Chapter 44

"Wake up sleepyhead"

Alex woke up for the second time that day with Keith beside him. He woke up with Keith's arms as his pillow and the Alpha is smiling sweetly at him as soon as he woke up. He didn't know when Keith joined him in the bed but he likes the idea of waking up with the Alpha beside him, like it's the most normal thing in the world. He squeezed himself closer to Keith until he can hear the Alpha's heartbeat. It was beating so fast and so loud, though he's not sure if it was his own heartbeat he was hearing, all he knows is that he likes it.

"Did you had a good sleep?" Keith asked as he softly run his fingers through Alex's hair. He used to hate guys with long hair but with Alex he suprisingly love it. "By the way, I have done the arrangements for today and you just have to make sure you come okay? Don't ran away from me again." He could not believe they are really going to be married soon, well that is if Alex did not change his mind because if the Omega does he might not be able to say no.

"Will I be a husband or a wife?" Alex asked curiously.

"Hmmm whichever you prefer. I can be your wife too if you want." Keith replied making Alex giggled.

"Nah! You don't fit the role." Alex shakes his head as he imagined coming home with Keith welcoming him on an apron. He looks cute but it's just doesn't suit the Alpha. "Will I take your name or will you take mine?" There's so much he wanted to know, afterall they are not the usual pair of married couple. "Nevermind, the world will hate me if you take my name." Alex said before Keith could even answer.

"I don't care about the name or even what the world thinks, what important is what you want. I'm okay with anything as long as you marry me." Keith pinched Alex's nose as he find the Omega too adorable. He really meant what he said though, he can be successful without his family background so it doesn't really matter to him though his mother might revolt.

"I think I'm okay to be your wife even though I'm a guy and also I think it should be okay to take your name too. I just hope your hordes of fans will not hate me for taking you away from them." Alex suddenly thought of Vera, he wonder what the Beta woman would say if she learned about their marriage. He giggled at the thought of telling Vera he has the right to bring a cup of coffee to his husband if he wants to, though he probably couldn't say it.

"You know it doesn't really matter what we will be, what's important is we're getting married and we will be together from now on. Don't mind those fans or whatever you call them, you did not take me away from them. I was never theirs to begin with." Keith replied as he doesn't want Alex to be anxious even after they got married. "Are you afraid of them? I'll surround you with hundreds of bodyguards, I won't let anyone harm you."

"Haha I didn't know you can be this cheesy. I want to cringe but I love hearing it so I'll forgive you." Alex giggled, he's been too happy since he woke up today. "And don't worry I'm not afraid of them, besides Matty is far scarier than any of your fans." Alex stated matter of factly.

"Is your brother that scary?" Alex has been talking about how scared he is to tell his brother about them. Somehow he already build an image of a bulky guy with a scary face. He's not sure though if the guy is an Alpha or an Omega like Alex.

"Hmmm Matty is the gentle kind of scary. My brother has protected and cherish me all my life that I'm afraid to disappoint him. If I struggle talking to mom about us, it would be ten times that with Matt." Alex smiled affectionately as he thought of his brother. "My brother was the definition of a hero for me. My mother told me that she once had a miscarriage and she lost her baby which would have been our baby brother, she lost it because there were not enough doctors who specialized in Omega's pregnancy and because of this Matt decided to become a doctor. He said that he don't want that to happen to me in the future, that if there would come a time I would get pregnant myself he would ensure that me and my baby would be safe. My brother build his dream over me and my mom and I admire him so much because of that." Alex's face has now been filled with tears as he thought of his brother's sacrifices for him. "T..this is w..why I.. I'm s.scared to talk to Matty.. b..cause he will be disappointed in me and I.. d..don't want Matty to hate me." Alex continued in between his sobs.

Keith hugs Alex close to him as he let the Omega cry his heart out. He finally understood what's bothering his Omega all this time. He haven't met the guy but he's already thankful. "Hey Alex will your brother hate me?" Keith suddenly asked.

"Yeah he'll probably hate you for taking his baby brother without his permission. I wouldn't be surprised if he would forbid you to see me." Alex stated with conviction as he dry his tears with his palm because Matty will definitely do that. He's already dreading the day his brother would find out. Hell, Matt might even lock him up in their house.

"He couldn't do that once we're married right?" Keith asked incredulously. There is no way Alex's brother could forbid him to be with his wife.

"Believe me he would. Do you know what my mother calls my brother?" Alex asked, when Keith just raised his eyebrows in response, he continued. "Matty is the final boss."

Keith could not tell if Alex is just teasing him or what but before he could pry some more they heard a knock.

"Keith, Martin has arrived together with Alex's friend. Martin also said the judge is on his way." Sebastian said behind the closed door.

"Can you please bring Dan to this room?" Alex pleaded.

"Sure. I'll ask Sebastian to bring you food as well. Eat first and just rest here. I'll ask for you once everything is ready." Keith gave Alex a kiss before getting out of bed to talk to Martin leaving Alex to hug his pillow after he left.

It didn't take long before Alex heard another knock and Dan came inside of the room.

"What the hell Alex, I was so worried when you didn't come home last night and then Martin just told me you're getting married today. Are you seriously doing this? Have you gone insane? Matt will seriously kill me for knowing about this and not stopping you." Dan ranted as soon as he came inside the room. He was too mad to notice how luxurious is the room they are in.

"I'm sorry for last night. I.. ahmm I was a bit preoccupied." Alex fidget as he recalled what they did last night.

"Did the president forced you to do this? You can still stop this, not that I am saying it's wrong for you guys to get married yoh are bonded after all, but at least tell your family about this." Dan reasoned out to his friend.

"Ahmm.. I.. honestly.. ahmm.. actually I was the one who ask Keith to get married." Alex blurted out shyly much to Dan's chagrin.
