Chapter 4.

Nick followed the girl as they sat down in the field next to an oak tree.She had a somewhat pitiful look on her face as she said"Okay so you already know that my nsme is Alice,so me and you Nick are part of an organisation known as the dark"."The Dark is enemies of the light but we are the good guys here",she continued."What are you trying to say?",Nick asked and she replied"I'm trying to say that your memories were altered by a member of the light because of your value in The Dark".

"What are you talking about,my name is Nick Alexander and i've lived with my mom a perfectly normal life my whole life",Nick said alittle doubtful.The girl Alice with a sigh said"No Nick,the person you call mother altered your memories to make you think that she raised you your whole life then locked away your abilities and kept watch of you for The Light".

"Your mother also didn't die of a disease,she was murdered by the light in suspicions that she was your accomplice and protecting you",Alice continued with a symphathetic look on her face."No,no this can't be true,are you saying that the Maires aren't my real family?" and she replied"No,no they are on your father's side who's your biological father so they are your biolollgical family but all your family members on your mother's side are all apart of The Light".

"Now i would like to explain to you what The Dark and The Light are,is that okay with you?",she asked him and he nodded so she continued"Okay so The Dark is the organization we both work for which carries out missions/quests to protect the world and stop The Light"."In The Dark there is one leader who is currently unknown as only the commanders know who he is,there are many sectors in The Dark and some of then are"Assassination sector,Infiltration sector,Tech Sector and Support Sector,each of these sectors have a commander who commands the squads in the sector and each squad has a captain".

"The Light is an evil organisation that does human experiments and is usually trying to cause chaos,they have been responsible for trying to cause chaos in the world and their sectors are the same as The Dark and their leader is a man known as Lightkeeper".

"I'm sorry but am i supposed to believe your the good guys when you have an assassination sector?",Nick asked with an astounded look on his face."The Assassination sector is frowned upon by many of The Dark's members but it does not take out the innocent,only the guilty like light"."Both The Dark and The Light have thousands if not millions of members across the globe and that is it",Alice said tiredly.

"You were part of The Dark's Infiltration Sector and were known as Soul ripper,all the information you need to know will be on your Dark card which everybody in the organisation has and gladly for you i have your's right here",She continued as she handed him an all black card with information on it.This was the card's format:

Occupation:The Dark(Infiltration Sector)

Magical ability:King of Souls(Classified)

Magical effect:Karma(It allows him to payback something that has been done)

Rank:Vice captain(Squad 3)

"What does it mean by magical ability and effect?",Nick asked confused."It's exactly as you see it,everyone in The Dark and The Light is a descendant of beings known as Celestials and so has magical prowess that comes in two:Abilities and effects",Alice said amusedly."If it wasn't for all of my dreams,i probably wouldn't believe you",Nick said as he stood up and so did Alice."So apart from telling me all this is there any other reason you asked me to meet up with you?",he asked her.

"Yes actually starting from tomorrow i am transferring to your school and will be your new classmate as i have gotten orders to watch you by my commander",she said with a smile looking all jolly."I'm okay with that though may you just transfer to a different class because i probably won't be able to concentrate if you're in the same class as me",he said with an annoyed look on his face.

"Sure we can do that,i will transfer to your cousin's class",she said as she looked just about ready to go.As she walked away opposite to him she waved her hand as she said"Goodnight Nick,let's get to know eachother again" then she disappeared into the distance.Nick now starting to accept his predicament walked to his home and activated the remote squirrel again making Luke turn to go check it out then he completely jumped over the gate again,pulled himself up to his cousin's balcony,climbed the cloth rope and snuck back into his bed starting to feel sick then fell asleep.

It was early in the morning at exactly 6:00pm when Nick was woken up by Luke who wakes up everybody early in the morning for them not to be late for work/school.After a few light slaps from Luke,Nick finally woke up with a jolt.Luke seeing that Nick was now awake said"Good morning Nick" then he opened the door and walked out.

Nick stood up off of his bed and went to his room's bathroom,took a shower,brushed his teeth and wore his clothes for the day which were a t-shirt with a picture of an anime guy on it wearing glasses and basic japanese clothes with a mean look on his face with the words coloured in white The Way of the Househusband with black tight jeans and grey vans with a black pendant around his neck with a blue gem in it.

He walked downstairs to find for breakfast that there was milk tea,bread with peanut butter and jelly plus also some pink donuts with colourful sprinkles on them.He sat down and took his breakfast with his family then his aunt and uncle went to their different jobs as Zhakari and Nick took the bus to school.

When they got off of the bus,they went in the school hall and Nick was shown his new locker by Nick.He put in a pin then it was all set and ready so he put his new books in it.The bell rang and they had to get to class so Nick and Zhakari fistbumped then walked to their different classes.Nick entered his class and walked to his seat in the back being greeted by his three new friends.The teacher arrived one minute later and started teaching Psychology.She was a tall lady with brown hair in a long ponytail and light blue eyes wearing white squarelike glasses in a long brown skirt with a white buttoned shirt and white high heels.

"There are three kinds of people,the whats,the whys and the hows so the question is which one are you",She said.She kept teaching for forty more minutes as her lesson ended and the next three lessons they learnt were anatomy in biology,Ph and Electroysis in Chemistry and Magnetism in Physics.The bell rang as the last teacher left then they went into recess for 30 minutes.

Nick walked out of his class hoping to get some fresh air when he found Alice wearing white jeans with a leather jacket and black undershirt with black white-shoelaced zupfend shoes waiting for him at the doorway."Well let's go talk some more Nick,i didn't get to tell you everything yesterday and we should get to know eachother some more don't you think?" and Nick replied"Sure let's go then you can explain the rest to me".Nick and Alice then walked away to the school's field as everybody was staring at them wondering how they know eachother as Alice then grabbed Nick's hand as they walked to the field so Nick could get explanations and they could get to know eachother more.
