Chapter 45

"Jules!!! Julian!! Open this door!"

Jules groaned as he woke up from his mom knocking loudly on his bedroom door. He wants to sleep some more, he barely slept a wink. He woke up in the middle of the night because of a nightmare.

He dreamed that he was standing in front of the altar seemingly waiting for his bride. He was smiling brightly to a bride with no face. When the priest ask if anyone is against their wedding. Then suddenly Timmy screams "I object! Stop the wedding!" and then grab him and ran. He finds it astonishing that he was smiling as they ran towards the church door.

Then Timmy suddenly stop running. "You're not James. I don't love you." Timmy then let go of his hands and ran back to get Jamie instead and the two of them ran away while laughing and mocking him on their way out. He was left crying and crawling on the church aisle.

He woke up sweaty and panting. It was a ridiculous dream, in fact it should be called a nightmare instead. He could not believe he actually took Timmy's hand and he was actually sad and crying when Timmy and Jamie ran away together instead and living him behind.

He could not sleep after that until it was already morning and now his mother is banging on his door. He just want some peace and quiet. He just want to freaking have some more sleep.

Still ignoring his mother, he reached for his phone from his bedside table. He wants to check first if there is anything going on outside. He got a text message from Keith and Martin and around ten from Chad. Chad even called him ten times as well. Ignoring Chad as he is definitely sure it's just nonsene, he opened the one from Keith. There's not much on the message, Keith is just telling him to go to his house at 3:30pm. He couldn't helped but frown, Keith rarely invites them to his house and with a specific time at that. Most of the time they invite themselves or more like Chad decides where they should go most of the time. Curiousity aside, he then checked the message from Martin, it only says make sure to come to Keith's house. He was about to read Chad's messages when the man himself timingly called him.

"Jules! Jules! You think Keith's got mad because we raided his liquor stash and drank three of his precious bottles?" Chad immediately said as soon as Jules answered the call. Chad's voice is too loud it's making his headache more.

"Stop spouting nonsense in the morning. Keith won't get mad because of that, he has more serious reason to get mad at you and disown you. Besides it's not as if you can't pay for that bottle." Jules replied dismissively.

"Oh well you're right. Whatever, are you coming?" Chad asked now in his normal voice.

"Not sure, the family of Jamie's fiancee is coming today. My mom would kill me if I bail out." Jules replied, his mother already stopped banging on his door but she's probably just getting the duplicate key. He'd rather go to Keith's than be at home to attend that dinner. Not that he don't care about his brother but it would definitely be an unpleasant dinner for him. His mother would nag him for being single and for not finding someone like his brother's fiancee.

"Just sneak out if you cannot tell me then I'll come and rescue you. I'm curious at what Keith's reason is for asking us to come to his house." Chand offered.

"Yeah I'll tell you if I cannot go." Jules replied smiling, knowing Chad, he would definitely come and rescue him.

His bedroom door opened just as he finished his call and his mom barges in. People really gave great timinng today. "Good morning mother." Jules greeted his mother while massaging his forehead. His headache is killing him.

"Julian talk to your grandfather." His mother burst in tears as she sat down of Jules' bed.

"What did Gramps do this time?" Jules replied, not really taking his mother seriously.

"Can you believe he wants that filthy Omega to come and join the dinner with the Kims. He really hates me, he wants to sabotage our family joining with the Kims. That Omega will ruin everything." His mother continued to cry pitifully like the entire world is against her.

"It's gonna be fine mother. Timmy is not so bad, I'm sure grandfather is not sabotaging you or anything." Jules tried to pacify his mother.

"You and your father really don't take me seriously. You all know that Omega is attached to your brother. Jamie is an Alpha and if that lowlife Omega seduced your brother it would be the end of it all. The Kims will not forgive Jamie if he cheats on their daughter." Joanna screamed at her son.

Jules could not argue with that. Timmy is really attached to Jamie and he wouldn't put it pass the Omega to proudly proclaim his love for Jamie. He has been doing that for as long as he can remember. "Hmmm mom, you just want Timmy out of the picture for dinner right? If I bring him out, can I be excused for dinner as well?" Jules ask as a sudden idea pop in his mind.

"What are you planning?" Joanna eyed her son suspisciously.

"You said you don't want Timmy here when the Kims arrived so I'll just take him out of the house and we will not be back until the Kims leave the house." He replied nonchalantly as if he has no other intention but to help his mother.

"Where would you take that Omega? I warn you Jules, I don't want your brother to be seduced by that Omega but it doesn't mean I will let you be seduced as well." Joanna threatened her son.

"Don't worry mom, I'll take inhibitors and I will make sure to bring him to a crowded place." Jules assures his mother. He needs to convince his mother otherwise he cannot go out of the house.

"Fine. I'll allow it, but the moment that Omega's heat suddenly started, leave him. I don't care who he seduced as long as it's not my sons." Joanna said with finality.

"Okay mother." Jules replied though he's not sure if he can leave Timmy alone if that happens. He don't have the stomach to leave an Omega in heat in a crowded place free for everyone to attack and assault. He may not have a good relationship with Timmy but still he don't want to bring any harm to the Omega.

Joanna left her son's room heaving a sigh of relief that the Omega will not be present at their important dinner with the Kims. She disapproves how that Omega used to hang around with her sons specially with Jamie. Jamie is too nice and kind to turn away that filthy Omega. She was ecstatic when her father in law decided to move to his hometown with that Omega. Even though from time to time like this that the old man visits them, he would bring the Omega with him which are unavoidbale circumstances as she could not really contradict the old man. She even tried to reject the old man's request for her sons to go to the old man's house for summer vacation. Nonetheless, she was able to protect her sons from that Omega and she will not let him interfere with Jamie's wedding.

Meanwhile, Jules tried to sleep some more and try not to think about his dream but Timmy won't leave his mind as he still try to come up with a plan how to bring the Omega with him when he leave the house later. Timmy always prefers Jamie's presence than him, thus it would be a struggle to get Timmy away from his brother.

"Arghhhh!" Jules screamed and picked up a pillow and cover his face with it. He'll just think about that later, right now he needs to catch up on his sleep.
