Chapter 7: Twin Amazoness (Part 2)

Currently I'm in quite a panic as the two amazons have just passed out, one from potentially blood loss the other probably mental fatigue from nearly losing her sister.

As I sigh in resignation, I pick up the two passed out amazons.

'Huh, I hope they don't start accusing me of being a pervert for helping them.'

[They most likely won't. Why would you think they would]

'My previous world was a confusing place…' I reminisce

'If you looked at a girl you're a sex offender. If you don't look at a girl you're an entitled bitch or gay. If you try to help a girl you're again a sex offender. If you're just minding your own business not doing anything, a girl will just come up to you and start screaming in your face. Some women in my last life sucked. It was also the reason I stopped going to the gym.' I recounted, as the image of countless women came up to me with their phones, saying random shit about me, just so they could feel slightly important on social media.

[Sounds tough.] Uriel comforted me

However, it taught me some words of power… 'Why would I be looking at you, you're so fat.' It usually either ends really good or really bad, but I like my chances.

[Well they won't do that, phones don't even exist in this world.]

'Thanks, Uriel.'

Soon another question popped into my head.

'Why are they so light, was I really that strong or have they not been eating?' I questioned, as I could not feel any weight whatsoever.

'Oh, that explains it.' I realized, only for another question to appear.

'It wasn't permanent, right? When does it run out?' I asked.

[2 seconds…] Uriel answered.

'What?' I asked, only to be assaulted by the weight of two people on each shoulder, causing me to trip over and land on my face.

Slowly I got up and dusted myself off.

'Uriel, Why didn't you tell me about that earlier!' I asked angrily.

''Sigh…'' I sighed, as I slowly tried to pick up the two passed out amazonians.

Finally reaching home, I placed them on my bed and contemplated how to heal them.

'Uriel, got any ideas?'

Following Uriel's instructions I proceeded to apply my template, which I had not used in a while.

'Uriel, now that I think about it, when will I get my next template?' I asked a burning question, as I checked the wounds.

'strenuous circumstances?' I repeated, confused, as I filled a bucket full of water and found some clean cloth.

[Certain templates can be obtained during a certain event or when desperately needed. Some may even appear performing a similar feat to the individual who's template it pertains to.] Uriel clarified.

'Than shouldn't I just do that?' I asked as I cleaned the wounds of the amazons and looked for a herd stick or rod to use for a slink.

[It is recommended not to as; right now it's more important to train, strenuous circumstance usually involve getting close to death, you are not aware what the criteria or feat required to obtain the template, Usually the templates are major feats that are near impossible for normal people to even think about trying.]

'Oh so it's like a wild goose chase, huh.' I realized, as I fastened a rod to Tiona's mangled leg and wrapped it with cloth, to give it some support.

After treating the rest of her wounds, by creating an anti-infection ointment out of berries and leaves I had accumulated in case of emergence over the years, I bandaged her up and moved on to Tione.

Looking at Tione's injuries, I realized they were more severe than I had thought. Luckily the large wounds on her arm had stopped bleeding and the other scratches on bite marks had already started to heal covered up by new tissue.

'Is this because she's an adventurer or because she's an amazoness?' I ponder.

[A combination of both, due to her physical ability being above a normal human as an amazoness and being a level 2 adventurer.]

'That sounds useful.' I thought, a bit jealous, as I treated the wounds and gauzed the mangled arm.

As I finished treating them, I thought it'd be best to let them get some rest, so I left as I went to make some extra food.

I smiled as I looked at the rewards. Tightly gripping my hand in a fist, from the excitement of finally getting my second template.

With a slight surprised look on my face, I finally recognized the template by his skill set and world he was from.

'He's the handsome sword smith, who made Tanjiro's 'Nichirin sword'! The guy under that weird mask!' I exclaimed.

'Hmm, it's helpful that I got a new template, but I don't have the resources right now to evolve my blacksmith skills.' I sighed, dejectedly.

Surprised at her statement I wanted to check to new mission, but calmed my self and check my new title.

I stood gob smacked by the usefulness of this title. Without hesitation I toggled on [Aura of Nobility] and [Aura of the Knight]. The first was useful for keeping up appearances and communicating on common ground with people, the other was basically a bluff, something I may need to use due to [Knight of Justice]. Something I wasn't expecting was my title to be evolvable, since it was the first time I got an evolvable title.

I shook my head and then moved on to the next action.

'Uriel, show me my next mission.'

