to bite and scratch him at the same time.

"Fuck these guys....", he kicked one in the leg and slammed his bulky body into another one to push it back.

[System Alert: The Celestial 'Vengeful Serpent' says not everything will always be under your control.]

[System Alert: The Celestial advises to you adapt more to the changing situations, like another Participant whom they have started to like.]

"Another Participant? Who are you even talking about respected Celestial? I'm sure there can be no one in the Tutorial who will be more powerful than me. I've grown much faster than anyone else within last 30 minutes."

[System Alert: The Celestial shook their heads and says being arrogant is good in the Path of Power, but it can become catastrophic when you don't know about everything.]

[System Alert: The Celestial further adds, that Participant is far more powerful than your current self and that he had already completed an Emergency Quest given by the System even before the start of the Tutorial.]

"Someone had completed an Emergency Quest given by the System even before the start of the Tutorial?

But, respected Celestial, didn't you tell me Emergency Quests are quite challenging and have a very short time limit? Then how can someone...Well shit, can you inform me about his Emergency Quest?"

[System Alert: The Celestial nods their heads in satisfaction seeing that you've started to think rationally once more.]

[System Alert: The Celestial answers that it was a Quest about killing 113 people within 15 minutes while he was still at Level 0, along with his two partners.]

The man gulped after seeing the message appearing in front of his eyes.

He still asked, "And what was the final result?"

[System Alert: The Celestial states he alone killed 110 opponents while his companions took care of the rest.]

[System Alert: The Celestial 'Vengeful Serpent' asks you if you still think that you are the most powerful among all the Participants.]

The bulky man had no words to reply.

He just swung his sword and used his body to slam into the back of the zombies to kill and separate them from groups, to hunt them more efficiently.

While killing zombies, he contemplated silently.

'Someone has killed over 100 participants even before the start of the Tutorial...is that even possible? 

Is he really a human?'

[System Alert: The Celestial understands your thoughts and says the person is indeed a human, just like you...albeit more fit and experienced in practical combat.]

'More fit and experienced in practical combat? Then what about his Level? His Skills? 

Are they also a tier above me?

How come such a person like this appeared in the Tutorial? 

Is he also receiving the 'Guidance' from some Higher Being like me?

Otherwise, it would've been impossible to become such powerful where even the being that's assisting me, is also interested in him....'

'Wait, don't tell me all those Higher Beings were leaving this Channel to observe him?'

"Can you tell me from which Region he is participating?"

[System Alert: The Celestial 'Vengeful Serpent' chuckles and says that they understand your concerns.]

[System Alert: The Celestial says he is from Region C and the associated Channel to that Region is Channel A53, which is currently a hot topic among all Celestials.]

After listening, the bulky man calmly responded while smashing a zombie's head with the back of his sword, "So, he is a monster from Region C. I will meet him when these Regional Tutorials are finally over."

[System Alert: The Celestial 'Vengeful Serpent' bursts into laughter as they say it will be quite an epic spectacle when you two finally meet.]

The man didn't respond verbally as he gripped his sword more tightly and threw himself amid the zombies...to kill them and become more powerful.

Right now, he had a clear goal before him.
