Minotaur

"what are you doing?" Sora asked calmly as he appeared behind Irene, who had his Raven unable to move and was currently enchanting. Irene who was rushing froze, and slowly turned to look at Sora, she was stunned for a moment, but Sora just shrugged seeing the look in her eyes.

"I was outnumbered, so I fell back," Sora said calmly as he floated to the ground, Irene sighed softly in relief. this was good, the gods can't do anything. but why did those sisters of fate appear before her...

'this must only be the beginning.' Irene's heart dropped, who will be seeking trouble, Sora or the gods? either way, she should remain by Sora's side, and try her best to ease his mind, too would be swallowed by rage if her kingdom had fallen like this,

"let's return to our travels," Sora said calmly, but everyone was not in the mood for travel, but Sora no longer wanted to stay there. Sora, after having Irene take in the remaining villages into her kingdom, so they agreed to head to Crete, where they could relax

So, all 10 of them jumped on the mounts which Sora had, they all got to pick their unique mounts before they flew off at high speed.

"Where did you get these mounts?" Iris yelled while holding tightly onto Faithful Dragoness, a cute pink dragon,

"They are from another world," Sora said calmly with crossed arms while standing straight up on his shinobi dragon. the group was high up in the clouds, and it didn't take long for them to arrive at the Crete,

Crete was one of the few kingdoms ranked below 10th place, currently ranked 14th place, upon arriving, the group went on to first find a place to rest. where they went on to call it a day, today,

"what are you doing here?" Sora asked calmly as he turned to look at Irene who entered his room, Irene sighed softly as she sat on the bed,

"I can't leave you alone, you might do something stupid." She said softly, Sora smiled as he got away from the window and walked towards her,

"Stupid how?" Sora asked with a smile,

"like going to the heavenly realm and causing trouble. sit down and cool your head, doing things blinded by rage, would only lead to stupid mistakes." She said softly, Sora just shrugged as he lay on the bed,

Ankhseram was at level 130 and had a bunch of other lesser gods who were at level 115 and above, he was the leader of the group. since the other higher gods were injured after the demon lord's last attack on them, they had to take over things and make sure peace returned to this world.

Sora had to fall back, he didn't expect how powerful Ankhseram's true body was, and that was even more sure with how many people he had under him. Sora needed to be at least at level 115, before he attacked them, or finish these missions and these stronger spells, then face them,

once he gets his hands on those 9 mana spells, its when he saw attack once more, but to ensure everything goes well, and the gods don't make any underhanded move, he should stay by Irene if they targeted her... well, he would do more than simply slaughter them. that would be too nice

so, the two, with the goal of protecting each other went on to spend most of their time together, the island they were on was small, but it was filled with many people who want to see the minotaur, for a small kingdom, it was rich, as it had many people have the chance to enter the Labyrinth after paying, to seeing the minotaur,

but this labyrinth was always changing, only a few managed to see the monster, Sora and the others took time to buy all the information they could on the labyrinth a week after taking the time to enjoy this island.

"from the map which was tried to be created, I could guess how the labyrinth would change. it's not random..." everyone paid close attention as Iris explained the working of the Labyrinth, to shorten the explanation, the labyrinth would change every hour, following the moment of a star, and using that star, could easily map out the Labyrinth, past, current, and future state.

"so, it should look like this within a few minutes," she said as she showed them all the image of the labyrinth, they all made sure to study the thing before, Iris showed them the labyrinth's next forms, just in case they split apart, they had no know what to do.

after which, they all went on to enter and followed Iris into the labyrinth, many people had died within this labyrinth, they lose their way and end up dying to the monsters within. the stepfather of the Minotaur, had the Labyrinth be made out of a deadly plant,

those who touch this Labyrinth would be marked, allowing the Labyrinth to sense them and attack them. so they had to remain on high alert while within this labyrinth,

"Anna, you are in luck, I sense 4 celestial keys within this place," Sora said stunning Anna who was making sure to stay far away from touching the walls.

"you can sense the keys?" Anna asked in shock, two which Sora nodded slightly, he had gotten used to the aura they gave off,

"That's understandable, if I was a celestial spirit wizard, I would also guess that the Minotaur might be the holden bull. a risk they were willing to take, but ended up killing them." Iris said with a shake of her head, Sora nodded at her words before looking towards Anna, who had the Bull.

"let's take them." She said softly, those keys must have been lost for so many years within here, even if she couldn't form a contract with the celestial spirits, she should at least get them out of this prison.

