Meeting the Quileute Pack and Leah

The next day Rosie and I decide to walk around the worksite of our in progress house. It is right by the border of the Quileute tribe territory by the small river that acts as the border.

After a quick walk around the worksite Rosie and I agree that everything is coming along nicely and on schedule.

"Wanna visit the dinner in town? I have heard their hamburgers are delicious! I've never been able to try them though so I'm curious to try them for myself." Rosalie says while holding my hand.

".." I was about to agree and paused. I can feel someone watching me. I can feel bloodlust pointed at my mate and I. Gotta say that pisses me right the fuck off. I spin quickly looking at the source.

There on the other side of the river. 4 big wolves. They just stare and I can hear them growl from here. I inspect them one by one. The big black one is obviously Sam. There's 2 brownish red ones so Paul and Jared. The grey one though. When our eyes meet it's like I grew a second heart that only beats for this girl. 'Leah' I think and I can tell by her confused look and agitated movements that she imprinted on me too. I watch as the rest of the small pack turn to look at her in what almost seems like disgust and anger. Sam starts making his way towards her.

"Rose stay here. I'm sorry, but I think I just found another of the mates Alice was talking about." I say briefly before I bend my knees and jump over the river to land right in front of Sam, between him and Leah.

"Stand down boy! That is my mate you threaten! Another step and you'll learn what true pain is!!" I shout letting my eyes change into that signifying me being a hybrid and letting my alpha's aura run through the poor wolves that were not prepared for the onslaught.

The pressure made them revert into their human forms and they dash for bushes to clothe themselves. "How barbaric." I say before casting an enchantment that will make it so their clothes wont shred when they change.

They come back out wearing shorts and Leah is wearing a white tank top. "Y-you're a cold one! How can you do what an alpha does?" Leah asks warily, and Sam waits my answer still shaken from my display of raw power.

"Because 'sister', Adrian is the world's first hybrid vampire-werewolf. Also he's the worlds first werewolf so he is the alpha of alphas. He is your mate as well as mine." Rosalie answers for me still on the other side of the river letting her eyes go orange signalling that she is of my kind and also compared to these pups she would be considered an alpha from being sired by me.

"My mate.. and yours?" Leah asks almost incredulously receiving only a nod in reply from the beautiful blonde across the river.

"If this is true then you need to come before the council and declare yourself. This changes everything we know." Sam says trying to regain his sense of pride at being so easily shaken by both Adrian and this blonde across the river who he knows was a cold one not too long ago.

"In my own time boy! I do not care to be ordered around by a pup and your council will wait until I'm ready to see them!" I tell him authoritatively and he just nods fear in his eyes. "Until then, what of you?" I ask looking at Leah.

"Leah, my name is Leah Clearwater of the Quileute tribe. And what do you mean what of me?" Leah asks.

"I mean do you wish to know me or foolishly try to ignore the imprint?" I ask holding out my hand for her to take. It's completely up to her but she has to decide when she is ready. I say when instead of if because there is no ignoring the bond. Eventually it would tear her apart trying to go against it. I watch her briefly try to fight it before sighing.

"I'll go with you. May I say goodbye to my family?" She asks with a sadness.

"Do you think I'm going to devouring you Leah? hahahah. Don't be ridiculous, no you can't say goodbye to your family! You're going to be across the river, not dying!" I say with a laugh and really just a belly laugh almost uncontrollable.

"You wont keep me from them?" Leah asks in surprise.

"Adrian, maybe you should straighten things out with the tribe to put the girls thoughts at ease, I'll just meet you back at th-" Rosalie says with a chuckle before I interrupt her.

"No you wont. Jump over here!" I tell her and she just chuckles before jumping and landing right beside me. "You're my mate too ya know? Where I go you go and where you go I go just like with Leah here." I say as pull her under an arm and hold out my other arm for Leah to duck into. She hesitantly does so and when we touch it's almost like a missing part of just comes back to life. Looking down at her I can tell she just got the same sensation from the blush and the huge grin that's plastered on her face as compared to the fearful brave face she forced herself to wear moments ago.

"It's nice isn't it? We have much to talk about sister! My name is Rosalie by the way, but you can call me Rosie like my family and Adrian does." Rosie says cheerfully, all her reservations about sharing me have lessened considerably by the look in her eyes. "So stud, what's it like having 2 mate bonds?" She asks curiously.

I just look at her then Leah and I can tell she's curious as well. "Hhmm, it's very difficult to describe if I'm honest. Are you familiar with the cliche phrase 'I love you with all my heart'?" I ask and the both nod. "Well it feels like that but instead of halving the heart for 2 people, it's like I grew another 'heart' to love with. That's not quite right.."

Sensing my frustration the girls chuckle before Rosalie looks at Leah. "Leah I have a question." Leah just turns her head to Rosie in response. "If you could, if you had the ability to imprint on me as well since we have to share Adrian would you?" Rosie asks and I know where she's going with this and just smile and await Leah's answer.

"If you would have asked that 30 minutes ago I would have laughed in your face. But I can almost feel the bond between you 2 as well so in answer to your question. Since we are bound to share Adrian it would probably make me more comfortable with the idea if I was also bonded to you as well." She says thoughtfully. " Why do y-"

She was interrupted when she looked again into Rosie's eyes. When she said she'd be more comfortable with it I went ahead and created the bond and right now they're going through the imprint. It's not as strong as it is with me but their bond is now solidified. "Leah.. This is amazing.. I see why he couldn't describe this well it's so mind boggling." Rosalie says pulling the girl into a hug.

"Agreed! We shall never be apart my loves." I say looking to Leah for her input.

"You two couldn't get rid of me if you wanted to now! I didn't know I could hold so much love in my body" Leah says gazing at us both lovingly.

Sam and the others just started at us like we were on crack and I'd snap and kill them any second if they breathed the wrong way. And I just might if they ever even think to treat Leah differently now that she is imprinted to a "cold one" which honestly that term just makes me want a beer. Maybe when we're done at the rez I'll take the girls and get some diner and some beers.