Info: A knight does not leave a job unfinished. After nursing the two amazonian sisters to health, return them to their Familia and hunt down each of the scattered serpent wolves before they once again repopulate, by using their magic stones.

Note* Serpent wolves can currently be spotted in groups of max 4 wolves.

My mouth practically salivated as I looked at the rewards for the second part of the quest.

Shaking my head I focused on making the food in front of me, as I prioritized the twins safety over anything else right now. Based on the requirements of the mission I don't have to actually nurse them as the information section says, rather I just needed to return them. However I wanted to make sure the twins were safe first as I'd rather not take the chances of their wounds opening up and causing them long term injuries. It may be a good idea keeping them here for a week or two to get them back in top shape.

After finishing my planning I went off to bring the twins food. I'd rather be there with food and water ready for them, rather than waking up in panic after that near death experience.

As I walked into the room with two plates in my hand I was welcomed by a welcomed surprise. A small amazoness with short messy shoulder length hair, sat up in bed with her lower body still submerged in the sheets. She supported herself with one hand, while the other bandaged covered arm rubbed her eyes as she groggily opened her mouth wide about to yawn. With an air of innocence (which is rare among amazonians) and a slightly grouchy face that could even give Garfield a run for his money, she let out a cute and high pitched yawn.

''Yawnnn~~''

The sight was honestly quite cute, so much so that seeing it instantly put a small smile on my face. Not wanting to disturb her I quietly stood their waiting for her to notice me as I watched her adorable antics.

Without noticing me she groggily looked out the windows, with a sleepy yet happy smile on her face as if remembering some happy dream or memory. After another second she slowly got her feet out of the sheets still not paying attention to her surroundings. Sitting on her legs she fell in and out of sleep, soon she bent forward and stuck her hands out. Then doing something I wasn't expecting, she moved her bottom back and curved her spine downwards, resembling a cat as she softly hummed in bliss. As she stretched like a cat with a blissful smile on her face, her joints softly popped, only making her smile more blissful. I could vaguely imagine fuzzy cat ears and tail as I looked at her funny stretching pose.

''hmm~''

No longer being able to hold myself back, a soft muffled laugh escaped my lips as my shoulders slightly shook. The soft snicker which should have been drowned by the blissful 'hmm~'s quickly jolted the young amazonian awake.

As her eyes opened she frantically looked around not recognizing the room, with furrowed brows she turned to the source of the soft snickering. Turning to the source she was met with a boy who looked slightly older than her, with pure white hair tipped in pale-blue and deep purple eyes hinted with a crimson red gradient. He wore a simple buttoned up dress shirt, light brown pants, and a flower-like accessory behind his ears. With a noble aura in his movements, making him resemble a prince. He simply stared into her eyes as she slowly sank into them as his gentle smile layed unchanged on his lips. Quickly, she snapped out of it as her eyes widened, recognizing the man in front of her and remembering what transpired the day before.

She opened her mouth to speak but no words came out as she continued to stare as her mouth dumbly hung open. Seeing this the boy adopted an amused smile as his eyes turned slightly mischiefs as his eyes seemed to become slightly brighter, with a tint of blue sneaking in. Opening his mouth he spoke.

''Finally awake, sleepy head?'' He said in an amused and slightly mischievous tone.

The girl hearing his words finally seemed to snape out of it as her face began to turn a crimson red as she passed out once again. Not seeing her sister who had just woken up and seen everything with a smug on her face.

The boy seeing her pass out once again, in a manner similar to the first, panicked not expecting this outcome. Unaware of the fact that he had unknowingly 'seduced' the young amazoness with his overwhelming charm and face of a certain Incubus/legendary dick wizard.

As the younger sister passed out, the older sister's gaze moved to the surprised boy as her cheeks also slightly tinted red. She closed her eyes and pretended to go back to sleep, as she secretly watched the boy stupidly check her sister's bandages for possible wounds reopening, through one open eyes, and using all her self control to not become flustered at the boy's previous charm. Unknown to either the boy or the girl herself (maybe.) she had already fallen hopelessly in love and her amazoness instincts were already craving the strong warrior she had seen scare off a pack of monsters. Also unbeknownst to either of the amazonians the boy wasn't actually that strong yet, but he would far surpass it in the future.

As the boy had finished checking the bandages and even reapplying some, he was unaware of the older amazonian who had actually fallen back asleep as her mind succumbed to the fatigue from the previous fight still lingering in her mind and on her body.