Sora sent the information of where he sensed the 4 keys, and Iris turned and headed towards them, after taking many turns, they stopped before the end of a passageway, where they looked towards Iris in confusion, but Iris simply turned towards Sora.

"... the keys are being used to power the Labyrinth," Sora said with a raised eye bow, but upon further thought, it made some sense. the Labyrinth has been going on for many years, while following the stars, the fact they were following the stars should have been a death to give away that they are related to these keys.

"they are slowly killing the keys to this way, no wonder I couldn't sense them," Sora said with a frown, Anna hearing this was having none of it. setting forward, she transformed as she entered Taurus form, where a dress that was white and black like a bull appeared on her body,

a huge golden ax appeared in her hands which she swung forward, but the labyrinth as if sensing danger moved to protect itself, and by protect, it attacked Anna, but she quickly cut the vines shooting towards her,

"what a pain," Sora said softly seeing how vines were shooting from everywhere, aimed toward Anna, but they were in the way. this Labyrinth was a bit... to overpowered,

Irene waved her hands, and enchanted space, making it so that it was so thick that the vines couldn't even twitch. Anna nodded forwards here, and with a few swings, a golden key appeared before her, which she quickly took,

the key was the Gate of the Archer Key, Sagittarius, butting the key away, Anna looked towards Iris, wanting to know where the others were, and so the ground went on to find the rest of the keys, which were

the Gate of the Giant Crab Key, Cancer. the Gate of the Maiden Key, Virgo. and the Gate of the Ram Key, Aries.

these 4 eyes were placed, north, south, east, and west of the Labyrinth, and once they were gained, the Labyrinth lost the power controlling it, and it turned into the monster of a plant it was, and tried to swallow them all,

But Irene enchanted the whole Labyrinth, shrink it down until it was in her palm, and crushed it, after which, she turned attention up a head where the Minotaur which was held by the vines was not set free.

with an enraged roar, the Minotaur shot toward them, it was at level 85, and there was a reason it could be killed by the humans and could only be locked away. its defense and recovery speed was too shocking,

the Minotaur arrived before them, Sora stepped forward to be it. the Minotaur's head slammed heavily into Sora's head, only for it to fall backward with a dizzy head. stunned for a moment, it looked at Sora in shock who was dusting off his armor,

"So much rage... tell me, why was so you angry. Sora cast [Calm] and the stunned Minotaur which was about to explode in rage calmed down. after some attempts to talk, it slowly made out some words, but even then it was hard,

"no need to say a thing, I can read your mind. just focus on what you want to tell me," Sora said as he placed a plan on the bull's head, a moment later, the bull's thoughts entered its head.

Ignoring the fact it was locked away for many years, it was enraged that its stepfather killed his mother. it was enraged that his stepfather killed his father, it was enraged that his stepfather acted like they simply went away for some time, and tried to turn it into a weapon,

it was enraged that it almost fell for such lies and tricks, did it ask to be born? yet just because if it was born the warmth of a mother was taken the form it, the warmth of a father was taken, and it was almost turned into a tool.

it hated humans, it hated them all. they come to watch it as if it was some animal at the zoo, they mock it, and so on, and it could only do nothing but look upon them with hateful eyes.

"All of this for the revenge of your father and mother's death? that is something I can support you with, and this time you shall not be imprisoned when only seeking justice." Sora said while holding out a palm, but the Minotaur only glared at him, why would it trust a human?

"I have no reason to seek a weapon, I only seek friends and allies, weapons have no minds, and can't think. but friends and allies, support each other and help each other up. So, let me help you up." Sora said with a smile, the Minotaur's head went shaky for a moment as Sora cast [Subdue], Sora's words grew within its hard, and it slowly raised its huge arm, and took Sora's hand.

with that, Sora pulled it up, and it looked deeply at Sora, wondering if this person can be trusted or not. but he seemed different, look closely, he didn't see him as a monster... that look in Sora's eyes, it seen it before, and it was by those loyal to his mother, and they all treated him well even though he was different.

"friend?" the Minotaur asked, to which Sora nodded slightly before pointing behind him,

"more friends," Sora said with a smile, the Minotaur looked towards Irene and the others who were simply looking at them before they waved. but the Minotaur showed its cold teeth, it could see the unease within some of their gazes, they didn't trust it, although a few like Irene and Drole had the same looks as Sora,

"calm down, trust me. they would not harm you." Sora said as he rubbed the Minotaur's head, to which the Minotaur nodded slightly, although still unsure.

'that bull created by the gods was no normal thing, for this bull to be this powerful even after being sealed away for so long. if I train it, its power should grow by countless times over.' Sora thought with a smile,
